Was with sky bet for approximately a month. Would place small bets( £3-£4) everyday on horse racing then sky bet accused me of fraudulent use and cheating and placed a lot of restrictions on my account. I have worked in the industry and can assure them 3-4 pounds a day is neither fraudulent use or cheating. I withdrew my money and shut the account down. Never again !!!

Absolutely shocking betting company. Sky bet is CORRUPT they are a bunch of criminals and should be banned. Its discusting the way they treat customers, hold onto their funds and continually rip punters off. They are horrible peolpe who dont care. They are only interested in getting your money, dont believe anything else they say. IVE been with Sky bet for some 10 to 13 yrs At the weekend they locked my cash out saying PLAYER not in play didn’t matter he had already scored PERRIERA so Id won that bit even though he went off didnt matter…I contacted…Sky Bet talk / chat eventually did chat and they would only offer me my 1 pound back even though i had a screen shot..Ive found this site over the past few years not helping loyal customers anyway as a man of principal when i see companies taking the pee …Closed account guess my gain defo their loss..Avoid if yr doing cash out bets ..I’d like to have given a zero but couldnt v negative customer services v my length of time with them…Found it hard to believe a company well perhaps not that I’ve been with for so so many years can treat you this way and btw the cash out would have been about 5 or 6 quid that’s how tight this lot are v loyal customers like I said man of principal. Word of advice go elsewhere like I have.. Sky often do not acknowledge bets on target, freeze cash outs just so it suits them if your winning. I put a bet on a player to score, this player did not start, but I was offered no cash out, the player eventually came on in the 80+ minutes so my bet was offered to me for cash out at 90% less then stake, disgusting

If your intending having a bet on horse racing sky bet seem to offer the wirst value. My reasoning is that pretty much remove bog on all racing, you get the odd one but instead offer extra places that are pretty yseful if you back to win. Do not use them will not pay out on boosts even though they clearly win. Just use opta to get out of paying up. Trying to say vinius junior shot on target was an offside play when clearly it wasn’t. It wasgiven for a foul. After the play. Even other bookmakers have paid up on it being a shot on target so clearly it was not offside just using opta to get of paying when they should use there own minds hopefully it catch up with them and the gambling commission will slap them with a big fine for ripping off customers This is not first time they have done this to people.

In a champions league game, Chelsea Vs Real Madrid vinicius Jr had a shot on target but sky bet are trying to say he didn’t, they say it was offside but It couldn’t of been as they took the free kick inside the penalty area which was nowhere near where he was and even other betting sites had this as successful.

I placed some bets on the Grand National the day before. Three of them in fact. The odds were accepted, bets placed, all seemed good. 10 minutes or so before the race, I suddenly saw in the app that my bets were ‘suspended’. I clicked on the ‘find out more’ option and there was some strange business about ‘we are recalculating the odds’. What does this mean? They wanted to make the odds better for them the day after they had been accepted? You should surely be able to bet at the odds offered at the time you place the bet and it was accepted, no? I continued to watch and try to understand what was going on. The next thing all three of my bets were marked ‘lost’, and a little red horse was shown to the left as if to say ‘this is all over’. This was minutes before the race even started. So how could they say that the bet was lost? I am absolutely disgusted. I think this company is really shady and dodgy. I have contacted them and they have ignored me so far. I would avoid them!

Someone got into my acct, upgraded the acct, added a new credit card and made some bets. I placed a hold on the acct to prevent any more activity. SkyBet refuse to do anything about it and have placed a hold on all other group accts such as PaddyPower. Complaints process is designed to send you into a rage or despair. Will report to Gambling Commision..but pls, find another betting site

Like numerous other reviews on here, as soon as they get a hint of you having a bit of luck they will restrict what you can bet to pennies! I’ve had a few winners lately but still down overall on my account but find myself stake restricted to the point that there is no point using them anymore. I feel like these betting companies are becoming legal robbery now. If you are allowed to lose, you should be allowed to win!

Disgusting company i have friends thst have lost 10k 100k and never had an issue but like myself as soon as you do win a bet you will get suspended without reason.I got an email saying i was now banned unless i let them access my bank. So i did just that i sent them every peice of information they demanded to see my own customers unredacted details i broke the law giving them but had to as they froze my money so gave the full accsess to my bank as i had nothing to hide myself but after 3 weeks they replyied and said i was banned but they where not at liberty to talk about why and the decision was final.I am so glad to come here and read all these reviews of others that experience the exsact same.Hopfully one day everyone cancels there tv subscriptions and stops funding these giants that pray on anyone that has any sort of success.Im left with over 60 open bets they all have been frozen and winnings simply taken off my WITHOUT reason. I questioned the lack of payout on a horse race £2 e/w, horse came second, bet marked as lost. Tried to question this and must have provided some incorrect details as they have now suspended account with £29 in it. I’ve been a member of skybet for many years and have had many good wins, but I’ve recently found out that skybet actually isn’t skybet anymore it’s a third party company that owns 80% of the business, with sky owning just 20% for advertisement,if you google skybet ownership you can read all about it and see that the company is called flutterbet,and that they are using sky’s material in advertisement, which obviously if they change the name to flutterbet instead of the well known skybet, punters would have a different view of joining, so please remember if your having a torrid time with this company and losing lots of money you have to remember that this third party company have to get there money back and more as quickly as possible incase it goes wrong and lose custom,I hope this helps anyone who is thinking of joining flutterbet, and also check out how many 1 star reviews there are that simply tells you all you need to know, have a good day and gamble safely,

I’ve never used their service. But 100% of fraudsters who have robbed money from my account use sky bet as it doesn’t bother to use even basic verification. No doubt to make it easy to keep exploiting money out of its own customer’s addiction.
