These are biggest scammers on earth. More than 3000 (GBP) in set of 39 days these robbed from me. Claiming that they are legit? This is nothing close to a casino. People who scam us should be executed. They told me through phone that my losing rate is above average? What the hell? People let’s sign a petition to shut this doggie “business” as well. The site glitches where a giant box appeared over the screen. It wouldn’t go part way through playing a table. Complained and the company had a ‘it’s your fault attitude’. They also have connection and server issues which go against you that they deny. If it glitches and you lose a bet it’s your fault!

The WORST site I have been on and I've been on a few. I've deposited a fair bit and how much of it have I got back? Literally, nothing. There is no way to cancel your account which I swear goes against GDPR so they're screwing up with that, along with many other things.

I'll be honest, I only do £1 spins at a time. What do I get back when I trigger some special free spins? Oh, £6. That's great, 32Red (I say sarcastically). On other sites, I've managed to get £140+ from just a single £1 spin.

At the end of the day, this site just takes your money and never, ever gives anything back. You will always lose on this site.

Join this site didn’t get my sign up bonus spoke to support they tried to say I had already claimed it. I asked when he didn’t reply to my question I told him if they check my gaming history you can clearly see there has been no activity this is a con I told them to delete all my details not helpful at all

Awful awful site just dead spins and rarely gives out any slot scatter bonus and when it does it pays out miserably!! Played here for over 10 years and would say 32Red has gone down hill rapidly since new owners Kindred took over I dont know if its covid 19 thats currently affecting its depositing members but its almost impossible to win lately? That said I log in to my betvictor account play the same slot same and always get a good run for my deposit but the same £200 deposit on 32Red will be gone in minutes every single time. Going by some reviews here I can see other members are experiencing the same awful game play! My last £5K deposits have produced a RTP of between 5-15% Also the fake 5 star reviews should be taken down by trustpilot and only real playing 32Red members should be allowed to safely leave honest feedback.
If you want a good run for your deposit best avoid 32Red it really is awful.

Don't use – takes forever to get your withdrawals. They don't process at the weekend or on bank holiday's. No other site I know does this. When they finally process it takes 5 days to go in to your bank account, Account closed.

Joined and had my account fully verified BEFORE depositing. Won £300 which is still pending however they have sent 3 payments which add up to my total deposits. I have asked for an explanation and I'm still waiting for an answer. Live chat function is poor, not only did the chat not work properly, I was told I'd be contacted via email with an explanation. I'm still awaiting an explanation 4 days later. I am assuming they are refusing to pay out my winnings for some reason, so have refunded my deposits instead. Find it odd that my account was verified then refused a payout. Won't be using again obviously.

I played the other day and clicked on their promotion link to accept their offer on cash back and nothing came through. I had a lready missed out on new customer joining bonus. I contacted the office to be advised I hadn't clicked on acceptance link, I explained I did but it clearly hadn't worked. They advised there was nothing they could do so I closed my account. They really didn't seem that bothered and were certainly not willing to help. They won't be seeing me again!!!!
