Mansionbet made a half assed attempt to contact me based on review here , " cant locate my account " , worst customer service I've experienced. They have no interest in resolving customer issues / complaint. Beyond me how they can do this and get away with it . How does an account just disappear? Would not happen with a respectable company.

Worst bookies ever, slow site that looks like it was created by a two year old, the reality check logs you out after five minutes, not that hour set, frustrating when you in middle of a race and the site is too slow to log back in to see rest the race and I've deleted all the cookies but still don't work, prices are awful, maybe only two selections and both 1/2, also had been a member well over a year, I asked to close my account, they said I need to send them in both sides my bank account, same with driving licence and a bank statement showing transactions, bit funny I'd not been asked in the previous year plus but as soon as I want close my account they come up with this, yes you guessed it all images were rejected for not being clear which they were, I checked. Now they saying they need a photo of my old bank card from a year ago which nobody keeps, they don't need see my new one though, bunch of crooks I'm going gaming commission Monday, my best guess is they are going broke

pretty nice site and easy to bet with. i joined because they had a really good promotion for new members. my free bet came off but i unfortunately didn't read the small print saying all bets must be on different events so they took the half of my winnings. personally wont use them again because I feel a little cheated but otherwise would recommend

MansionBet is the worst bookie I have ever used. Awful experience and customer service. Used three free bets on the same selection, as it allowed me to place them with no prompt that it wasn't allowed (as I later found out). My bet that I placed had won and upon trying to withdraw the money an amount was deducted and I received a third of the winnings. MansionBet uses a sly term stated in their terms and conditions for the use of the free bet which states that they cannot be used on the same selection, but allows users to place anyway, so if their selection wins, they can take most of it and hit them with a ban of future promotions. I even admitted my innocent error and asked if I could have the promotions ban lifted as I had enjoyed my experience until this occurred, in which I was told I couldn't. Overall poor customer service and a very sly company. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I found MansionBet to be the best company I have ever bet with, seriously. Only signed up with them last Friday, I was lucky enough to have a few winning bets, and requested 4 or 5 withdrawals, totalling about €1600, couldn’t believe it...the cash was in my account overnight,! And this at weekend..never been paid out so quickly before with ANY betting company. 5 stars from me, and I am NOT ass licking..just speak as I find. MansionBet is fine by me, thanks. C.McC

I received various promotions from MansionBet via email etc. After opting in and attempting these promotions I received an email stating I was no longer eligible for promos and that it was not up for discussion or review and gave no reason as to why! Contacted Live Chat and they clearly stuck to a prewritten script and kept repeating that it was not up for review. Terrible company and appalled at this decision because I did nothing wrong, avoid betting with them as they will exploit and tempt you with promotions and then claim you are not eligible.

I know a lot of reviews about this company are in relation to gaming and bonuses but allow me to tell you how deceitful they are in the art of ripping off customer on regular bets. This morning I placed a bet on a match which was shown to be 7 minutes old, my bet was specific to goals in the first half. Almost immediately after my bet was placed and accepted, the market was suspended. I jumped across to bet365 only to see that the match was not 7 minutes old it was half time. Mansion bet was now showing my bet as a loser and they were busily correcting the market. I've taken snapshots which prove beyond doubt this was a Mansionbet error. It happens, no big deal, void bet? A quick chat would resolve this? You would think but no! I had the pleasure of speaking with Ivan, a man who had clearly been taught that the customer is always wrong. Without offering to look into the matter he told me it was my responsibility not theirs, that the match they were betting on, on their platform which showed the match as being only 7 minutes old and were taking bets that 'could only be losers for the customer'. Their traders corrected the markets, which means they knew it was wrong but still took my money and refuse to refund. This isn't hours after the event its within 5 minutes. I think most gamblers can accept when they get beaten bookies but when the bookie puts up fake markets and refused to refund when caught out. That is disgraceful. They have affiliations with English football clubs in the Premiership and Championship, I will be making the clubs, their supporter fan groups and Premiership and Championship FAs for comment and views on a company that acts this way. I am yet to make enquiries as to whether this activity is illegal but I will be reporting Mansionbet to the Gambling Commission. Once my complaint with Mansionbet is complete, I will do what you good people have done and share my experiences across all social media to cause as much damage as possible. You can't have an honest bet with Mansionbet so at all costs avoid! You would think making up markets to trap customers was a thing of the past. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Signed up for 100% match bonus, deposited through PayPal using Uk debit card, no bonus, contacted CS, answered repeatedly “should have read small print” then encouraged me to make another deposit to receive my bonus. They took away 75 worth of winnings and the free bets which I was credited. Stay well away from Mansion Bet, nothing but crooks.

