The worst betting site to deal with. They’ll not give you any help when you need it and will suspend your account for no reason. They’ll also not remind you how long you’ve played and online roulette is rigged. When winning they will cut time off your game, freeze the camera when spinning and won’t change anything during the game. They will take take take, please stay away from this horrible company.

The minimum deposit is £5 which is good but their minimum withdrawal is £10! So, if you have say, £9.50 in your account and you think, I'll have that back because I'm a bit short, you can't, unless you deposit another £5 to then withdraw £14.50!Why? Now the cynical among us would say that is to encourage us to spend what little we have left in there! Perhaps we haven't got another £5 to put in or we think, oh, I can't be asked to deposit another £5 just to withdraw the whole amount....I'LL JUST GAMBLE IT! They know what they're doing and there is absolutely no reason that rule is in place except for encouraging you to practice IRRESPONSIBLE gambling which is totally opposite to what they are supposed to promote!

If I could put no stars I would put a negative -10. I placed an accumulator bet on the football, All bets were a cash out And sky do not register the bet, This game was finished 45 to 55 minutes ago. But yet still there was no cashout available. This is not the first time it has happened on numerous occasions. So whatever you do don't bet with sky because the customer service is rubbish and so are there terms.

O stars.I had problems logging in a year ago and went elsewhere.I very recently tried to log in again, even though my android phone/google tells me their site is unsafe!I was obstructed from logging in again and then I tried to check my pin and account and skybet sent me emails to click links but they still did not work. What makes me cringe or laugh is there is a phone number at the end of this page so I called and it stated the phoneline is not in use.What a sham of a company, they don't deserve my custom after hours of having tried to contact them.Whether I am blocked or otherwise, I am completely unaware but am happy going elsewhere.I also do not understand celebrities endorsing Skybet as I said I can only think of them as a sham and if others call them crooks or fraudsters, I completely understand why.Goodbye Skybet!And Good Riddance, I hope someone teaches you a lesson in morals and manners who is a success in court, they should answer to the customer, that is paramount indeed.I now use PaddyPower and they pay out quickly without fuss, bless them.

Promotion on race, money back if horse finishes 2,3 or 4th. Horse came 4th. Came up as bet lost on my account, used live chat, she said I have been credited with the stake back. Now, I don’t know if I have or not, I’m expected to take note of my balance before I bet am I. Wasn’t notified that I had the bet refunded. Not good enough

Suddenly Skybet don't pay bonuses on Lucky 15/31/63 bets, so no bonus for 4 winners (usually 10%) and no double the odds for 1 winner. Refusing to pay out the money that is in my account until I provide bank statement from a bank account that was closed down over a year ago. I have sent them proof of the closure of the account but they are still insisting on a statement. I would definitely use Paddy Power instead. Much better experience all round

Sky bet has lost my custom for good now my first problem with them they brought extra placings in and scratched best odds g/tee I could not believe what I seen last week 1 extra place with only 7 runners what a joke.Sky bet have now announced that some free bets will have a time limit to use them I do not recollect them asking what the punters want or even vote sky bet are making a lot of bad decisions.

A third party accessed my Sky Bet account and used it to commit fraud with someone else's credit/debit card. When I raised it with Sky Bet they try to blame me saying my email had been accessed by the third party but that was not true, and the email access log proved that. When I tried to complain and find out what data Sky had allowed a fraudster to access, I gave them all the information they asked for and the information that the complaints procedure said was needed. But every time I did that Sky just asked for more personal data, by email, and then as soon as I said "no" to this they blocked the complaint. It feels like the system is designed to stop anyone making a complaint.

I don't think sky bet even care about people's opinions and reviews good reviews or bad reviews..As I look through trust pilot and all of the reviews... I don't see any kind of feedback or acknowledgement or attempt to try and resolve the issues..Every other betting site that I see on trust pilot...All of the other sites make a public comment and acknowledge the review.. even though the response you get is an absolute joke or just standard jargon they do still acknowledge..But not sky bet.. Happened a couple of months ago..I was playing eye of Horus.. the slot game..I was playing I have Horus for 4 pound spins..I cannot remember exactly how much money I had spent before the feature dropped... .. but if memory serves about 150 pound...So NOT a huge amount of money.. so the featured dropped 12 free spins... And I was playing for 4 spins...So you would like to think that it's going to pay something..And this is the unbelievable.. so when I say something..That's exactly what I mean you would like to think the feature that you as playing for four pound spins would give you something...I received nothing.. 0 zero... Not a penny...Is true as true I cannot tell you how true that is... I received nothing for a feature of 12 free spins. And I was playing for 4 per spin.. .. ....So yes I was a little disappointed to say the least.. dumbfounded.. genuinely initial shock.Especially when it said congratulations you won nothing LoL ??... Loads of reviews on here saying how bad skybet are but I have found them ok.Positives: their free bets don't expire, unlike some other bookies where they only give you a week (or sometimes even a day) to use it. Was with sky bet for approximately a month. Would place small bets( £3-£4) everyday on horse racing then sky bet accused me of fraudulent use and cheating and placed a lot of restrictions on my account. I have worked in the industry and can assure them 3-4 pounds a day is neither fraudulent use or cheating. I withdrew my money and shut the account down. Never again !!!

IVE been with Sky bet for some 10 to 13 yrs At the weekend they locked my cash out saying PLAYER not in play didn't matter he had already scored PERRIERA so Id won that bit even though he went off didnt matter...I contacted...Sky Bet talk / chat eventually did chat and they would only offer me my 1 pound back even though i had a screen shot..Ive found this site over the past few years not helping loyal customers anyway as a man of principal when i see companies taking the pee ...Closed account guess my gain defo their loss..Avoid if yr doing cash out bets ..I'd like to have given a zero but couldnt v negative customer services v my length of time with them...Found it hard to believe a company well perhaps not that I've been with for so so many years can treat you this way and btw the cash out would have been about 5 or 6 quid that's how tight this lot are v loyal customers like I said man of principal. Word of advice go elsewhere like I have.. I have emailed the complaints dept I am informed by George T and or Jacob at customer services I won't get a reply for 8 weeks that's what I'm dealing with so bye bye custome elsewhere no brainer

Sky often do not acknowledge bets on target, freeze cash outs just so it suits them if your winning. I put a bet on a player to score, this player did not start, but I was offered no cash out, the player eventually came on in the 80+ minutes so my bet was offered to me for cash out at 90% less then stake, disgusting
