Works fine, once every 3 months, then you cant place any bets cause no matter where you are in your province, THEY SAYS YOU ARE OUT OF THE FKN PROVINCE ! This is so frustrating, y’all make is super hard to bet online so we dont get scammed, but you are the one scamming canadian by holding their money for stupid reasons ! What the hell is wrong with y’all? Even pokemon go has a better localisation app than y’all, how mediocre is that ?

Just had my account closed with bet 365 with no explanation what so ever. Been with them for 10 years + & bet £1 bets quite regularly . They said it was a management decision. They shut my 6 horse challenge entry & 6 goal challenge entry down without me knowing if I’d won or not. Totally gutted.

Poor customer service that are happy to close chats without resolving your issue. Asked them to delete my account and details and was given a poor response that it’s not in “bet365s rules”. Shocking when it’s a legal right to remove your information as per GDPR from any companies detail list. Gambling sites are a huge avoid in general but bet365 is probably one of the worst

Been with bet 365 for years have footy bets 50p to £1 every week always had around £8 in the account and played the free footy games 4 or more goals and the super 6. Out of nowhere i had a email saying under there terms they will stop my free games, had rude replies stating there decision is final! My family all have accounts and bet the same or less than me are free to carry on playing. We have all now agreed to close our accounts over this big brother of betting and rude customer service.

Tried to register online. I submitted personal details and a photo of my d.licence for verification only to find hours later that my account had been closed before it had been approved. No explanation other than a licence is not acceptable. No reason for rejection given but now Bet365 have my personal information and a photo of my licence. My ID could be at risk but they refuse to discuss the matter or provide guaranteed reassurance. I would avoid Bet365 who appear to operate a questionable process

Signed up to the Poker app in December. Its a decent welcome bonus. Played around 30,000 hands and made a loss. You get loads of pocket pairs here but you will hardly ever make trips on the flop. The board is nearly paired every other hand. The players here are terrible. It’s very frustrating you can’t take their money because the software is designed to make as much rake as possible. It plays almost like a fruit machine. The virtual roulette is a joke. I cover around 14 numbers. Not one win in like over 15 spins. Overall I’m about £400 down. Would have been a lot more if my horses had not won. I won’t be coming back to bet365.

App is all over the place. Half the time the inplay time of a football match is wrong and when you look at the list of live games available (after pressing 3 dots in corner) the times are moving about all over the place. So clunky. I am.using this on a new Samsung Galaxy Ultra S24

After previously rating bet 365 5 stars. I take it back. Firstly I don’t know what has changed but its gone right down hill.I played slots today. Reviews say it all so i wil keep this short They will never reply back as they know its all just a bot controlled system at bet365 even there slots are controlled Under performing slots with bad rtp been tested and proven by myself that you will only ever hit 1 or 0 bonus rounds on slots . If you get a slot feature bonus round its the same pay out of 50 x or less then you will never hit another the same day this has been tested over a year of playing to the same outcome ? if its a random number generated system then how it is you just keep getting the same game play is just unreal . Didnt even realise bet365 had stopped best odds the day before, this was what set them apart from the rest but now they are the same and have lost their edge on the competition, i read recently how many millions bonus their ceo got but obdviously greedy and needs to justify more so has to get it from somewhere!! Recently opened an account with bet 365 lots of games and a good sports site, on my first visit I won £100 on the slots withdrawal no problem and very quick since then lost a few bob on the slots which I accept that is the chance you take as a gambler but what I will say is don’t expect to see the feature on there games anytime soon as you may rarely see one. The other feature of this site is it is like big brother is watching you receive through online messaging ensuring you realise how much you are playing like all gambling sites, tick box excercise? I do except that some people are addicted to gambling, but they tar us all with the same brush, sad in this day but unfortunately that is the way big brother is going. It is also disappointing to note that bet 365 does not respond to punters on this site, thought as a company they would be better than that.Finally I would say to all gambling sites give us back the right to choose what we do do without being a nanny state.

Used to be 5 stars and the best around, Back around 2007 for many years onwards this was hands down undisputedly the best.There is no such thing as customer service here and they will use the T and Cs to get out of everything where possible. Positives are horse race, BOG and lucky are good (double odds one winner) Some sports offers such as early pay-out are a plus but overall there are better and more reliable betting sites available and unless absolutely necessary I would avoid.

Tried to open account and make a deposit. Got the error code SD01. Started a live chat with an agent. They promptly said that a management decision is that I am not allowed to deposit. Got an email a couple of days later saying that my account is being closed “due to the nature of my business”. My business was attempting to open an account and make a deposit, using their offer. As for my day to day business I work in a warehouse. Very odd, and very disappointing attitude towards potential customers.

This is a joke. Took my deposit on two separate occasions. Using different bank accounts and methods (Apple Pay & Debit Card). Took the money out of my bank account and not put it on my Bet365 account/ neither reversed it back to my bank. Stop taking peoples hard earned money.After communicating with somebody at Bet365 via their customer chat support (which is absolutely no use at all btw. Absolutely useless). The only thing they communicated was that it was all my banks fault. After going back to both Monzo and Starling they have both informed me and confirmed that Bet365 have received the money and on both occasions have not processed back to my accounts.Anybody got any legal advice because I am happy to take this all the way!No customer support what so ever!Absolute joke of a company.

