Games don’t always work and just kick you back to the home screen and it’s payout has gone down hill. I’ve pumped a lot of money into this site to be respected with the odd bonus here and there but it never happens. Most recent gaming was 30 pound in, 60p spins. My gaming lasted all of 1 minute and 58 seconds opposed to putting 30 pound in sky earlier and having a gaming session of 38 minutes. I’m assuming virgin games are apart of this site too and I don’t use them anymore. I’ll use virgin bet for fives now and nothing more. Congratulations on losing a good customer due to pure greed. I did give you a two start but I’m lowering it to a one because that’s how bad you actually are.

Awful company, blocked my promotions, don’t know why. Then offered me money back as free bet cheltenham which I accepted. Put bet on and horse lost but no free bet. Pathetic betting site.

Had happily used Virgin bet for ages, then out of the blue they restricted my account’s access to promotions/free bets etc without explanation or warning. Despite submitting a complaint and requesting further details I was met with unhelpful responses and no actual reason for the restriction. Safe to say, account closed, app deleted. Absolute joke and crap customer service.

Sent an email, without any explanation saying that my account was being susspended. And that i will no longer be able to take part in any of their promtions or free games. I can only assume this is because i only gamble small ammounts with the company, and not every day. I can understand somewhat with the free games, as why they would want to give back occasional monies to someone who rarely gambles. Firstly on the subject of the free daily game, i have played this probably for 2 years and have won 3 spins, i think twice, the monthly golden egg game is obviousley based on how much you gamble during the month, because if youve been gamble free, incredibly your 30 golden eggs, produce no free spins. Collegues of mine, who are heavier gamblers, are awarded more. As for the weekly five game, if youve conveniantly not gambled with the company, your reward is 5 defenders at 10p a goal. Whoopie, whats the point. To also then tell me they will regulate, how much i can bet, and i will no longer be subject to best of price, something that is advertised on the website, Surely this is discrimination !?. Why on earth would i ever want to bet with virgin bet again, if thats the way ive been discrimated again ? Lets hope anyone wishing to sign up, reads my review first.

Very shady company I strongly warn against using them. To withdraw my balance even though I have been with them for years with the same bank account they wanted a copy of my bank account, birth certificate and strangely a PayPal deposit from my bank account. Funny enough they never needed any verification to take my money.

Avoid this sportbook. put me limitation for like couple of hundreds profit. Does not worth it at all. Even after that they does not accept any sport bets from my account. They only look for people to take money. They do not like to pay. AVOID AVOID

The app and website are perfect easy to navigate and use wide variety of games and betting options and brilliant odds plenty of freebies and if I ever have a problem I’ve always had superb service and definitely got right on to any issues I’ve had but that is very small how many I have and the 5s is brilliant and daily picks couldn’t praise them enough best better company to bet with and play.

I like the free five game. I also like the pots if gold game but this becomes infuriatng as it keeps going off with error 212.so you have to log out then log back in to restart.this is an ongoing issue

Virgin are taking a proper liberty, the email that I can not have any promotions or use free games for no reason, I called my friend who works at virgin bet and he stated it’s all about how much and frequently you deposit, unadulterated discrimination.

Been making small bets on and off for over a year now, also playing with the daily promotions (never won before). This week I have come closer then ever to winning their free daily promotion which I’ve done every day for over a year, (up to £750) all of a sudden my account gets locked out of the daily challenge. Seems like it was fixed and that I was going to win. Ridiculous and unfair for those who bet small and play with their “daily promotions”.

Have been an occasional user, no big bets or big wins, now I’m restricted for no reason. I would have gave zero stars if I could.I sent an email about a bet and the fact that £10.00 automatically goes in the betting stake box.I think this should be blank to avoid any mishaps.I was simply told to go to settings and change it,which I did not know originally.If I had I would not have wasted a tenner.I now only have a small amount in my account so I can’t do this in future.

So virgin bet used to be my favourite place to place slots. Everything about the site was fantastic. Win/loss was pretty even. The daily free game was great, had quite a few good wins in the daily free game. Fives was great as I had a few good wins on that too but since leaving a good review a few months back everything changed. Literally within a few days of posting it the daily free game changed, fives changed and now I never seem to win anything on the slots either. For me the site has become extremely poor but only since leaving a good review. I will continue to use the site for another 2 months and will update this review after the 2 months have passed. If the site continues to be poor I will delete my virgin bet account.

Virgin bet are an outstanding company however I hope there customer service manager is looking at the last two days as when trying to place two winners yesterday the price updates were not updating 5 times was told technical trying to fix hopefully soon. On 25.02.24 I deposited a £1000, and placed a couple of in-play bets on basketball. After the game I got locked out of my account with no explanation whatsoever. When I emailed Virginbet support.their response was, “Call us on 08081699552 and speak to Player Protection Team if you want to unlock your account, citing UKGC. (yet another ineffectual body, that seems to thrive on creating obstacles for players while giving bookies free rein to exploit the system)Since when did speaking English become a prerequisite for placing bets? Having been a customer of Virgin for over 10 years, they effectively closed my account by restricting bets to miniscule amounts and taking away all promotions. There was no explanation why and I was only told 2 days later by email.I have no idea why apart from the fact I was £345 up in the last three months and was taking advantage of their published free bets. As usual, if you are successful they shut you down but are quite happy if you carry on losing.

Held an account with these jokers for a couple of years. Win/loss was fairly even and a consistent stream of bets placed. As with all these crooks account suspended and closed with no explanation what so ever. Just the standard “we reserve the right to close” email. They asked for payslips etc all supplied and well with in my affordability. Honestly no issue with accounts being closed for misuse but no explanation to a loyal customer but hey ho as long as they are making money.Avoid!!!!!

Had Virgin account for about 4 years have to say very enjoyable and recommended to many people. Unfortunately due to new government rules I was asked to provide a proof of income that being my tax return.Never provide bank statements or tax returns to any bookie. You should be able to decide how much you want to spend and you never want to be part of any intrusive checks.
