Well hello all, firstly I am from New Zealand and have been playing R.Panda for over a year now, just a tiny reminder the jackpot is at 50m last I looked. Is it really going to go, is there a time frame set, a year is a long time for a jackpot to be rolling, I must be honest I haven’t had a shot at the wheel for over 6 months but when I did I got something like 2grand and it was paid out within 4 days. I must admit think I’ve spent more than have won, but I do win, and I enjoy this site , and when I withdraw its easy. Thanks Royal Panda, just loosen up on that jackpot, will be a life changer for a LUCKY player. So basically as title states, i am unable to withdraw the funds available to me. I had complied with their verification processes and got to the point where i was able to submit a withdraw request but as soon as this stage was completed the withdraw never came through and is sitting on hold in my account. I contacted the live support and they informed me that the withdraw was frozen until i completed even more verification. So i have now given the remaining verification and it is sitting there unreviewed or keeps getting denied. Tried to reach out to live support with and automated ‘An agent will attend to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your co-operation’ and have not heard back. Dissapointing

I had a horrible experience with this casino. I decided to give it a try, but there were absolutely no wins or bonuses. The website itself needs significant improvements. Avoid this casino entirely. If you’re looking for the best online casinos, try Stake.com or RoobetDo not waste your time with any other online casinos

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The way I judge online casinos is:1, How easy is it to get withdrawls into my account2, how good is the support when there’s an issueThe site itself is simple, straight forward and with a great range of games. The range is much like a lotbof others but not much missing at all.The menus are easy to navigate and there’s heaps of info on reporting your activity if your into that. And I am.Withdrawing money? I’m a new zealander, so a lot of withdrawl options like withdrawing to master card or visa isn’t an option. I don’t use online wallets so I have to be able to withdrawl straight to my bank account. I was worried about this so worked with the support team to do a withdrawl. It landed in my account 3 days later which is faster than alot of them .I’ve done a second withdrawl which took a day. I have heaps of confidence in there system and can relax about it. The minimum doingbit like this is 60$ which was high. But for ease of use its a great middle ground.Regarding support? I can’t talk highly enough about the support I got. Crushed the completion here. You have the usual help centre which is just a bot menu of well organized an large scoped FAQ explanation. All good and relevant. But when you use the email option a real human replies. And man I put them through it. 17 emails to settle my nerves about the withdrawl process.I got THE BEST support from the team. Especially, Adelene, Madalena, Sacha, and Francesca. The we’re patient, invested and engaged, kind, on my side, clear, professional and talked directly to my questions.BEST EVAAAAAAAI’m grateful for the help and won’t hesitate to give this to any new zealander worried about which site to trustI’ve read the other q star reviews and I’m not saying they should be ignored. I can only speak to my experience and I find it to be trustworthy based on the ease of withdrawl and the perfect job the supportvteam has provided me. 6 stars for support from me.

Withdrawal Issues Scam Site PerhapsI have NEVER had withdrawal issues like this site!!! I’ve had the pleasure of playing on other casino sites and this is the first one that is trying desperately in every way to make my withdrawal of my winnings of $2100 impossible. I think they purposely have you wait 5 days for you to receive your withdrawal so that they can say it’s your bank that is is causing the delay and that your bank is to blame for the reason you have not received the funds. That’s funny because my bank has received many many many of my winnings from other casino sites with absolutely no issues. I don’t buy that excuse for one moment. I do not believe that it’s my bank that is not accepting the transaction. I believe they have my winnings on hold still and haven’t even forwarded it to my bank. My bank would have advised me about a declined transaction and would have sent it back after a few days. With all this aggravation I have asked them to retract my withdrawal request and asked them then to decline my withdrawal and put it back in my account and they said they no longer have it. So my question is where is it? They said my bank it holding it and to contact them. So is this going to be a “he said she said” situation causing more issues? I still don’t buy it! Banks don’t hold funds like that! They told me they have to escalate this because it has past the 5 day requirement. Ya ok. I have to show proof now and show my bank statement. Which is fine but now causes another delay!! Really!! If you play on this site and win, show your bank statement and deposit information right away to show proof so they won’t make you wait like me to collect your winnings. They will try everything to make you jump through hoops!!!! Make sure they see your name and deposit date information right away. Now I have to go to my bank and get a current bank statement. I’m not happy with this site and after this experience I don’t think it’s worth the aggravation. In regards to customer service in the beginning they are right there to help you and then watch out they do not like you asking questions. Once you do, they start to avoid you and make you wait for lengthy amounts of time!!! I laugh because you get a response email (a generic one of course saying we are sorry etc..,) do these complaints and do people get their winnings situation get rectified? If not I will go to Game or Commission and above until this situation is rectified! So I’ll wait for mine and it’ll say In sorry etc. Royal Panda Advice ..,, Royal Pain Indeed!

