Please be aware of terms and conditions in this site. I won £900.00 and asked for a withdrawal. They sent me an email to say due to opting for a bonus they gave me £100 and told me the £800 is void. I should have listened to the reviews before going in this site. Please do not use Red32 and be very careful to what you opt as it appears it doesn't matter what you win you will only get £100 and the rest is void. PLEASE READ the terms and conditions. In fact just don't use the site at all.
Sorry forgot to add when I asked for a withdrawal it stated I could withdraw the 900 but then got an email to say that I will only get paid 100. Please do not take any bonuses as you will lose out.
Awaiting guidance from UKGC.

Wow what a rubbish site!

Deposited a fair bit and didn’t win a penny.
Menus so long to navigate and no help problem gamblers, no bonus back for losing so much and when you ask for help they simply just say ok close your account then.

Save your money and go elsewhere otherwise the only rant you can have Is on here. And trust me, you will.

One of the worst sites. Horrible Responsible gambling features barely any and you have to go through about 10 different pages in order to get to the page you want. Withdrawals stay processing FOREVER!! leaving you to constantly be battling again reversing it.

Easy to navigate, fair ratio of wins. Obviously it would be great to win everytime but that's why it's called gambling. Time to pay into bank could be quicker but overall not a bad site. (Get double bubble jackpot and it would be my fav site)

I play on this site this time last year one of the 8 site I had .i was a problem gambler at the time .now stopped thank God it was killing me.this site let me play slots all day with no brake sometimes 6 to 8 hours a day I won 5.000. 11.000 and 12.000 pounds when i won the 12.000 pounds i being a problem gambler play and lost the 12.000 in one day I think they should look in to people that play for that amount of time in one day. I look at my prof and lost report I think I had deposited 17000 and play 96.000 I think the alarm bells should have rang that I was a problem gambler .No duty of care. No prof of source. I no you can set deposit limits but when you are problem gambler you do not care .its like when they let you play the demo games its like the money is not real. people need protection .this site . They’ve changed immortal romance to a clunky, jerky slot. The reels are either ridiculously fast for example on the feature that you have no idea whether you’re winning money or not, the count down of spins on a feature are outside of the display so you have no idea of how many you have left. When in normal play they seem to be juddery and just make you feel like it’s been fixed so you don’t win. The slowest thing it does is work out how much you win and it’s ridiculously slow and now has a crass display. Such a shame, did they test this before they put it live?

Seeing all the positive reviews, I'm kinda surprised by the way they treated me. Everything was ok, I did some betting but then they blocked my account and froze my funds! Previously I sent them all of the requested documents so I really don't know why they reacted the way they did. They won't even return my deposit. Truth be told, I'm sad and disappointed, I expected so much more from them.

They have a lot of games, but they're all basically the same. They have none of the games I tend to play where if you win, you win back at least your original stake. Not into playing £2 and "winning" 40p. No, I lost £1.60, I didn't win anything. Played with £135 and won nothing of significance so the odds seem pretty poor too.

32Red sports Do pare your stake back.. Do refer a portion of the stake for approval & often decline it. This is unacceptable as the price often moves against the player for the next odds show. Shameful and utterly amazing that such sharp business practice in this context is allowed to go unregulated. Shameful.
