I have been an active user of Virgin for a long time and I recently experienced such long waiting times for a withdrawal . My previous ones took less than 20 min but as this was my biggest one it has still yet to be cleared Virgin what is happening?

THE MESSAGE I HAVE WHEN TRYING ANY AMOUNT: “PLEASE ADJUST YOUR BET…”.I’M NOT SURE IF THESE IMB.CILS KNOW THAT YOU CAN’T PUT NEGATIVE STAKES. DISGUSTING CROOKS.THAT WAS FEW WEEKS AGO, SINCE THEN HAVE NOT WON ANYTHING ON THEIR FREE GAMES AND I’M PRETTY SURE THAT IS BECAUSE THEY CAN MANIPULATE THEIR GAMES AS THEY WISH. The App is ok however the bet builder options need to be expanded as there’s just not enough variation. Also the 2 x £10 acca free £10 bet is really good but maybe a loyalty points for members that want to put on more than 2 x acca’s weekly. I tend to put on my 2 accas to receive my free bet then go to other betting sites to place other accas as their loyalty points are worth it and the bet builder options more varied. Other than that it’s a decent app and decent enough free bet rewards. I like the free to play (fives) and the best odds guaranteed for the horses is great.

The reviews saying that they ban you from betting if you are in profit, even just £100 up are absolutely true. My mate and I opened accounts this summer and we both put each other’s accumulator on, we were both in profit of around £210 and we both got an email saying we were no longer eligible to take part in promotions and our stakes restricted to 1p. We both went on to the live chat and they would not discuss it whatsoever, so I agree with the comment below in which the Virginbet rep saying get in touch with the customer services team is just talking nonsense. They will not discuss it with you. I plead with anyone who bets on sports and loses money, please don’t bet with VirginBet as they will not let you win. They are only targeting losing punters, if you’re successful they will ban you. Don’t give them your money. Virginbet are the most immoral betting company I’ve ever known. Look at the 1 star reviews and see how many people have their accounts effectively banned for making profit from £20 to £300. But what more would you expect from the awful Virgin brand. Every experience I’ve had with them has been a disaster. They care nothing for their customers, it’s all about making as much money from people. And to the Virginbet rep, don’t say get in touch with the team as they will not discuss it and you know that.

What a joke…registered, then won about £20 on sport betting, and the very next day my account was blocked!!! Couldn’t bet one more penny on football or another sport. And these scammers don’t even tell you. These arrogant little worms haven’t had enough slaps in their faces during their “education”. It’s OK, not my main site odds are not bad but other bet sites,(bet 365, sky bet, WH, paddy power) better, get free bets without having to always place bets to get them, 2 up bet wins is very good which virgin bet don’t do. Its like Fives free to play game, good idea then you get 10p yes 10p(can be more depending on spin,but 10p is embarrassing being there)if you get a goal its awful. So I wouldn’t put people off but better out there.

When the app works it’s seamless…when it works. It’s glitchy asf and occasionally won’t let you log in. Also don’t expect fast payouts like other sites. It takes at least 24 hours even though every other site will pay out within the hour. Also be advised that they will cap your bets when they see you winning. Can’t beat the house. #honestreviewAs you can see by the bot reply below the customer service is pretty sloppy. My review is nowhere near account specific but, roll the dice at your own risk

If I could give zero stars I would. Noticed that not getting. Much gameplay not even about the winning when I spoke to customer support they closed account with out any warning after I’d deposited over 500 quid. Claiming payments back under visa disputes.. I have had an account with Virgin Bet for some time. I noticed a withdrawal from my bank account from Virgin I did not recognise. At the same time I received an email from Virgin that a withdrawal I had made several days before had “failed”,even though the small sum (£20) had been in my bank account for several days.There was no explanation as to why this transaction had “failed” as the sum was legitimately mine from funds I had deposited into my account.Virgin had made the unethical, illegal decision to steal £20 from my bank account without my permission. Make no mistake, this was a theft.I have contacted my bank and told them this sum was debited from my account without my permission. They have stopped my debit card to prevent any further thefts, and will try to recover the money. They say that the debit was indeed an “unauthorised transaction”.When I informed Virgin, they said they will not offer a refund and said my account (open for 2 years) was closed!!!!Absolutely ridiculous. To sum up: VirginBet feel they have the right to dip into their customers Bank accounts when they feel like, and offer no explanation as to why!!! Something similar happened 30 years ago with another company in the infancy days of debit card betting. That bookmaker lost their betting licence and have long since gone. I hope the same happens to VirginBet.

1 star as cannot give 0Allowed deposit without verification, they closed the account 1 min after deposit just to be asked for documents. They won’t reverse funds despite requesting self exclusion if I don’t send documents for verification. Why allowing deposits without verification then?? STAY AWAY people, spend your money elsewhere

Beware if you bet on sports, if your account is in profit they will very quickly restrict your account stopping you participating in promotions and only able to bet pennies. I had only been with Virginbet 3 weeks and was only £180 in profit and got the email that my account had been reviewed and no longer able to bet with them. They only want losing customers. So immoral, they are fine for people to lose money to then but absolutely will not allow to lose money to customers.

Take way to long to get paid out and can only put silly amounts of money on my trebles and other bets not had this problem with sky bet get paid out instantly and can put as much as you like on bets thought I’d try virgin bet because was looking at holidays with virgin and come across virgin bet but to be honest am probably gonna go back to sky bet for both these reasons

The worst betting app I have ever used. They had no issue with me depositing £100’s in the account, yet the second I won and tried to withdraw the money, they stopped the withdrawal and literally locked me out of the acount, pending me sending them a plethora of ID. The ID was sent to them within minutes and 5 times they have come back saying the photos were blurred etc, but they are not blurred at all, so they still they have not released the funds. Its daylight robbery and as a fomrer Finance Systems Manager for a competitor business, they are totally abusing gamblng commission rules and guidelines to suit themselves.

After 2 years at this casino I have closed my account! They say they are looking after you by asking for payslips ect ! But when you win. Big amount they let you deposit it all back no questions asked I won nearly 20k and I have a max of £1,000 a month deposit soon as I had the winnings I deposited again and again and again I got to 8k not a word from them dispute a limmit they never said a word I know it’s up to me to be in control! I received an email today saying my account had been reviewed and would no longer be allowed to take part in any promotions and my stakes would be restricted (to pennies). I had been with Virgin Bet for 3 months and was around £350 in profit. I went on to the livechat and the advisor told me it was restricted due to it being a profitable account. I told the advisor that my other betting accounts I am way down, I just had a lucky run. The advisor said the decision was final by the review team and they only want losing accounts.

They will quickly restrict your account if you are in profit. They only want your business if you lose money with them. When I asked the customer service team why they were so rude and ended chat. I’ve been playing online slots for years and years and I can honestly say I have more fun on virgin bet than I do on any of the other well known websites. Sometimes I win and sometimes I lose but I still have fun even when I do lose! Fives and the daily free game are good fun too. Really easy to use menus, free bonuses every day. I just won £100 free bet last week on the FIVES football promo, completely free chance to win money every week. Odds are always there or thereabouts same or better than other bookies. Loadsa roulette options and a good spread of sports betting easy to access and use. Only slight downfall, usually takes 24hours for withdrawal to hit your bank, not bad but others do it in a few hours.
