I am so pissed off right now. I can't imagine that a bet site would go an extra mile and try to con people. May you guys rot in hell. I asked for my withdrawal request and it's been 2 days of being told to be patient that they are processing the payment. How I wish I read the reviews before even registering here.

Worst site for betting. I along with my family and friends lost so much money on betway but never complained. 1st time I won 29000..betway betrayed.10 times I sent my id documents.its more then 1 and half months,the money has not been credited in my bank ac.My id Gurdeep031984. Betway even blocked my id and even blocked my email id.rubbish and cheater betway site.never trust .they never pay back.will just take money will never give.i was mentally v depressed and felt tortured and cheated.worst site.

If you want your money taken away from you and withdrawals never paid out to you, then join!

After being a customer of Betway for two years, they started something called account review which was just an excuse to close my account not to pay my withdrawals and never reply back to you and that was after providing all needed documents and more.

This is Betway. A total scam! Fraud. Be careful and keep away!

I hope authorities read these reviews and stop this scam from operating any further.

so another update,i had the same problem with unibet,money wasnt still on my account,but after a couple of days,unibet added MANUALLY my money into my unibet account,where betway still make a big fuss about 10 euro's,so i closed my account,worst bookie ever exist.

Been on bet365 for years. Decided to try a switch, wow am I stupid. Betway rated #1 sports book in 2020?? How?! Their live chat is garbage. Their promotional offers, are lies. I wish I had seen this website before depositing $1000 to Betway. All was good until I started winning. Then I was asked for a drivers license or passport to be uploaded. Not happy but uploaded the DL. Then I couldn’t get into my account because they said my info didn’t match my DL. I told them this was concerning but confirmed my FL was accurate. I then got locked out and spent an hour trying to get someone to talk to to unlock my acct. no such contact available. I’m shocked they are such ctimindd as is. BEWARE!!!

Hey guys. I made 3 withdrawals in the same day, a few minutes apart from bwin, unibet and betway on 25 nov. got the money from bwin and unibet in roughly 1-2 days. Received a message from betway on 28 that is a problem with my account (I live in Belgium and sometimes there are issues with bank accounts here for some reason). Ok, no problem sent everything back on 1 dec and since then nothing. Tried to contact them on email on 4 dec and still nothing. Their chat is not working and not answering emails back? In here there's plenty of users so did anybody had problems with them? Again tried to contact them on insta since yesterdy – nothing!
Sent another email today… Checked their reviews and it's 3 stars out of 5 and plenty of them are calling them FRAUD and SCAMMERS and this is confusing, especially after having a terrible customer service.
And today is 7th!!!

Very very bad experience, I have deposited 200 inr and that was declined by betway. I chat many times to agent for regarding this issue, they have eaten my 200 INR and not given ne refund. I also contacted to my bank and they told me that transaction was successful then where is my money. Betway is cheating with customers don't waste your time on this.

so last week i posted a review on what happened,here is the update as of today,seconds ago

the chat said,they can see the money is refused ,somehow,so they advised me to send a email to betway,so i did that,but immediately got a email with,your mail wont be answered,iwas in awe,how the hell is this possible,the deposit i made isnt still on my account after 10 days,and it looks like it will stay that way,i could go to the gambling commission,but im not gonna bother anymore,it was a small amount,my advise is stay away from betway,poor service,and they offer no solution.

My account name keshav2727 placed a bet on bets placed and happened more than 24 hours ago with the bet slip number HEQQ-UVC7-WZ16-PAX4 and yet my bets have not been settled, no response in live chat and to these thiefs now do hell with your ugly lives and take my winnings which you stole and get some food for your starving and ugly wife and kids. Everyone in the market knows about the pathetic service when it comes to withdrawal so do not trust and immediately switch to bet365 or 1xbet.

I now know for certain that Betway are Charlatans (some would say crooks) and are out to deceive honest punters. Potters Corner the 12-1 favourite for the Welsh Grand National was withdrawn from the betting by all other bookmakers as he is now a non-runner.

What did Betway do? Answer shorten up the prices on other runner as one would expect but left Potters Corner in, in the knowledge that anyone that backs him ante post will automatically lose their money.

They are a feckn joke. I hope they go bust. I will continue posting negative truths about this outfit.