Awful attitude towards customers. I have not used any promotional bets, simply won a bet placed with my own money. Was banned from all promotions and have to send all forms of ID imaginable to withdraw. Maybe they make money from people who can't be bothered to deal with them and just leave their deposit...

Signed up to Mansionbet via their free bets offer and after qualifying was instantly informed that I would no longer be eligible for any future bet bonuses/promotions. I had planned to place several bets with this company but will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Had to ask for the free bets to be honoured on live chat. Not a lot of sporting events on due to covid, so I put all of them down on one horse. Not allowed, even though I normally would put all the free bets on the same one. Didn't tell me until weeks later when I tried withdrawing, and after numerous contacts so they took the winnings down from 120 to 40. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid! Read the rest of the reviews and the investigation into them to see it's common practice for these crooks.

Emailed support @ mansionbet.com as the replies state on 29 June 2020. Auto-reply says will aim to respond within 48 hours. it is currently 9 July 2020 and no response. I appreciate things can take a little longer at present due to Covid, but not even an acknowledgement give me no faith I'll ever hear from them. AVOID!

I registered and uploaded my documents and took couple of days to verify it. Then I wanted to bet on football my I got an error that Max win allowed is 1!!!! I talked to support they say you can play in casino instead. Very terrible site for betting. I recommend to go for a genuine betting company

Then waited another 2 days for that to be confirmed. Second withdrawal a week later, pending again after 5 days so live chat to them they said they need to see picture of the bank card, once again would of been nice to know? Opened an account and the promised free bets were not credited.Then it took 3WEEKS to get my money back from them.This involved countless emails and long waits for replies.Mansionbet will happily accept deposits but as soon as you attempt to withdraw it is a different matter.Plenty of other online bookies who honour free bets and promos will be getting my money from now on.Please do not open an account with these conmen.
Opened an account and the promised free bets were not credited.Then it took 3WEEKS to get my money back from them.This involved countless emails and long waits for replies.Mansionbet will happily accept deposits but as soon as you attempt to withdraw it is a different matter.Plenty of other online bookies who honour free bets and promos will be getting my money from now on.Please do not open an account with these conmen.

Signed up for an offer for the races. Just a warning for anyone who lives in a flatshare who does this. If one of your flatmates is already signed up you do not get the offer . The first guy lied yesterday and said the offer hadn't come through due to site maintenance. Today's told me it was because someone in my household was already signed up. Glad I didnt put anymore money into my account after the initial bet waiting for the others to come through.oh and then they ask if you have a problem with gambling... erm no which is why I was complaining that I had to spend ten pounds to get the free races when ten pounds usually lasts me a full day if I'm having a day out at the races.

Everytime I try to log in, a pop up says access denied please contact live support. Tried emailing them with no reply, in the automated response it says u should recieve a reply within 48 hours. It's now been 4 days. Cant get on live chat because they've blocked my account with no warning. Avoid at all costs

I bet on a treble (1 horse, 2 football teams) i was told that because i bet on a treble best odds guarenteed was not available. Then i got told it was but because i bet before 10am it didnt count. Didnt give me free bets from signing up and customer service staff are rude and havent a clue whats going on

Shocking bookmaker. I Won on a lucky 15 and whilst they say they offer best odds guaranteed, Lucky 15's are a system bet and not included apparently. All 4 of my horses prices drifted meaning I should of had an extra 300 ish but because they buried this rule in there terms and conditions I got the original prices!! AVOID!!!!! Stick to the better known bookies who actually pay best odds guaranteed on most bets! Lucky 15 is a popular bet type for god sake!

Absolute joke of a company. Advertising all over internet for new customers deposit 10 get 4x free bets. I deposited 20 via Pay Pal . Later , another 20 by card. No free bets. When I contacted firm , they told because first deposit was by Pay Pal and not card, I was ineligible for free bets. Nothing they can do about it. Absolutely no reason why except in t's and C's. Why do they let new customers deposit via PP? Is this a scam ,? Avoid this firm at all costs.

Be very careful signing up with any offers. My experience was simply that I didn't go through the terms and conditions with a fine tooth comb and therefore didn't qualify for the offer I thought I was getting. It's not illegal, but it doesn't make me want to do any more business with them. Buyer beware.

Only been with mansion for 10 days. And then I get an email saying no more promotions and no more free bets so dont opt in. I've hardly used any promos they had barring the opening offer. If this is the way they treat new customers then dont become one. Try better bookmakers out there. Mansion clearly dont care about their customers.

I placed bets $150.00 and when I went to withdrawal my money after winning they froze my account.. They are not contacting me...
