Awful to get hold of when they mark one of your bets as lost despite it actually winning…you really do need to check all of your results when dealing with them cos they’re awful and you can’t get anyone unless you post on twitter…the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

It’s a regular issue that if you have an accumulator and a match is void, they prevent you from a cash out and show the void fixture as the reason why. They will not update the acct. They also allow you to include lower league/other foreign matches in an accumulator where they know that they don’t update results in real time. That also prevents you from exercising cash out options. It’s blatantly cheating. There should be a notification if you include a match in an acca that would prevent you from cashing out early. Use someone else as they are thieves. Today was a prime example when matches were postponed due to bad weather but Accas not updated to void fixtures

Not fair play at all. You cannot spend £120 on a 40p slot and not even get close to a bonus. They spend too much money on tv adverts. Encourages more bets and more deposits. I’d personally stick with decent sites like bet365 and paddypower if I were you.

Scam! They take your money no questions asked but when you want to withdraw they sky you to provide all the possible proofs, I’d, address, pictures… Account suspended they told me but I first deleted it! They want you to lose your money

This morning, I called the Leeds office and spoke to a person from the safer gambling team, from the first conversation he was very rude and inconsiderate as I explained the situation . I then decided to not give him full details to what I work as, and he was very abrupt and said ‘well, your account is going to be blocked’ . He also questioned if I ‘use my last single penny’ when my account got restricted over a month ago, so it’s clearly not an issue for it to be blocked. I speak to people every single day and would never make anyone feel as awkward as he did. What I thought was just a normal chat about the reasoning my account got restricted, made me felt humiliated as he demanded what I worked as and to find the exact name .

The person I was speaking to Theo and Afroz in a live chat were extremely helpful and knew what they were doing. The two other I was speaking to the day before Bulund and Raza completely and utterly should not be working in customer service or live chats or anything else interfacing with customers or assisting them because they dont want to be there, they are hanging up and disconnecting chats on customers without even advising them and because I got through to the same guy 3 times everytime he disconnected on purpose. But what he doesnt know is I submitted a survey with 0 on it and also sent a complaint but Sky have all calls and interactions monitored and can tell how many calls were dropped and disconnecting on purpose I really hope they get a bad probation review.

Sky bet are the biggest load of scammers going they lie about there football stats so it looks like 1 team has had no shots but 3-0 up they play the opposite way so you more chance of losing I’ve lost loads threw there lies. 1percent chance of winning put it that way I’d stay well clear if your a gambler because they will crush you then when it appears you may win they will suspend your game for half hour so you cannot cash anything out I’m tired of the unfair ripp off these play. They should be banned for the things they do I get gambling is your problem but when it’s played like they do its wrong.

I would just like to say I’ve had endless problems with qualifying for free sky club the amount of times I have spent over30-00 and it said congratulations you have qualified and not received it . It is very misleading and not clear if you say you have qualified you should receive it regardless
