Poor website biggest scam ever don’t bother registering as u will get some bonuses thinking u might win,but no they’re just scamming people saying there is a return to player value which ain’t any,played nearly 500 pounds today and I had not a single penny of a win nothing zero where Is all that return to player value do I have to play 1k to get 10 pound back ridiculous I will report this website too hopefully they’re closing it down.

Very unfair site, as soon as you start winning there trading team changes the maximum stakes you can bet! I now can’t place any bets over £10. So long as you’re losing they will take any bets at any value.Tried to get to the bottom of it through there customer service but very poor and could not give me an answer!

So far so good for me. Generally bet on horses or football; not gaming. Bets taken without quibble and payouts to account very quick. Very disappointing football prices however. Always way shorter prices than anyone else.

Great site, easy to use. No problems with withdrawals. But playing a game the other day and hit a 4 scatter bonus and the game crashed. Their technical team played the bonus out for me and said it paid £13.88 which is impossible as you can only win increments of 10p on the game so to have the odd 88p is impossible. Apparently they are right though! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!

AVOID virgin bet like the plague!!!- Virgin Bet allowed me to create an account,deposit funds and place several bets without fuss.- As soon as those bets were successful and settled however, they blocked my account and demanded I complete several ‘verification’ steps to unlock my account. – the ‘online verification’ portal on their website didn’t allow me to upload any ID documents and, despite emailing VB with my ID they are refusing to unlock my account unless the online portal check is complete.- I have told them over and over again this online upload tool isn’t working and their response is ‘we can’t help you further’ – very helpful when allowing me to deposit funds at first though!

Very poor payouts. They will use the excuse that it’s randomly generated the same copy and paste reply they give everyone. Spin through £10 at 25p a spin and won 4 times the highest I won was 23p so less than my actual stake. I stayed away from here for a good while because it used to do the exact same when I played in the past. A nice little win would have been great but a leaopard never changes its spots does it. Word of advice to anyone that plays a virgin bet..!! Do not play casino games. Just losing after losing and more losing. Nothing comes out of it.. they are very restricted and predicted games… Make a record of the games, then you will see. Also if you have a record of the games you can make a complaint about it. More people have made complaints. And make sure you give them a review on were as well, so more people will stop playing there…

It saddens me to say after four years of loyalty to this site, I will no longer be playing here, almost a grand down since you changed your license, in five months I haven’t won a single solitary bonus, not even on 10p slots. Phoenix Megaways I have played every day for four months (please do check my gaming history) on 20p 40p and 1.00 not one single bonus, your bonuses are now non existent, your spins are all dead. I’ve just received an abrupt email to tell me that I have been arbitrarily banned from their promotions. No explanation and a rudely worded email with no recourse to query the bizarre decision. I’ve not done anything wrong or broken rules, just had my bets at the weekend. What an absolutely horrible way to treat a customer. My Third time to attempt costumer service.First time there was none and I wrote a review and Virgin Bet reply back to me that the had issues with operations and I can contact them again. Then I have tried again as I couldn’t place my free bet. My support agent was Michelle X and it took her 20 minutes to tell me what is my free bet and when I can place it which I already knew. Casino games regularly freeze, however stake is taken immediately, therefore when you reset your stake is lost as play does not complete…Plus stake can default to a preset, so if you don’t remember this happens you can also end up betting more than you wanted!Nice little extra earner, can you imagine how much they make of this little scam!