I don’t understand all negative comments about this casino. This Casino is legit and really good I think is one of the best casino out there. I recommend 100% the only thing that I haven’t done yet is withdrawn some money. I will keep you posted.

Reply

I just can’t stop laughing at how terrible their customer service is. They don’t understand basic problems, which leads to stupid suggestions on how to solve them; lazy support, they mix your name with someone else in the email. They send me an email with half a message; the rest is hanging somewhere. It is really terrible. And they are extremely slow, below industry standards.

Have deposited plenty of money with no issues. I finally get what for me is a big win of $800, when I tried to withdraw it declined twice without notifying me or giving me a reason. I have provided all verification documents, and then after I went on to a live chat my account has been disabled. Total scam and obviously not going to be getting my money. Plan on taking this further with the gaming commission.

Reply

They are scammers and never paid me when ever i won anything more then $100. They made every possible excuse which was totally unrelated to the winning so that they don’t have to pay. They will ask details of expired credit card which I used 6 months ago to pay you for the winning amount today. They go dig in past n find excuses to make it impossible for winners to pay money. so they are doing this fraudulent activity and still functioning. I think government should’ve taken initiative to stop this scanner in Canada at least.

Reply

Compete Scam, they will not let you withdraw any money. Don’t waste your time, if you contact support they will find plenty of reasons to reject your documents and finally block your access to their website. It’s a sister company of leovegas, they will let you deposit without any verification and while you try to withdraw you will all sorts of problems. Check recent reviews in app state and play store , don’t get misguided by fake rating.

This casino was going fine, I was winning and went to withdraw some of my winnings only to get an error that my balance was too low to withdraw. But I have $4,000 in the account?!? The live support said I had to clear my cache (on my phone?) and log out then back in again because on their end everything was fine. Finally I went to log back in and try again and now I can’t gain access to the site at all. The login page is broken as of June 3 at 2AM. It is now June 4 at 9AM and I still can’t gain access. This is not how a proper online casino should work. I think I’ve lost my money

Reply

I am so disappointed and frustrated. I won almost $600 and trying to withdraw is impossible. I have done everything they’ve asked me to do, submitted all the documents did the verification process, I don’t see what more I can do.

Reply

Not sure why so many negative reviews. I deposited few weeks ago and play live games then slots. Ended up cashing out 15x my deposit. Then made a couple more and lost, then again made a deposit and won 1300$ on one slot with a 1.50$ bet. They took about 1 day to verify account, and withdrawal was quick. You can even restrict yourself while you’re waiting for withdrawal. The only 2 reasons I am not giving 5 stars Is because the don’t have some of my favourite slot games and you can only have 1 pending withdrawal at a time. So if you end up winning more you have to cancel pending and submit a new request with different amount.

This casino is the worst one I’ve played never win eats your money in seconds don’t play it.

