Account permanently excluded because I cancelled an account on of their sister sites years ago and because they have ll merged, if you have deleted your account from 1 of those then it excludes you from them all. Absolute joke. Was told my account would be reopen within 24 hours after spending over an hour speaking to an agent on their online chat. Still no luck after that. Spent a good few hours after that speaking to agents who said I should be able to log in. Still couldn’t get on. Then to be told I won’t be allowed back on. Used to be a good site.

Typical scamming betting site. Offered a special 50/1 odds for new members. Signed up, once you’ve signed up and try to place the bet, you’re told it’s a £1 max bet plus the winnings are paid at the standard odds and the additional money on the special odds will be paid as free bet money. Absolute scam artists. Withdrew all my money and closed the account immediately. Will not let scum bag companies like this have a penny of my money.

This is the worst organisation ever for 4 days I have been trying to access my account and get my money back into my bank account 4 days of relentless questions and transfering to one team then another I have been made to feel like a criminal and have done nothing wrong I think they are finally returning my money and they are going to phone at 6 o’clock it’s now 8 o’clock.another lie it told them I am recovering from cancer and this is causing me more stress they don’t care just answer more questions and transfering me to another team and answer more questions.this went on like this for days.i am sure they were acting illegally they held my money for 4 days and now tell me I should get it I 4 -5 days.paddy power no thanks

Why have you removed the 36p and 48p bet from the bigger bass bonanza games ? Has anyone else have the same thing or have they just done this to my account ? 6th time I have sent a review, hopefully to hurt this spiteful company and to stay at the top of the reviews which means that many people will see it! They do t look at reviews as they still refuse to answer! Seriously couldn’t be bothered to reply! Have no respect and hate their customers! This proves that they could not care! Awful, still haven’t got in contact and blatantly refused access to my own account despite having over £289 in my account! They state that I had to be verified even though this has already been done! Despite fulfilling there requirements they have now suspended my account! I have been advised by my lawyer to warn them of impending interest and charges!! Doubt they will even bother to reply!! Best odds guarantee is misleading. In order to get the best odds you not only have to opt in (why?) but do it the previous day to when you need it. Having just backed a winner with SP of 33/1 I ended up getting the price at the time of the bet 25/1. I had seen the opt in requirement and did it before placing the bet but they wriggled out of the guarantee by unearthing in the small print the need to opt in the day before. What a joke, why would you not want the best odds and why should you need to opt in? All designed to mislead you.

Opened an account but I was unable to remove one of my cards that I didn’t want on there, it would not let me, said that I had to contact an advisor. So I attempted to delete my account, which wasn’t straightforward, they keep trying to cling onto you.Very poor.

Customer service is shocking!!! It’s been nearly 3 months and still no response!I have been having problems with my account since Boxing day and have tried to resolve this via the chat and have been passed to 5 different agents in different departments all of whom asked me the same questions and asked me to upload the same documents. I tried calling but you can’t call and have even emailed a complaint and have not received any response!

I think this has to be the most terrible casino I have played throughout my years. After you have created an account for some time it’s almost like you never get the daily rewards or win while spending money unless you spend a bigger amount which you lose more if you decide to play it. Terrible experience for someone who has used it for a while, use anything else then this.

Very bad casino also thieves, deposited total of £300 to play, got error message saying transaction declined on there side but was approved by my bank, so tried again another £300 which was accepted total credit to play was £300 only not £600 So when I checked my bank account was negative of £600 from paddy power, I would like my additional £300 pounds back that you stole from me please. Also my account has now been closed and no way of returning my money that they stole. I will be reporting you to my fraud team for taking my money and not credited. Please be careful with this site and watch your bank details. Spent 3 hours on chat today. My account has been suspended and then when reopened they put a 7 day time out on it this is so i lose my £5 free bet and 25 free spins from paddy power rewards club. This is extremely unfair and seems paddy power turns it on us the punters. I will be looking to take this further for this treatment and to make a statement. I hope paddy power are smart enough to add these to my account next week. This is principle. I don’t like there disrestpect and belittling. You may have control of my online account and that’s where it stops. Disgraceful. Oh yes not to mention my account is up so they extracting there loses back via there slots. This is why they suspended my account as I complained about there slots. I have all chats recorded for future claims.
