Skybet are thieves, l won a few thousands one night and left 2k float in there then when l woke up the next morning the account was suspended. It’s been over 2 weeks since l sent the required documents and customer support keeps saying security team is reviewing the documents and they will send you an email. Skybet are crooks and should be monitored by Gambling commission because l know they are other people out there facing the same problem, when you register it takes 20 minutes for one’s documents to be verified because you haven’t deposited any money but when you win money or you have money in the account it takes forever to be verified. Robbing the poor these criminals, someone needs to do something.

Tried to speak to someone about the app not opening and the site on web browser not working while I had bets open , couldn’t check them and I knew I was gona have a cash out but couldn’t get into it , happened to everyone and all they could say was sorry , we are not competing anyone for their loss . I’m switching to William hill as never had this problem with them back in the days . Sky sucks

Would like to leave nil but can't. My reasons are numerous. Once matches start on a Saturday the app very rarely updates or opens. On completion of bet cash out, i go to the account and find the submit didnt work and out of pocket, when i contacted them i got a useless bot chat. Upon getting live chat, I am told that it was an error, no apology or replacement of lost funds. Tried logging on the App at home, I have a sky mobile and mobile wi-fi, message keeps telling me I am abroad. Needed to delete app three times and reinstate, still not working properly. No physical human contact meant a very frustrated customer. To cap it all I get a review link asking me to sum up the service ? Service simply awful, now betting with someone else

The last few times I played sky bet slots the game or games have frozen and reset my game account so that I loose my bonus game I have lost nearly £1000 in a couple of weeks I’m not blaming anyone for me putting that money in but when when they force a reset it means my %goes back to new I’ve tried to get an explanation from them and they asked for screenshots they know what they are doing scammers total scammers thanks for reading this

Crooks! This company allows accumulator bets where all football games are cashout, yet once all the games start, they then say some of the games are ineligible for cashout! After I contacted online chat, I was told not to place accumulated cashout bets as this could happen!! Why allow me to place it in the first place!! Lying thieves.

Due to the fact that skybet, betfair and paddypower are all run by the same company all of my accounts attached to Flutterentertainment Plc have all been self-exclusion permanent despite GAMSTOP clearly saying my self-exclusion started on the 31st of August 2018 and ended on the 1st September 2023 I spoke to paddypower safer gambling agent on Thursday they said I'd self excluded 16th June 2016 then yesterday they said 26th July 2017 at 04:30 a.m.

Someone say skybets best online gambling firm???????.......You all know i struggle to get on the french horses a friend of mine said ive a skybet you can use....3 days it lasted then he got the dreaded email saying restrictions apply to your account but you can bet on premier league football matches to win a maximum of £200 🤣🤣🤣 i know i have a year to hit every firm with a lucky 15 or lucky 31 bet then im retireing from gambling as it is impossible to win people, unless you beat the odds, which i do every day hence we do not want punters like you 🤣🤣🤣

I would have to say one of the most corrupt. Dishonest and deceptive companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I was unreasonably removed from their offers, and then entered a cash back race to be told, that is the name of the terms if I have been excluded or not so Haydock 13:50 is no apparently called money back if second or third. A corrupt joke of a company avoid like the plague they obtain money from you by deception. A corrupt company.

Bet Anger Management assuming I would get best odds ..it won at 14-1 ..I was paid 10-1 .. the reason. Best odds doesnt apply to extra place races ..which isnt stated on the racecard odds. Absolutely rip off their customers. Stay as far away as possible. For the customer who had the cash out option but could never do it take them all the way, I did once and was easily given double!! Just had a bet showing, came in and went suspended(as usual) then disappeared along with all my betting history. No bet bet found by these criminals apparently! Had a cash out of 591 pound when i tried to cash out it tried to log me out then said settled bet so logged back in and cash out had dropped every time i tried to cash out it would not do it and cash out was dropping every time..till eventually the game finished and i ended up with nothing...been with the same site for 15 or more years but think i will try another site as sky bet is a fu--ing rip off keep away people its a scam site...

I changed banks and advised sky bet to remove my old card details . Had a bet from my NEW bank account and won , went to withdraw my amount and Sky bet wanted to split my winnings over my new bank account and old one ( which is now closed and non existent) I have contacted them and they are ignoring me and won’t refund me my money . Don't pay out winnings, Do not trust these crooks. It's 2023 ffs people should be allowed to change bank accounts and withdraw to the card that made the deposit. Utter crap this net deposits rule you've made up so you don't have to payout.Also the odds here are so low its embarrassing. And no best odds gaurenteed on races they give extra places on, not even worth betting each way at these odds.Website design is appalling and the my bets section makes it impossible to keep track of your bets without scrolling for days.

Ever since I jokingly said in a bingo chat room that I was spending my petrol money and could do with a win they banned my account. they asked me to call them which I put off for about six months eventually I thought why not. Person i spoke to was very smarmy and very much enjoyed talking down to me all because I had a joke with somebody in the chat room. I've now since tried to play the penalty shootout and have played it every day for 3 weeks. and have not won once I can only assume there is a Mark against my account., I have spent a lot of money with Sky Bet and always been fair but they're not fair with me. Hope they realise how hurtful this treatment is.

I got banned from all promotions over a year ago, I asked why and was told "we do not have to give you a reason, but we do look at your account from time to time with a view to reinstating your promotions." that was over a year ago, I have the occasional bet, normally a 10p lucky 15 on a Saturday. Maybe my occasional £3.00 is not enough to reinstate my promotions, but as they will not tell me why I have been banned then I do not know what I can do to fix it.

Please just read the reviews before joining. Skybet send huge volumes of texts emails and adverts to encourage you to use their promotions but if you dare to have a few winners they remove your access to these. No explanation - they just blame their anonymous trading team. The customer service is so bad I can’t actually believe it’s allowed. When I ask for an explanation they close the chat. It’s good to see the reviews on here and know it’s them and not me :D

I have been betting with Sky Bet for over 9 years now only small bets most well under a fiver but have received communications from them as follows. Following a recent review by our trading team, we have decided that your account requires tighter liability management. Unfortunately, this means the account will no longer be eligible for any free bets or cash credits offered as part of any promotional offer from Sky Bet. The decision is not based on how much a customer has won over a period of time, but it is in relation to the types of bet they are placing. As far as I know my betting habits have not changed much over that time I asked if they could provide me with some details of their decision but was informed the trading team doesn't need to explain anything. As I see it they are the Police, Judge and Jury and sentencing officer all in one. I do find it strange though I contacted Sky Bet about a bet that was settled and winnings put into my Account only for it to be removed I questioned them, are they allowed to take money out of my account without my permission, the winnings were put back but I didn't get an answer I wonder if this had anything to do with their decision to withdraw promotional offers. Did think as a new football season is about to start they would reset my account and allow me to have promotional offers, No is the answer.

I placed a £50 bet for Jamaica to draw with France and they did. payment should of been £450It was registered as LOST!!!!I am trying to find out why. I have emailed, and got a robot response. Then a succession of emails, stalling about the details of my account. Then Silence. I have requested a call, an explanation, but I have received absolutely nothing, apart from your account details don't match. This is many things.
