Cheats ,,,I would love to know why the reels speed up on games for about 15 spins without a win dropping in then slows down for 8 spins pays a win then speeds up again for another 15 spins then keeps repeating the same over and over again ….. Absolutely terrible, I’m warning you all stay away check the reviews before playing in to this. especially this site. Glitch’s on games when your winning and refreshesthe page, odds are terrible, it’ll take take take, one bonus and the odds aren’t in your favour to bonus again. Have had wins but very small amounts, site needs to be shut down or investigated. Has to be the worst site I’ve ever played on, you may aswell through your money away. It’s not fair play at all. And customer service is ridiculous

Really happy with this casino after some bad experiences with Coral and Paddy Power. Great selection of games and what seems fair payouts. Contacted them today about a withdrawal and within a couple of hours got a polite email with a positive resolution. Will be staying with 32red despite Keith Lemon lol.

First class casino , I had reached my deposit limits with William Hill and was on the look out for a new casino . Good welcome offer , good selection of games both slot and live casino . Professional and helpful customer service team , resolved some verification issues with regards to me recently having moved address . I can’t fault them so far . Withdrawals are a bit slow 2 or 3 days but there is a way to speed this up considerably apparently but it doesn’t bother me too much as I play for fun not for an income .

Jury's out… Okay so I have read all the negative reviews but always prefer to draw my own conclusions based on my own personal experience. I only recently joined 32red and I have to say in comparison with other well known platforms (so far have been impressed) I too have lost plenty of stake money… having long runs of no or insignificant returns,I expect that after all its a gambling platform. However I have also had some healthy returns,I only deposit what I can afford to loose! if I win above my stake then I'm happy and have always been satisfied with the speed of my withdrawals until Today as I had need to live chat the agent when asked a difficult question instead of finding out the answer just ended the conversation. My review therefore is purely based on the lack of customer care as (I'm the customer and He didn't appear to care) I'm not concerned about my withdrawal hitting my account £1650 as my review overall would have been five stars and I have made my feelings known on the feedback. I will then amend my rating if and when someone responds to me, as for overall game play it's top marks… but for some of the previous reviews being disgruntled because the amount they played fell short of their expectations, I get it as its "frustrating" but that's the nature of gambling all I would say is expect to loose and when you win, happy days.

One star too many! Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Deposited money, it left my bank , never reached my 32 Red Account . Passed from pillar to post, copy of transaction clearly showing 32 Red, date of payment and last 4 digits of bank card used but this is not proof! I have at least 5 incident numbers as they kept trying to fob me off.

32 site should be investigated by the gambling commission it is a stock car of a site when you are in with a chance of winning it crashes your device and makes it looks like its your device or your Internet provider is to slow. Well i tell you this now the algorithm of 32 red are all over the place it slows down to read your play rhythm and crashes when your in to any of the features on the slots so you dont win a big amount.

I joined about 6 months and deposited hundreds at a time on a weekly basis but never ever get a decent win they are always low for an example on an 80p bonus game I won £0.64 on 18 spins and then it came in again and I got £10.00 other games took over £200 to get a bonus in and I got back about 2% so avoid avoid avoid this has been on going for about 6 months and it’s not just my account but also my partners too I have better l luck on other sites

This is the first online betting site I have found where you actually win. Yes withdrawals can take 24 – 48hrs to hit your account (longer if withdrawal made Friday night, Saturday or Sunday before bank holiday) however I would rather wait for my withdrawal knowing I’ve won a decent amount.