Reply

Stay away from this casino! They don’t offer you any bonus they want you to lose all ur money while they seat there and laughing and watch you fall the worst live agents as well and very rude. You can’t possibly make a win you will only lose it’s more likely to win the lottery if you play than winning in this casino. And one star rating is way to much they don’t even deserve that

Reply

Wow. Just terrible. I sign up, deposit $100, and lose it all in less than 20 minutes. I feel like I was just scammed. Just so many dead spins and not even a single feature. The price to buy the features is insane, 100x your bet so that you can win 4x back, crazy. I don’t even know what else to say. Definitely not giving them anymore money thats for sure. I don’t know how these casinos get away with being so rigged.

Still waiting on my withdrawal from late December. Royal Panda says that “outside company’ does the payout and in order for them to ‘troubleshoot’ I had to send them my personal banking statement to PROVE that I was not paid. This is the FIRST step to get resolve instead of asking this ‘outside company’. I provided that statement on Feb 2nd and now I have to wait for the investigation results. It has been 2 full weeks since proving to them that I was not paid. During this 2 months of not being paid I did not receive one single update from Royal Panda to let me know what is happening with my money. I have to inquire about it every 3-5 days. DO NOT GIVE THESE CRIMINALS YOUR MONEY. PLAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Reply

Read anything on their site carefully before you join. I only lost 100.00 (in five min). Games do not pay much at all so money goes quick. Any bonus they offer needs a 3,000.00 deposit. That wasn’t clear in their write up. I feel it’s a scam too like a lot of other people.

Royal Panda is a complete scam I deposited over 1000 dollars in an like someone else was saying 1 minute to deposit an take your money but when it comes to withdrawal they make it so frustrating an impossible to claim iv been waiting a few days for them to process my details an they still haven’t approved everything. 100 percent scam. a few days ago won 6k 3days an have been fighting the urge to not play it.but I don’t think it matters cos there never going to approve the withdrawal account axxholes

This casino is a scam. If you win and want to withdraw your winnings they will make sure you need to provide them with multiple, unobtainable documents as so you will never receive that money. Stay clear. I am speaking from experience and it’s frustrating to say the least.

withdrew $831 at the end of December /23. Was not paid. When inquiring about it they told me that I had to send in my bank statement so that they can check that I was actually not paid!!!!! This is absolutely atrocious. Who does that to their customers? It is February /24 and I have still not been paid.

I use to enjoy this casino but be aware big wins and bonuses are extremely difficult to get and if you do get one expect a low payout. Spent thousands at this casino and never ever came close to a good win. The drop bonus program is also useless never win anything even after playing 3k betting only $1. They don’t offer any cash backs on losses or good promotions. The only good thing is if you win and withdraw it is quick.

Waste of your money don’t play in this casino , this casino is the worst casino I played ever everrrrrrrrrrrrr

Reply to their response: While they sound sincere and suggest to reach out to their team which I found that odd, as it was their team who stated “they cannot escalate the matter to Mgmt” but… “even if they could, Mgmt would state the same thing… it’s 2-5 business days to receive funds…and it’s CLEARLY stated on their webpage” 🙄This company is ridiculous!! It can receive my deposit in 1 minute but claims that withdrawals can take 2 to 5 business days!!! Like WTH??? What a way to 1) have their customers continue to play out their winnings or 2) lose customers…. I did #1 twice because the withdrawals were small but this most recent one is a bit bigger…. hence, going with #2 once my funds are received, I will be closing my account. Totally idiotic as there are so many sites out there that have almost instantaneous withdrawals…. Beware and avoid this site.

After 3 months signed up to this casino, I started to win. I requested 2-3 withdrawals per week for about 3 weeks straight and without any explanation, they blocked my account! I got on a lucky streak and clearly they didn’t like it. I am still going back and forth with their customer service to try and find out why I’ve been blocked and there’s still no answers! At all! I was told “this was normal procedure”. Very disappointing and worrying experience. I still have money locked in there and I don’t know what to do.Other than that, half the blackjack dealers are asleep at the tables and they are beyond miserable! Very poor experience from this casino, make sure it’s last on your list!

