Avoid Red 32 they are scammers! They block your account when you deposit and want to withdraw. My account is genuine with correct proof of address,I D and bank account. They have stolen thousands of pounds from me which was in my cashier account. Iv never had a problem with any other betting company part from Red 32. The customer service is very poor. Do not use Red 32 you don’t want the stress. All the good reviews are fake. Red 32 needs to be investigated.

Don’t bother with these online casinos. The only significant win I have achieved on 32red was from the initial stake where you are offered a number of free spins but with the staggering 30 times wager rules. Was up £150 went to withdraw and found the casino were taking a sizeable chunk of the bonus. All wins subsequently have been very low and usually after a period of plowing money in so you are always down but it’s more like damage limitation when you decide to leave the slot. What I have found is that bonuses are few and far between and when you do get them you still have to toil and then end up with £1.85 from 30p stakes. Just awful. Just today put £30 in Jurassic world at 30p stakes. That’s 100 spins not a single bonus scatter. Plenty of times where 2 symbols show but never the third. Wins are often well under the stake lots of 3p and 4p wins makes the heart sink. Then the odd £3 win followed by lots of spins of nothing to punish you for that small happy moment. This has been the trend since that lucky start so no more money for 32 red. It’s not just limited to one slot. All the ones I have tried are the same. No fun at all. Byeeeeeee

Please stay away from 32 red I have played hundreds of pounds in the last few days and by far had the worst session in 10 years of playing the rtp is a complete scam they have set mine to nearly nothing I tested 1000s of spins at 20 p stake and I didn't get any wins above my stake for hundreds of spins the slots was lagging the games kept signing me out constant and I play alot and have never had these problems it's obvious here there messing with the slots I even had a win land all reals finished spinning on the premium symbol then it respins fast and lands on a loss

I joined 32red and I used my partner of 20 years PayPal to add credit to my account)(using my debit card that is linked to his PayPal) I won some money but 32red will not pay my winnings they refunded the initial deposit but not my winnings. If I'd have lost, they wouldn't have given it back to me. But I didn't i won and they said I broke the casinos policy by betting using someone else's PayPal even though it was my debit card that was used. I feel cheated don't except the deposit and bet if you're not going to pay the winnings I know you would have kept my money if I'd lost. Stear clear it seems they will try and find any loop hole not to pay.

Avoid. Won twice, £200 and £100, only received £200. When I spoke to them they told me the original bonus had a win limit of £100. Despite meeting the wagering requirements, despite the funds showing as available and despite receiving a confirmation email, they just removed £100 from my payout. Never had this issue with any casino before, absolutely shocking.

If i could give this site a 0 i would , you can only withdraw between monday to friday 9 am to 5pm if you withdrawl after that time you dont get it till 5pm following day , also if you withdraw after 5pm on a friday you have to wait till 5pm on monday to get your funds , which is abit stupid as anyother site will do withdrawals anytime anyday , and even quicker with paypal i wont be using this site again either you loose more than you win too

Ok where do I begin, I was with 32red for around 12 months, playing the slots most days and a little more over the first lockdown, in this time I was very fortunate to have a £100,000 win, I was ecstatic, had a phone call the next day congratulating me on the win and was advised to not spend it all back on the slots. 2 weeks later still waiting for my withdrawal to come through, after another week of chat sessions and complaining I had an email stating the funds will be paid in intervals. It took over a week to get the money and it was in small amounts. 2 weeks after that I had an email from them saying, management have decided to close your account, it’s a business decision and we don’t owe you an explanation. I wouldn’t trust this casino with 1p nor would I recommend them. What a disgrace they are to the industry. Now playing on BGO with any problems at all.

I was playing on 32red.com tonight 04/05/2021 at length.  I have to say I am most disappointed with the response I was given via your chat.  as I stated I played online for quite a length of time.  During the course of my game play, I was disconnected from the game play and I could not get back via my lap top or using my phones internet or via 32red app which is installed on my phone.  All 3 seemed to have locked me out at crucial points of the game play.  the first time I'm thinking ok…but a further 2 times with the same issues at the same crucial points of a jackpot being won. As I said I was playing super spinner and there were 2 jackpot kings wins up for grabs….1 was over £20k and the other £2.5k.  The other game I played was Rainbow Jackpots £1k prize.

The first time it happened i was playing super spinner and suddenly I'm kicked and I can't get back online to play using my laptop kept telling me I needed to log in.  So, I tried my phones internet and the 32red APP I have installed on my phone.  ALL 3 giving the same issue.  Suddenly I'm allowed to log in and play and just as I do the jackpot is won elsewhere for just over £20k.  I'm thinking ok so I carry on playing…suddenly Super Spinner it happens again!!! The very same issues….I try and try to get back in using 3 methods….suddenly I'm allowed back in and low and behold another jackpot won elsewhere!  by this time, I'm thinking …I'm seeing things….So I try a different game altogether.  Rainbow Jackpots with £1k win up for grabs….sure enough it happens again….I'm kicked and can't get back in….Suddenly I can and jackpot is won elsewhere.  Now alarm bells are ringing!!

Your games are either rigged or somebody is kicking players at crucial points of the game play and making sure certain people win the jackpots.  Either way to be kicked out game play once you think ok…just one of them things…but 3 times and the exact same thing repeatedly happens.  I went into chat who gave some lame reply of my cache needing clearing.  That may be easy to swallow if you using just one item to log into the games,  I tried my laptop, phones internet using both internet and phones data and also the game App.  Nothing worked.  Seemed to allow me back in just in time to see someone else win though.

I'm most disappointed to be honest with my game play tonight all the "suspect" things happened all identical and all at crucial points of the game play.  I don't know what else to call it due to what I seen and witnessed tonight.  

I'm not likely to get a reasonable response to this review.  I believe the reply will be just as lame as your advisor said.  It's not us.  But your happy to take players money who are paying to play fair game play. I can't help but think otherwise at this point in time and does not bode well for 32red.com

I thought I would give them a chance, time after time they drain you like no tomorrow, you literally see it change from what would be a win quickly flicks too a loose! I was a fool in giving them the benifit of the doubt and to use Keith lemon on the front page is crafty if you like him. But hey the clue is in the name! AVOID Like the plague a few losses yes but not one win with 50£ is a scam!
