Hi I am shubham don't play on betway they are fraud if u lose your money on betway than they have no problem in deposit but when you start winning amount they restrict you one day I won 50000 in a day they restricted me only place bet upto 16577 per match next day I won again 50k than again restricted me only place bet upto 8000.
They are cheaters don't waste your time on betway use other websites.

Almost 1 year gambling on betway. No issues however on Friday 26th of June was my account blocked. I sent a email to betway! What’s going on? Betway replay we need a copy of ID, and proof of adres. This is the time to tell the people how they are treating me , 1 Star also they didn't deserve. My story is first time when I had problem with 1st account which is disactve longe ago because they are not able to verify my documents. And I got a suggestion to make a new account did that I talked with the coustmor care live chat and I send my documents to verify and they said my account is active now I can withdraw money also after few months later (week ago) I tried to withdrawal money there I get a problem again they said my documents is not match , I give them my voter id and bank statement where my address is match but they lie Infront of my face that documents are didn't match, I sent documents that anybody can read same address on that but this people are treating me like I can't read my documents my self, coustmor care live chat is being rude with me every day more and more, I don't no what to do how to get my money back, it's fustreation is killing me every day more and more, hope this will not happen with other people, because I deposit in this app hundreds of thousands but now I want to withdrawal 0.001% of my deposit and they are killing me . UNBELIEVABLY BAD COMPANY
After 4pm on a Friday they don’t have anyone to process withdrawals , even PayPal withdrawals, until a Monday a whole 60 hours withdrawals just sitting there,you couldn’t make it up ,come on in this day and age you can’t expect to wait that long when other online companies can transfer winnings / withdrawals same day ,some in minutes.
If BETWAY can take DEPOSITS of punters all weekend then they should at least have staff on to payout.

The only one issue I have is the length of time it takes to withdraw your winnings..I made a withdrawal on the tuesday morning around 9am but by Thursday morning my winnings were still pending..got in touch with customer service via live chat and was told it can take up to 36 hours to clear…it had already been 48 lol…never argued so just left it..it did clear that day though..that's the only problem I have encountered but it seems like you have to jump through hoops just to get your winnings..I will not close my account but will place 99% of my bets with another bookmaker.

Just informed by live chat, that I was restricted from promos, free bets etc.
This was never communicated to me, at any point, therefore I assumed I could qualify for the free bet club etc…. FALSE advertising and enticement. Reporting it to ASA and the gambling commission.

I've used betway mainly for esports bets (no long term user though! keep that in mind) and their coverage is okay, their limits (as long as your accout is not limited) are good and odds are alright as well, you can find better & worse. Verifying yourself is not too big of a deal but you can deposit without doing so, but not withdraw which should not but unfortunately is a thing. Biggest downside however are their withdrawals – they take AGES and you can cancel them anytime – definetly NOT a method to make an addict cancel the transaction and keep playing, nooo not at all (irony). Fast withdrawals are KEY for a serious bookie and the fact betway as a big brand is lacking such worries me. They ultimately DO pay out ofc – they are not a scam – but it will take some days (my experience with Skrill) while it could be instant which is just a joke.

They have algorithms programmed at the backend, at first they will make you win small bets, if u get money you will start depositing more that's a common human mindset. Biggest con artists around !
Placed a simple over 1.5 goals 1st half only on the Man City v Burnley game They scored 3 goals in the first half !
Went to look at my winnings and I see lost next to it so I do the Infamous live chat to which I got told go read our terms and conditions
So now I’m thinking I’m gonna get done here turns out I did the bet I put on apparently ment over 1.5 goals in the first half but under 1.5 goals in the second I’ve since deleted my account you are a bunch of con artists and I will be telling everyone I possibly know to stay away

I was placing bets Dream Catcher Live Casino using autoplay mode, My bets continually getting placed Before no. 40 (came that is Highest no. for winnings) & after No. 40 , they did a cheat with me when 40 came my bet rejected from there system only for 40 number, when small number are coming autoplay auto placing bets before 40 & after 40 no. A company that you can't contact via any form – phone, e mail or live chat.

The only reply your lucky to get is "reply to our private message" on Trustpilot but I can guarantee they will NEVER reply back or do anything.

How any business can operate in this fashion and treat their customers with such distain is beyond belief and using the current world situation a total cop out!

You recommend using a different bookmaker when considering opening an account.

You can deposit, but when I try to withdraw the money back to my card it doesn't let me, it said to choose another method and it's complicated through bank transfer, they ask for Branch and Signatory name… No bonuses, always the odds are low!

June 11 I withdrew $333.33 from my account. The next morning I went to check my account and it says I have zero dollars in my betway account and the $333.33 has not been transferred to my bank account. I went to call a beway representative and it says the number is no longer in service. I emailed support at Betway and got a reply they do monitor their emails any longer. I tried live chat function and it wouldn't work. I have read the reviews on this page and I am very worried that Betway will not pay me. I am trying to review my options and next steps to determine what action I will take to right this wrong.

Good app in general. One problem – slow payout withdrawal. They told me after 36 hours they will process my payment which never happen and still hasn’t happened. All the other betting app I use pay out very fast and I see my money the next day after I withdraw. Not Betway. You can expect to wait at least a week before you can see your money.

Money taken out of my bank acct. Never showed up in betway acct. No one to talk or deal with problem. Anyone that is thinking of signing up take a extra minute and think about it. Virtual betting is not fairly done on this site I know we cant win them all but I've tried and wasted 80 pound on this site. I lost 15 games in a row at one stage and I backed draws favourites and high stakes always seem to lose. My luck cant be this bad. I think there is something weird going on here the games also glitch and you end up waiting sometimes days for your money back in away of it being void. So if your game win and it glitches you lose the winnings and get stake back. They always refer to terms and conditions on everything someone needs to look into virtual betting on site it's the worse I've ever experienced. They don't seem professional. First of all , the ssupport guys are unapologetically ignorant about their own offers and webpages. I did sign up through one of their links which promises a bonus of 30000 inr through the ocb website. can't post the link here as they don't allow links . But then , I got a bonus of just 2500 . And when contacted the support team , they are completely ignorant and keep saying that the offer I registered for is just for 2500. They don't look like they are committed to responsible gambling either. I have registered with them yesterday and it's a bad experience as their support guys are rude as well.

I tried Betway as a novice and found many choices either not available to me or the choice crashed time and time again. When I tried asking for help it's supposed to offer chat online but all it does is go around in circles or crashes,totally frustrating!

Still none the wiser!

Having replied to Betway's private message I still haven't heard a reply why my account was locked / suspended.

Although crediting my balance back to my bank this still leaves me 140 out of pocket .

Its like playing a poker game with friends and buggering off after winning the first hand!

After confirming I passed the checks the locking the account within 1/2hr doesn't sit well.

I will continue to voice my opinion on Betway until I see the full deposit monies I made on opening the account.
