This is the worst of all casinos. I lost a lot, and finally won , a ridiculous amount compared to all the money I gave them, and they are so fast to take it and suddendly so picky and slow when it comes to pay you, They use the delay tactic , i sent already 6 times all the documents they ask for, but still ask for more or reject some of them without any reason. I know now that they will never give me my money, as they blocked me and dont even answer my mails or the documents i sent again. Betway seems and always seemed like a great place to bet, gamble, entertain and have some fun At home, maybe even make a little bit of money.

Well…. Six months, platinum tier and $40,000 Canadian dollars later.

I won $20,000 playing video poker. I watched the numbers climbed as I hit a 1:651,000 odd and pulled a royal flush on the first deal. The numbers grew and so did my excitement. The status of the payment was all good. The balance was updated. I log back onto my account and the $20,000’is gone. Betway claims that I “wagered” this amount, yet you could tel by my gameplay history that I hadn’t, yet there was somehow wagers in the “transaction history”? I was mad, yet, stupidly after countless hours of fighting I continued playing. Without my $20,000. I stream gambling online for people, I run forums and I have a well known basis that allows tens of thousands of players to communicate. They all are going to stop playing Betway. They scheme, cheat, lie and steal (as stated above, in my opinion). I have all my screen recordings of all bets, wins and losses. I sent all this proof and they still claim I’m a liar/cheat and spent the money. I was furious, yet kept playing.

They rob you for all your promtions, cash back, “loyalty points”, they give no bonuses, promotions, etc dm to any long term players. They will let you deposit as much as you can. As soon as you win, they steal it …. doesn’t matter how they do it, they will find a way.

Thief’s. I have so much proof, records of them breaking rules and regulations, etc. I invite you to Personally message me and send me any proof and claims that you may have, as I have hired a Online gambling specialist lawyer and consulting team, and they are going to help us sue Betway as a civil group lawsuit.

They have agreed to take only a fraction of the percentage of winnings, they won’t stop until something is done. Until the cheating stops, lying and scamming is done and until everyone has money that is rightfully there’s.

I had been opted in for the monthly bonus pass, I was supposed to get promotions. Although lousy, at least it was something. So, after wagering millions of dollars in as little as six months, the best this casino does for you, is offer you the odd “cash back”, puts it into your account and then takes it out, doesn’t ensure the “wagering requirement tally” is updated, as you can wager $10,000 and only need ex). $2,000 to free your bonus, but yet have a random number that still needs to be wagered before your “free” money is turned into “cash”.

Little do they ever offer any “good” promotions. When they do, they strip you of them. You proceed by asking customer service how much you’ll receive in promotions and “Free” play. The representative gives you the number $700 and it’s only an “estimate”. They “give” you $300 and then say they aren’t crediting more, because the representative had “no idea” what He/she was talking about, and shouldn’t have given a figure in the first place. Yet, this is a representative of THEIR company, so her word shall stick.

Yet, it was only an “estimate” so they won’t credit it anyways, yet if you look into legal definitions of estimate, it leads to “approximate”, which then in turn, means “in closeness too, but not exact”. How is $300 even close to $700?

Banned from all promos with no explanation? Won a couple of bets this last week and apparently Betway doesn’t like it when you do that so like a bratty child would behave it retaliates and bans me from the promos! Withdrew my funds and will bet with a company that looks after and rewards its customers.

Scammers! Basically joined up won a couple of bets and they emailed the next day after joining saying they are restricting my account and giving me no promos! How professional and people friendly this company! Think these guys need to spend less money on the adverts trying to make them look good and more time on the customers joining the site! I joined up with betway less than 2 weeks ago, im based in the UK and after registering wasn't allowed to deposit until my account was verified. Didn't take long Todo so next night used there 100percent bonus. 250 + 250, there choice of slots is limited to either micro gaming or if you search netent. Both providers can be stupidly difficult to win on, microgaming for quick bonuses and at best an average of 20x per bonus. Netent well if you time them wrong no amount of money will get you a bonus. So as for slot choice id say choose carefully and understand your providers. There is some big-time gaming like danger so that's a bonus. So I lost the first deposit. The next day did another 270ish and hit big on roulette very lucky, so now the important part.

I withdrew 40 first from the 1300 I had won, no word of a lie it took less than 1 hour on Saturday to hit my bank account. So I withdrew another 800, this was slower to go through, I'm guessing due to the amount and the next day it had been approved and paid. Checked my account after coming home from work and it was paid into my account the same day.

Typical casino though and stupid me didn't withdraw again and every slot I played on a range of 40p and 60p was dead. Should have known this typically happens after a big withdrawal.

10/10 for payments. If your verified and have done as they ask you won't ever have an issue.

So I managed to win 250 over the course of a month. I'm not in to exploit the promotions. I do a few but nowhere near the number on offer. I certainly didn't win every bet. I've had a lot more losing bets than winning bets. I did quite a lot of multiples.

And now, for some reason that nobody is able to tell me, I'm no longer eligible for free bets, promotions or best odds guaranteed.

Only a week ago, I was still getting regular emails about all the promotions they had going on that I may be interested in.

This isn't fair, and customer service say they can't help.