I should have read the previous reviews, Typical Leo Vegas casino. RTP is non existent and impossible to verify your account. This company really takes the excitement out of gambling. Don’t bother playing here, you will just throw your money away while having a constant fear of not being able to cash out.

Great Casino with awesome bonuses and other features.

This casino makes it appear that registration is easy with a few simple identifiers. Then after you play and look to make a withdraw, they go through an incredibly difficult process requiring multiple pieces of identification. In my case, I had sent eight different documents to them and they still did not except my proof. They have $400 that I would say Since itll be next to impossible for me to satisfy the requirements; they have now stolen it.

Biggest scam I won 150$ since April and they still won’t give me my mi et always some stupid excuse and another save your money or use a reputable gaming site like old or 888 Casinos you will get your money out but not royal casino

I had such a bad experience with this Casino Site. This is a scam and do not expect any help from customer service. When I joined the Royal Panda, they did not ask for any verification. They let me withdraw a few times. But suddenly they asked for the documents to verify. I submitted my Id and address proof. I used 2 different cards to put some money as a deposit. First of all, it was shocking that they were asking for a debit/credit card picture to upload. But I still uploaded the debit card picture but they kept rejecting the document as they wanted me to upload both the card. It was so illogical to ask for pictures for both my cards then I talked to this customer service representative named Simon. He was doing the same thing just asking me to upload both card pictures. He was not even responding properly and reading what I was writing. With all the frustration I just closed the account without withdrawing my money from Royal Panda. my experience with Royal Panda Casino was a complete disaster. From the frustrating website design to the unhelpful customer support and convoluted withdrawal process, it’s clear that this casino falls far short of providing a satisfactory gaming experience. I strongly advise anyone considering playing at Royal Panda Casino to look elsewhere for a more reputable and customer-oriented online casino.

This site is bad said I’d won 700 and sent all info they needed and kept coming back with an excuse on all wot a scam they are and liars said they could send reward back too my visa the one the deposit came from then asks for all this other verification for bank statement ID and conformation on every other thing then everytime I sent it wasn’t good enough please please don’t join this scam

Reply

Really bad company deposit bonus really bad you need to deposit twice to get the deposit bonus which doesn’t make any sense coz they states it’s a 1st time deposit bonus but if I have to deposit one time to enable the bonus and then deposit again to get the bonus that becomes false advertisement it becomes a 2nd deposit bonus… also for the 100 spin you’ll probably be like 1 out of 10 ppl to get it coz say yiu deposit 20$ you need to wager 400$ just to get the 100 free spins so like technically not free spins these casinos avoid at all costs resd t&c at all times DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SITE

I’m from Ontario and I had made an account a year ago.Yesterday I deposited $40 and ended up winning $120. Upon withdrawing, Royal Panda decided I needed to make a new account under their new Ontario license, removing all my funds completely. So essentially they let me play, spend money and then when I won they decided I’m not aloud to keep the money. I wouldn’t recommend Royal Panda for shady business practices.

This company is a fraud heartless thieves. I signed up and play some money and won some money so i press the withdrawal which it shows that my withdrawal is bending and nearly one day later theres still no money and i tried to login but they have lock me out and cancel my account. Please dont ever think of wasting your money. Everytime some one will write a honest reviews they will reply to cover their con jobs. The authorities where this company is operating should investigate this fraud. If its part of an international in US than the FBI should be notified and if its other countries than notify relevant law enforcement. Heartless Fraud Thieves these people are.

We were on the way to varanasi from noida and were looking for a place having decent lunch in route so that we can carry on our journey and not waste much time in the city in finding a good restaurant. First of all, the food was awesome and staff were well behaved. Good ambience and seating area. It’s located outside the city that helps you to carry on your travel without spending time in the city traffic.
