Downloaded the app to place few bets. I added about €30 to my account, I verified my Id. I placed ONE bet and then I receive a notification that they permanently banned me for no reason. I emailed them multiple times asking me to send me back my €30 and they asked me for proof of ID AGAIN, a bank statement and proof of adress for some dumb reason and still never even sent me the money. I have emailed many times since asking for my money back and they ignore me completely. Absolute scam app.

Terrible, won’t let you withdraw your winnings, don’t use this company. I won on the Grand National but can’t get my winnings, customer support is rubbish. I have been a client for years, but no more, I’ll keep trying to get my money, but looking at reporting it to the appropriate authorities to get them shut down.

Kind of a shame really, I used to love Paddy Power, it always used to be a fair and reasonable place to play and spend money, and I fully expect to come and spend moneyI don’t come to PP and expect to win every time occasionally is fine but it used to have a decent selection of different games, promos were generous and would always keep you wanting to play more.Unfortunately for the last few months it has become really hard to find much in the way of positive reasons to play here, and as I have said before, I come to play and certainly not win, don’t get me wrong, winning is great and allows me to play for longer and sometimes even Withdraw some, but the site is a bit stale, same games, same offers and sales really low chance of getting a bonus (which only gets spent on site).yes they still give the free wheel which mostly loses, and I was always happy to get my 25 reward spins on Monday, but I absolutely hate the multiple Kong games you are pushed into if you are not careful. Basically if you hit the claim here button you will end up having to play your legitimately earned free spins on a really low payout Kong Game, and once you have pressed “claim here” you are locked into the kong game, why on earth have you done this ??? I want to be able to choose my game, I now know that I have to press the Eligible Games tab before I click claim to pick different games, but you have deliberately hidden this from players, this is very wrong.You also still offer the free “beat the drop” game but so many times there are no questions available and it becomes a drain, I do however love the responsible gambling controls, and I love that they are strict, I only use them on PP to remind me that I don’t actually want to spend any money there anymore, I have been a PP customer for many years years, and have always loved it, but the site desperately needs some change.

The slots on this site are just on the take constantly, every session I played was just bleeding my money through, the paddy’s wonder wheel never gave me anything about 3 weeks in a row, when it did I got 10p scratch card. Also looking through the slot games there’s not one display of RTP on any. Honestly I loved PP at first but recently I’ve noticed that they’ve been literally cheating their customers. I’ve got proofs of so many bets declared winner which they were and later on declared as loser. Just today it happened with Inter Vs Bayern where in I had an ACCA which was a winner and later withdrawn as a loser…..I’m deleting the app straight away. Put a bet on at 11-1. 10 mins to go and the odds go to 6-1. I wasn’t even aware that could happen. I don’t accept that odds can change. It closed my bet and put the money back in my account. I won my bet. But what is the point of putting a bet on and they reduce the odds by half in case I win. Disgraceful. I’ll be closing my account now and will never use them again

Paddy Power used to be a very fair site but since COVID has declined.Definitely no longer playing at the advertised rates, nowhere near no matter what stakes you play with. Not seeing jackpots,full houses, features and bonuses half as often. This site has become very greedy and is not being transparent lt seems on a big hurry to just take your daily deposit without fair returns. I upgraded my phone and this has now stopped me withdrawing any funds. I have £1200 sitting in my pp account. I have been told that the same card I used to deposit funds originally, is now showing as a new card so I can’t withdraw until I deposit funds using that card. This is all very well but I have reached my deposit limit so I am unable to deposit £5 in order for me to withdraw £1200. I have dealt with numerous advisers online (as they have no telephone number to speak to someone, which is so frustrating) and they are all as useless as each other. Been on paddy power a while now. I only play on Rainbow Riches (boring I know). It’s never been good at giving wins buts every now & then would come good. I had a look through my account today as it hit me it hadn’t paid out in a while. Well the last time I took a win was back at the end of January. Since then I’ve topped up £1k but actually placed £2.8k in bets. Yes that sounds good but that extra 1.8k is made up of 25p here 50p there. Not actually decent wins. It’s not spun the 3 pots of gold once in 3.5 months. It’s got a RTP of 95% which sounds great but when looked into it more it’s actually below average.