As my withdrawal haven’t arrived since 3 working days I tried to MSG informing that I have not received my withdrawal yet.they say the fund has been left form bet365band is probably with your bank for process,I contacted my bank through live chat and they said we don’t have any such transactions yet and also advised we don’t keep any transaction pending or delaySo I informed bet365 that my bank didn’t receive any such transfer yet ,bet365 says I have to wait 10 more working days to receive my withdrawal ,total 13 days now,I only say this is the worst betting site I ever seen,I highly recommend live betscore bet app ,the fastest withdrawal bet site,I receive withdrawal within 24 hours .

Sadly bet365 are more than happy to take your bet if you are losing. If you start winning they restrict your bets to £2 and £3 absolutely corrupt and avoid at all costs. Go to a reputable bookmakers that take wins with their losses.How they get away with this seems illegal to me but somehow they do

Betting sites and casinos need to be rechecked with authority because they have to much information on the players. To reopen my account I give my 3 last address,bank account last four digits,don’t remember my user name and here we go.PROBLEM,questions like “do you remember date when you open account,post codes,,last 4 digits of old bank I used. Do I have welcome email with username when I open my account?? I understand they need couple of info like,address,name,date of birth… But this is a joke!! To much personal info they asking. Just had an acca on and my cash out was at 920ish had one game playing and my team went up 1-0 then all of a sudden it would not allow me to cash out for over 30 minutes, I wanted to cash out but no it was not showing it, then my team got a goal against them how convenient for bet 365 the game ended and it lost my bet, your a bunch of scammers 365 and you know it, needless to say I wont be betting with you again, odds are in your favour as it is but to scam people who might actually win something is sad, underhand and low and as a company your discusting. I’ve placed my bet which has lost and now my accounts being closed ‘due to the nature of my business’ like what the actual f have I done, in my personal opinion I do not recommend bet365 to absolutely anybody and if anyone’s with them I strongly urge you to jump ship. I’ve used bet365 on and off for a few years and to date very happy with the service. I’ve had some good wins here, some not so good losses too but that’s life. They have a good selection of games and providers on the website. The app unfortunately not so much, for whatever reason, its quite limited. I play on desktop so doesn’t affect me but I might be inclined to use app more if the choice was improved. In addition, its not just one app, its several so a different one for games, casino, sport, bingo etc. No issues with verification or deposits/withdrawals and no issues with website loading or gameplay. Search function isn’t perfect, you should be able to search by provider but often that feature doesn’t work at all or doesn’t bring up all the games they have under that provider. I don’t sign up to bonuses so can’t comment on that but they frequently offer free spins and prizes that are wager free which is always a plus. You can view your history easily from the my account section and gambling controls are easy to find. Everything is laid out in a sensible order, no going round in circles trying to find stuff. To date I have not required to contact customer services so I can’t comment on that but probably good that I haven’t needed to judging by some of the reviews on here. Overall, I’m happy with my experience so far. If the mobile app(s) were integrated and offered as many games as on the website I would have probably given them 5 stars but its a solid 4 with room to grow.

I been a losing gambler for years and then I finally started realizing the bets that made me lose and the ones that made me win. So i went a on good run and won like 40k in a couple months and then I got restricted and now max i can win is $10. I read other ppl on here get restricted right off the bat after winning a couple grand. I guess you gotta lose a alot like me for years and then go on a run and avoid the bonus there useless and sounds like a way for the site to take your money. I was always able to withdraw. But I got the sad day where I was restricted for no reason. They obviously don’t like winners but I was able to win my money back from the losing years. I give 3stars cuz I like the layout but they restrict you and you will only keep your act if your a losing player. I read in 2020 the owner made 421million euros that year… the owner and not talking about the company. Like god damn that’s a alot of losing players. Makes my 40k look like peanuts. Why betting companies insist on hiring reta rds is beyond me! Do they come cheaper or something? One such ignoramus told me that the reason I can’t watch races was because I’d not deposited into my account within the last 24 hours: this was at 13.35 and my last deposit was at 13.49! Out of the blue I have received a message saying I am no longer eligible for promotions.I have asked why, asked what I have done wrong so I can rectify it, but the only responses are the decision was made by the trading department and stands.The reason appears to be a very closely guarded top secret and they have the cheek to end the message with ‘I hope this has resolved your query and put your mind at rest’.I am also very annoyed that I have recommended this site to many of my colleagues because of these promotions, and I am the only one who has had them removed.I have withdrawn all my funds and am now going elsewhere.I hope their trading department enjoys reviewing a dormant account.

I am speaking to anyone who has a problem or dispute with bet365, your are not alone,send an email to eCOGRA they will help you, help me put this site out of harm’s way.I contacted eCOGRA because BET365 does not want to let me withdraw my money for over a year; no withdrawals.when I make a withdrawal they don’t even send the money to my bank and after 2 weeks of waiting I contact their agents to find out where my withdrawal is, they then ask me to send them other bank details because those that I gave are false, which is obviously not true.So I send them other bank details from another account and this time they tell me that they do not accept the country to which I want to make the withdrawal.so I give them again other banking details from a country accepted by bet365, and the answer this time is that I have to send Spanish bank details, how can I do that I don’t even live in Spain I have no connection with this country.I swear to you that what I say is true, the first sponsor of the first scam people.I have one piece of advice for you no matter what they say or do, stay polite,to obtain justice; take screenshots, record discussions and testimonials from other customers and send them to eCOGRA.
