Well, I have read many complaints over the last few days regarding the cash out situation, annoying as it is, these things happen with technology and I am sure Bet 365 will solve it as soon as possible..I say this, as I have had an account with them for years now and never had any problems with payments whatsoever.

Selective bonus promotion makes no sense. I bet £100 on an accumulator but still wasn’t “selected” to receive a free £10 bet on the Euros Spain vs Italy game. How much do you need to bet to be eligible? I will never find out because I’m away back to my usual trusted sites I do receive promotions on.

Bet365 have disabled there cash out options too all customers as per their trading decision. There is no time frame when the cash out option will be available again.

Cash out option has been out of service for 3 days now, just get the same cut and paste response and don't expect to get anything back, its just tough luck. I've been wanting to cash out on bet for days now but I doubt it will be resolved before the match, so I'll probably lose the money. I'm leaving and heading to paddy Power now

Shocking. Stay away from them. Happy to let you place a bet then make cash out option disappear. I had five winning bets at the weekend which I would have cashed out as wasn’t confident on last bet we talking almost 700 pound in bets which the cash out option would have been a lot of money. I tried to talk to customer service to ask how much cash out was and they just mugged me off from a copy and paste reply. will not be using theses again. Just hope the other five bets running now win come on England and Italy. Once that’s up I’m off fed up with being mugged off by them been a loyal customer for years not now. Stay away from bet 3shit5. And it’s funny how my missus could cash out her bet for 5 pound hmmm some technical issues my ass yea technical issue yet the whole site works fine. Stay away

Like everyone else - it’s ok to place bets, the site works fine however the ‘My bets cash out function’ has been disabled Went on a chat with one of the gaming staff online and all I got was “we are working really hard to resolve the issue, the cash out will appear at the bottom of my bet when is reappear”. Zero timescales given when prompted about it. Have probably missed out on £1000 of winnings so far. Personally I think it’s because of the euro’s and Wimbledon. Pretty sure it will be back up and running by this coming Monday when both competitions conclude. This warrants a class action court case. Robbing b4st4rds

Where all the negative reviews come from is beyond me !! Been with 365 few yrs always got laid to decent stake won some lost more as u expect when u gamble but always got paid fast when I did win and get better odds than any other 80% of time so full respect from myself

Bloody unbelievable about the cashout option I now lost soo much in potential cashouts that it's not funny. This website should be shut down they made excuse that there is a technical issue but I know this has happened alot. You telling me with all the money they have they cant hire a proper tech team to fix this error. It is a way for them to disable the cashout so that one game screws you...my one tickets is show today's game when that same game I already got a green ticket.....how do we complain against these robbers.

Rang customer support trying to cash out even though cash out was available on Saturday but it wouldn’t let me cash out kept saying sorry this bet can not be cashed out. They said they are having technical issues and it’s our bad luck . They are a scam and closed my account down and moved on to another agency . All the best fellow punters

Removing the cashout option is a breach of contract..simple...of course it's a gambling company with Denise Coats as head of a deceptive fraudulent company. Will refer to gambling commission, and DTI.. These fraudsters are not content with having a 66% advantage, so sneakily change settings. And pretend it's a software problem. Boycott bet365.

They don't want people to win. Countries should stop them from operating, Their license should be revoked because they are taking people's hard earn money inappropriate way. They have disabled their cashout function throughout the weekend so that people can't be able to cashout. If you eventually go plus they will look for a way to steal your money. Few months ago, I had luck in winning few bets and they went to my account and took some of my money without any reasonable reason. I spoke with one of their customer care help through a chart and he said that I took cashout with wrong odd, Joke of a century. I made a bet of two football games, Both over two goals and one went in and the other was about to go in as i played over 2 goals and i took cashout when they second game was playing 1-0 so how the hell did i took cashout with the wrong odd. I was suppose to win 400 and something euro and i took cashout at about 300 and something euro, mind you I needed only 2 goals to win all the games but decided to take cashout. They went and took my money and left only my stake. They don't want you to win. Swedish Government should look into their operational activities and ban them from operating if they are operating accordingly. Do not bet here. They don't want you to win.

The app has been awful for such a long time, crashes when you log in, logs you out and can’t select buttons a lot of the time. Now on time of this they have taken away the cash outs so during the game you can no longer take the money at that time. Along with that you can’t see bets placed a lot of the time. Will be changing companies as a result of this. Shouldn’t be able to scam people out of their money.

Bet365 betting slip and cash out issues just when the euros start, speak to live chat and what do you get, a half hearted apology and no offer of any refunds or anything!! Try to escalate to their Complaints department and get an email from a supervisor stating exactly what the agent had already said!!!!! Surely a big company like bet365 must have a complaints team??? Shocking treatment limiting customers ability to cash out on live bets or even see their betting slips!!!! Do the right thing bet365 and compensate your customers for your mistakes!!!!

They ask us players to act responsibly, whereas they are grossly irresponsible themselves. SHAME ON THEM!!

Quite willing to take all your money off you but when you win something they put restrictions in place. Cashed out £1200 yesterday after my first 3 horses won and today the “cash out” facility has been removed from my account. The new App is an absolute joke as well. I’m off to Paddy Power.

I totally AGREE with all these reviews somehow coincidently they have had technical errors for 2 days now right when the euros start! So when I placed my bets each day I could not see them or decide what I want to do. I feel duped! It may mean nothing to the owner! Coates but customer who play fair should get! there original bets back! Where does it say as I cannot see if there is technical issue we will NOT pay out! they have been appalling in the customer service/communication. I waited 1 he on one chat and the other I was dropped off! Still waiting for a call out of decency from a manager not heard yet! This should be challenged by All who have had this issue. Have they no morals or principles??? It’s fine following there rules but they seem to have pulled a fast one on customers abs blamed IT. That’s not an issue for customer PLEASE PAY GENUINE CUSTOMERS BACK!

I really thought I was the only one having trouble this bet website. I've been unable to see most of my bets through the Euros. Actually have a decent bet on at the moment with all teams to score that were in the quarter finals, can't see Ukraine scoring but at least there would've been a decent cash out when England scored but now showing not even a bet active!! Absolute joke!!!

During the euros and want to cash you bet out and they just block you and remove all your bets from Veiw then once the games is over everything is miraculously all back and running. And this isn’t just a technical issue it’s every single game Thieves !!!!

Avoid! OMG! been playing slots on their site, all I can say is diabolical. Gave me a win when first went on of £800 to suck you in then literally took thousands. No games ever play. I’ve never seen anything like it! I’ve seen rogue casinos play better !! It’s so bad. We all get that gambling is about winning and losing but this site just takes your money no matter what stake you play!
