I placed a bet on the 2020 US election, saying Biden would win, it said november 3 for the time of the event. They now say this will be paid out in January. I also placed bets with unibet, ladbrokes and bwin, all of whom have given me my money. These people are disgusting, they'll find a reason not to pay you out, stay away from them.

My withdrawal is put on hold for no reason. My account was verified way long before the withdrawal but still they put my withdrawal on hold. Every time I am trying to connect to the chat support they are asking for new document. According to our Indian constitution whatever document were given to us by the government I have provided to them .I have given them Aadhar card(Works both as address and identity proof), Pan card and even I have provided them bank statement(Works as a address proof).Now they are again asking for utility bill, I am a student I don't have a utility bill in my name. It has been more than a week my withdrawal is on hold for no reason. Now i can't even connect to chat. While depositing I was told that once your account is verified you can withdraw. My account is verified way long before but still they are putting my withdrawal on hold and also they are not giving me the reason behind the hold. I think they don't want to give me my money that is the reason they are giving excuse every time by asking a new document. They are cheating with the customers and their hard earned money. If my problem is not solved soon i would tell everyone not to use betway. I have also provided them month to month utility bill that is not older than 3 months. In India whatever document is issued by the government i have provided. Now if they don't solve the problem then Its a scam. They are simply looting people's money in other words its a scam(fraud).

I thought this site was really good for betting until I tried to withdraw. After one day they said my withdraw was paid and sent me an email but I never received the interac transfer and their customer service is no help.

Do not bet with Betway, on the 19th november they are still refusing to settle bets when the market was who wiuld win the election! Many customers are complaining as Betway say they will not selle until inauguration on 20 Jan 2021, yes u have heard that right, a full 3 months from the count!! Stay away at all costs

My US election bets are still not settled including the closest margin victory state which has nothing to do with the winner of the election. The money I bet is my hard-earned money and I would like to have it in my hand because they are just using it for interest purposes. Biden has won, Trumps challenges have now fallen apart, even with a Georgian recount going in Trumps favour, Biden would still have more than 270. It is impossible for the tables to turn now and Betway should have paid out days ago.Instead they are sitting on big bets, making a huge amount of interest. This is completely unethical and shows the type of company they are. People should not trust Betway. There are plenty of places to bet that are transparent. Do not use this company.

I withdrew $3697.87 pesos over a week ago and I have still not been paid. Most betting companies pay you anywhere between 1-3 days. I am sick of waking up and logging in to see that the process has still not been completed. This needs resolving ASAP!

Betway has told me they won’t settle any US election bets until it’s posted on the USA.gov website ( they know that it won’t be posted there until AFTER inauguration, January 20, which is 2.5 months after Biden won the election. This gives them time to collect interest on the millions of dollars worth of bets). The fact that they are willing to lose hoards of customers tells you how much interest they are collecting with your hard earned money. Tell your friends do NOT deposit to Betway.

It's now 11 days since the US election was called for Joe Biden and Betway are still refusing to settle bets. All other major UK bookmakers have long since settled.
They have continuously changed their story as to when they will settle and their support offers only vague excuses and copypaste answers that mean nothing. How can an allegedly solvent, major bookmaker behave this way? It is impossible to have any trust in Betway after this experience and I don't know if we will ever see our winning bets paid out.

There are two withdrawls which are pending from so long.
Status shows as paid on 02 Nov 2020 but i have not received the amount in my account.

17 Nov 2020 – I was asked to revert with my bank statement and i have sent the email as requested.

18 Nov 2020 – I have not received the money yet, I was again told that the Statement should be in the pdf format, Here it is.

This is the biggest scam of all gambling sites. I did not place any bets or play any games. I simply added my money to my betway account just incase I wanted to make a bet. Now I asked for a withdrawal and I still have not received my money. It has been 2 weeks since I tried to withdraw my money. I did not make any bets yet, I wanted to take my money out. Customer service was very unhelpful and kept say my information did not match. I even emailed the requested documents but still they do not want to send my money back to me. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL PRETEND TO BE DOING SOMETHING. I'M GOING TO DISPUTE THE DEPOSIT WITH MY BANK BECAUSE THIS IS STEALING. Don’t do it don’t sign up to this awful site. Slots and even live roulette are so fixed it’s unbelievable. The people who test these sites are either paid off or on furlough. I recorded my last session and it’s unbelievable 17 spins on live roulette covering 20 numbers and it gave me 1 spin ( lowest number) that’s not bad luck, that’s how fixed it is.

