AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! Do not use Sportpesa!!! I was a member for over a year, when I finally took up one of their offers that they had been sending to me all year, they refused to pay out. They said I have breached 5 terms, I have broken none. They have stolen 1K from me. DO NOT USE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

As such, the management team have decided not to continue the business relationship. Any funds held on deposit will be remitted to your account. Please note, any future accounts registered within TGP Europe will be subject to the voiding of all winnings."Ive got account with another sportsbook under TGP like but there was no rules against it. This account ive hadlong before my pesawould give pesa a higher rating if not for this crap. these jokers should not have a license. can understand restrictions on players who win big frequently but no execuse for banning people who only make small stakes and lose less than they win

Illegally run bookmaker. I tried to open an account and was rejected despite never having had a bet with any of the businesses in the group. I made a subject access request and found out that they had purchased data about accounts I hold with other bookmakers which is in violation of GDPR regulations

Opened and verified an account placed bets won some lost some. One day suddenly limited to £1 bets.This after I had lost 20% of my total bet amount. Apparently they ban losers, now no way I can ever get that lost money back.

Tried to register with them, they required a bank statement and driving license. A bit pushy but alright they're not the only bookie that requires that and I can see why they would, so I submit the documents and two days later I get an email saying they have been rejected because they don't accept the high resolution colour scanned documents and want photos instead? What the hell?Looking through the other reviews I can see I dodged a bullet anyway, I'll take my money to other more trustworthy sites.

Stressful experience. Provided all ID documents as required. They then blocked my account and had to answer questions about my experience with gambling. They then unlocked my account and after winning a few times with Sportpesa, and made a few withdrawals and deposits, I decided to deposit some more money and play this morning. They suspended my account whilst playing an online casino game. Checked my emails and they sent me one asking for source of wealth information requiring bank Statements and wage slips. They should clearly have information on their systems that I won a large amount of money from them very recently and have clearly deposited less money than what I have actually won with them. To me they are clearly trying to make excuses and as hard as possible to not pay out my recent pending withdrawals and haven't a clue what they are doing. So the request is unnecessary. This is the second time they have blocked my account in my opinion for no reason and certainly wont be using them again. Appalling customer service and clearly dont want my custom. Complaint to Gambling Commission pending.

SportPesa is a bookie that had a very terrible website until recently when it was transformed into a much simpler and easy navigate one. They also need to work on the in-play betting, because if you click on a match and decide you want to go back, you wont be able to. Regardless, they offer a bonus of 10 when you bet 10 and the customer service runs 24/7, theres also an email and live chat.

won a bet got my account blocked for verification which is fair enough handed several valid documents to them and been waiting over a week im wondering if i will ever be able to get my money back from them i have been on plenty of betting sites but never had as much bother as i have with these i wish i never bothered going on to this site.

Update update update, found my passport still waiting on my account to be unlocked!!!!!! Opened my account verified using a. Crystal clear photo of my passport,I have lost my passport so I only have a photo in my phone, I have used this on many sites as photo id, all going well deposit small amounts, won 2 amount of couple of hundred euro, until Friday I signed up for 150 spins for 10 euro won a nice bit from that got to about 4 thousand still hadn't completed the wagering requirements, long story short I ended up with 2000 euro real with drawable money, tried to withdraw this is when the problem starts, I was asked too verify sent bank statement and passport photo, no this isn't good enough now they want a photo of me holding the Id which is impossible as I have lost it, asked for deadlock letter still waiting M, I wouldn't waste your money on these scam artists, as soon as you win big its any excuses not to pay out