Is this something that's it's legal to do? It's never happened to me before.

Very disappointing as I was intending to use Betway for most of my betting.

If anyone from Betway can reply to me and tell me what I can do, please do so.

I put in money, placed a bet and it won. So I tried to withdraw my money.

Withdrawal to bank account, says it has a status of "paid" on Thursday, and thus I should see it in the account Monday. Not there, Tuesday still not there.

Try to "contact us" and all you get is redirected to their FAQ time and again. No actual way to contact them.

Tried calling the phone number. Automated message told me to resolve online then hung up.

Hi, something fishy is going on with Betway I have been trying to cashout my attached cashout offer since yesterday. Everytime I try, it says I have a new cashout offer & when I click confirm. I get a message that reads, "unfortunately your cashout is currently unavailable as cashout are calculated dynamically" which is rubbish because when I cashout lower amounts , the process is seemless & I get exactly that amount. This is causing me to lose trust in Betway as when you have a losing bet, they are quick to remove funds but as soon as you start winning the same speedyness is now an issue

Pretty shocking customer service and don't seem to honour their own terms and conditions.

Edit: this has now been resolved however it did take far too long to offer a promotion I was elligle for in the first place. Should not have to spend time resolving this?

Restricting your account (without any good reasons) if you are not losing money with them, even if the money you are winning is not huge. Closed down my account with them for good.

I won a bet on betway and requested for my money through ewallet betway refuse to pay, they requested for bank statements where I paid the money from I did sent it to them after three day no money I phone some guy told me I paid in money and requested for it without playing with the money that I should explain why on email, I did telling them that the games I wanted to play had already played and that is why I didn’t play the game yet they refuse to release my ewallet of R5000 to me.

When you lose they don’t investigate where the money u played with came from but when you win they look for reason not to pay you. People must run away from Betway I think they are running a funny business.

Terrible experience with withdrawing money. I withdrew my money from Betway account via bank transfer to my bank account. 7 days down the line I have still not received my payment. My bank have been asking for authorisation code so that they can track this, given that my bank details are correctly confirmed with Betway , it seems like the money has not even left my Betway account. I have spoken to 4 different custom yet service agents from Betway over this period (only via chat, no other way to get in touch with them) and still stuck with no payment. I don’t understand how difficult it can be to trace the payment, I have emailed them my bank statement to prove that I have not yet received it, waiting for a reply now, but feel like the journey will still not come to an end.
I really have to think twice now, probably better off trying another betting site in the future

If you must play, play live dealer but do not play their table blackjack. It is 100% rigged. I have lost ridiculous amounts playing perfect strategy on a game with a supposedly miniscule house edge over thousands of hands. Gasp in amazement as they never bust on 6 or 5, scream in frustration as they hit 20 or 21 on every double you attempt. The casinos win level is mathematically impossible. So far so good. I have tried a few online casinos and yes there have been many issues. I will list a few to stay well away from at he end. But betway is perhaps the the best gaming Ive experience alongside 888.

pluses here are:
they pay withdrawals superfast and you can take out the pence too whereas some only let you withdraw whole pounds.
safe gambling experience. If you want a time out the button is very easy to find. no hassle take a day or two. Other online casinos purposely make finding that option almost impossible and some will not work either! not responsible at all.
Betway use evolution gaming which is pretty good. The black jack tables which i am a fan of are quite fair in comparison to other sites.

A couple of downsides. For some reason i get randomly logged out whilst playing? And an annoying reminder pops up saying session will end in 3 mins do you wish to continue? Don't need that whilst contemplating a hit or stand. I hope they will resolve this then I would rate this site as the best uk and most trusted site ever.

Seems like no site is perfect but the issues raised here are minor in comparison to others.

I have been a customer with Betway for over 4 years and all of a sudden out of the blue one evening i thought i would have a flutter with them and upon making a deposit i get a pop up message saying they have closed my account. No decent explanation, just that they have reviewed my account and have decided to close it. I dont over spend on gambling. I have a flutter when i can afford to so im very sensible about it. I have been suspended from receiving any promotions even though I haven’t broken any terms and conditions I have checked that myself on more than one occasion this was 2 years ago nearly and I have never been given a reason why just suspended. Had my account restricted after making very few bets. I can only assume because I used some of their promotions. Why have promotions if you penalise people for using them? Surely they are a 'loss leader' to get you to be a regular customer. I have another bookmaker account where I started off by checking out promotions and now use them regularly for all my betting. Had no problems with them and I'm sure they'd consider me a loyal customer. Very disappointing from one of the bigger bookmakers

I had a really good experience initially. I really enjoyed the variety of games and I won a nice amount of money. One day, I activated a bonus round and before I got to play it, I was locked out of my account which was very suspicious timing. I spoke to a member of customer services and they advised they have reviewed my account and feel that I am not betting within my means. Bear in mind, I would deposit 10 a time and I'm in a full time well paid job so how they came to this realisation I have no idea. I honestly feel my account was closed as I was winning a lot more than I deposited. That's life, but please return my deposit 🙂 thanks

Locked out and blocked from account with 2 open bets and funds still in account also. No reason given as to why when contacted live chat service.