AVOID this app, there are a lot of technical problems, I placed 3 bets with a bet of $ 1000 while the next day I found that only one bet, their site is slow and for the cash out if there is 24 hours left before the start of the matches for the start of the match they take 15% as soon as you place your bets

How does betway have a uk license?. I was a member of betway and hippodrome their sister site. Whenever I won anything either one of them would lock my account. Which is very petty. Then unlock my account randomly and welcome me back with a email. The latest one is I won a small amount on hippodrome as my betway account had been closed by them for no reason but I couldn't withdraw my winnings. They had made it that it would error if I tried too withdraw. Tried discussing on live chat for like 3 hours various times and the stories and lies I was told were unreal. With all what is going on in the world this company is the worst in the business. They love losers. Not winners. So deposit here at you're peril. Total waste. I've self excluded myself now as I cannot stand the stress and consider the winnings gone.

I have never experienced mental pain with any company the way I have experienced with Betway. After depositing $400 to my account and sending verification documents, they decided to lock my account, for no reason! I also placed winning bets before the account got frozen. It's almost a month now and I still have not heard from their so-called 'operations team' after contacting countless live agents. My account is still locked, and I have lost complete hope, and I have accepted my money has been taken and won't be returned. Any customers reading this review, don't even think about using betway. They will take people's money and won't notify them about what happens to it. I am still waiting for my money!

Sir i had made 2 transactions using my ANDHRA BANK account on 13-10-2020 in betway , there's no issue with the 2nd one but the first one got declined and the money is not yet credited to my account, I contacted my bank and they told me that my money has been transferred to the merchant site, It's been more than 30 days and Iam still waiting for my money, please look into it ASAP.

Put money in via direct deposit. Bank shows money accepted. Nothing still in account. Chat line and contact emails just redirect. This wont work for long once people read these reviews.

These guys are of low lives. They made me lock in my retirement funds believing it will yield returns.
I was in touch with their support team for more than 4 months, NO RESOLUTION!. This led me into Great Depression and almost killed me.

It's now been 4 months and Betway still hasn't paid me for the esports bet that I've had, keeps telling me the match is "under investigation" when every single other bookie has paid, what I'm assuming is that it's not under investigation, as it's not going to take 4 months. Not to mention if/when I get paid, I would have to wait even longer to receive my money, as always. This bookie is trash and do not ever deposit your money on it.

I have deposited Rs 1000 through UPI and they but that amount was not reflecting to betway account so I reached out to betway support on twitter and raised my concern there.

Then they started asking screenshots and all and I shared too. After 4 days they told that amount deposited in another account then they asked for my bank statement and that too I have shared with them but now it's 17 days over but they are still saying our team is checking n all.

They are Making fool to me everyday. Daily I'm taking followup with them but satisfactory reverts not receiving and also not getting resolution from them.

While I was playing I was waiting to place a bet only the amount I entered and watching the match. Suddenly there after my screen freezed and money deducted. And there was no option to cash out so, I was stuck . All my money gone around 20k .

I mailed them regarding the same hence requesting to make a refund would be a great help.

DON'T, please DON'T invest in this company unless you can afford to have your money taken from you with promises that you will get it back when it matures, with interest, and then never returned (I'd call that theft?). This is what's happened to me in this probably scheme: I did receive veiled threats this year that this company would be unable to pay me back if my honest review deterred more investment but as they have no intention of returning my life savings I may as well be honest now.

Despite many emails and phone calls last year, ai gained some profits this year, this company rarely replied. In those very few replies, promises were made that my funds would be returned, none were honoured (I would call that gross dishonesty and fraud). A vague promise earlier this year that the money would be returned in laughably small tranches (would have been better than the nothing I am going to receive) .I am very grateful to mr gilbert the person who helped me get my funds along with a court order I reached him via Gilbertwillies(at)aol com and I would forever be in debted to him for coming through

I read some favourable reviews before investing and again recently. I cannot and do not believe those are honest: they in no way resemble my experience and I suspect they have been ‘bought’.

Made numerous deposits when I come to making a small withdrawal the money is nowhere to be seen it still hasn’t been processed almost a week after live chat doesn’t work just a bot , emails come back saying they are unmanned and I won’t get a response and can’t find a number to call to chase this up basically you’re throwing your money away you can’t win even if you do you won’t ever see your withdrawals
