Being a semi-regular gambler, when I've got a few quid spare, means I've tried out literally every online casino going. Hadn't tried 32Red before and they had a good new player offer so played and won a large sum. It's always a panic when you have a big win and are waiting on the payout to hit your bank, but credit to 32Red, I got an email from player support acknowledging the withdrawal and the sum (4 figures) was in my Paypal in roughly 24 hours. In the past I've waited over 2 weeks from other casinos before and even had to threaten to sue some casinos to get my money - and I was relieved not to have to go through any of that with 32Red. I know casinos have a tough time with reviews as people like to moan when they've lost money, but when you do get a win you can rest assured that 32Red will deal with it professionally and pay up quickly. Also got a very nice free spins bonus a couple of days after joining that wasn't the normal 5p value you normally get and netted me £30+. Ultimately they're a casino and it's their business for players to lose a % of their money but at least 32 acknowledges players and offers decent rewards.

Great service so far, lots of options to pay and huge variety of games. The app is pretty good but I usually use a web browser. Plenty of good regular offers too not just for new customers!

So after a friend of mine lost 5k in one week i have decided to make an account on this site to see how is this even possible as i am gambling for more then 15years and i have never seen a casino only to take and dont give back nothing at all. Now after 6 weeks i am 11.000£ short even thought i have played almost every day from 50p to 10£ a spin on most of they're slots and it seems that just doesn't want to give out anything. Biggest win between 200-300£ and only after you deposit at least double the amount .so clearly if i put 1000 in I'm not gonna take out 200 The best part of it is that after the 1k in i have decided to record my sessions so other ppl can see what exactly this casino pays. At the moment i am waiting for an answer from Gambling commission to see either if they do they're job or they are 'good friends' with this site. After that you can watch all the sessions on YouTube. I have read lots of comments here and i can only advise you to make a complaint to the gambling regulations sites .

Finally done with this lot. Used to be good but now hopeless. Forget what a free spin looks like on here it's wound so tight. Used to be half decent daily bonuses but they are gone too and accumulation of points is like watching paint dry, l will be near retirement before l am able to claim anything. Obviously not interested in the everyday player and concentrating on the big fish.

The positive reviews mentioning are withdrawal are definitely fake. I'm on day 3 and still not received money into my bank account. Also I will add what people are saying about bonuses / emails is 100% true. They give no bonuses out at all (lucky to get a £5 free bet once a month) and despite being signed up for promo emails you get nothing back!!

It was good from the beginning,I want to ask to close my account when Im gonna lose more then 4500 and then they dropped me out and close my account and even I got money in my account thats very badly.If someone want to see I can show screenshots off this conversation I have everything I like to play but they can't do this with customer.