I have made a withdrawal on 19th Nov till today i haven't received any amount when ever you ask with there support team they will say wait for 5-7 working days amount will reflect in your account…. Its a huge amount till now money has not been paid by betway because i have checked with my bank also they have also said there is no imps request of such amount….. Jst is application it will show you as paid bt thats also a fraud its up to betway weather they want to give money to you or not…… If i dnt receive my money today i put legal complain against betway for doing fraud and cheating @betway

I made a new account with betway on the 23rd of November. They emailed me soon after the account was opened to Inform me the account has been automatically verified and I could enjoy using there service, so I did. Winning around 760 after depositing around 50. My withdrawels then was pending until the 27th when I thought I would chase them up. It was at that point I recieved an email saying they are wanting 4 lots of documents to prove my identity. I sent exactly what they asked for and then went into live chat with an agent who proceeded to tell me numerous times that the only reason the documents had been requested is because I tried to withdraw money from them. After saying the review would take 24 hours, 72 hours passed. Nothing. I live chat again. They then try to call me while at work, I ask them to call back at 5pm. They ring at 10am the following day while at work again. Then they email again saying they need my bank statement. I send this across. Yesterday evening after me giving the agent on live chat some harsh words, they call immediately. He says everything is fine and the account will now be put under final review. This morning I’ve woke up to an email after for the bank card used to deposit as proof of deposit number 3. I emailed them 2 days after my first deposit to let them know I had ordered a new card and therefore no longer have the card on the account.
!! I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF EVERY SINGLE LIVE CHAT – EMAIL – ACCOUNT !!
I HAVE NEVER EVER EVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE. LITERALLY STEALING FROM PEOPLE AND COULDNT CARE LESS.

I had a couple of bets placed in early 2020 for two games that were scheduled to take place later in the year. Things changed however due to covid and I didnt log into the site for around 6 months. When I did I discovered that my bet was gone from the list. I queried it at the time through on-line text chat and was advised by the agent that they would check it out for me. They advised me that the bets should still be active but that they disappeared after 6 months?. Anyway when they never got back to me I initiated text-chat again about a month later. I got no satisfaction this time either. following that have initiated text-chat on 3 separate occasions. I have been placed on a queue each time for at least 15mins and eventually when I receive a call or some other notification from another source the text-chat queue disappears and I will need to re-ignite a new chat and will end up at the back of the queue again. I wouldnt mind but my bets are only being placed for fun, ie. I have never drawn from my account and just use whatever I win to place new bets. If I was betting bigger i surely wouldnt choose betway based on my current experience.

I made a deposit on Nov 10th, which got deducted from Bank account but not reflected on betway account, after chatting with customer support, they suggested me too wait for 14 working days, which completed successfully, so again I contacted them that saying 14 working has been completed but the amount has not yet credited to betway account nor back account, then they said like send a ref no of transaction and I sent t through(mail id which is provided by customer support) through screenshot but I m getting a reply like "this mail box is no longer monitored" also I raised same issue with chat support getting a reply like this, then they reply this is the only mail we have (no words, now where to go whom to ask)
In this 14 days duration again the same issue happened on 27th November 2020 (faced the same issue two times in span of a month)

Except that I don't have any issues with betway as everything going smooth
Requesting to resolve this issue ASAP

Betway decided to finalize the payout for the 2020 us election even though there are open lawsuits in 6 states, and hundreds of thousands of votes still in question. In addition to this, the US constitution specially outlines there are no finalized results until the electors cast their votes on December 14th. Since Betway has decided to make up their own rules, and not go by the US Election laws, I’m going to get organized legally and sue for my money. Paddy power, another betting site, made a similar mistake in the 2016 election and ended up paying out millions (google it). Anyone else who has been ripped off by betway please message me privately, or include a contact email in your posts so we can get organized together legally and correct this theft. I’ve already organized a few people, but I’d like to get everyone on board so we can really make an impact on the media.

I placed bets on Trump, election is still not certified, but Betway said I lost. What will happen if for some reason election result is overturned ?

I deposited the wrong amount accidentally. It was deposited by Betway and then I got an e transfer sent back to me with no password to put it back into my account. Their live chat agents are useless, they would not provide me with an actual customer service number, and their customer support email is apparently “no longer being monitored” after they stopped replying to my emails trying to sort the situation out. They have records of everything yet their chat staff are trying to tell me I need to give them a full bank statement of everything I’ve purchased and received (like my work salary) in order for them to give me my money back. Good site but they’ll find someway to screw you as evident by a whole lot of other reviews on here as well and their staff are useless.

If I could give 0 star I would do it. My experience with Betway is so bad.

Firstly I couldn’t make a withdrawal and it said due to bonus complications.

Secondly, I bet live play for Japanese women volleyball 3 rd set under 44.5 and I won. However Betway never update it and show it in open bet forever.

I guess Betway is not a professional bookie and kind of scammer. Stay away from it.

I placed a bet for the Presidential Elections. I voted for Trump. I was informed by an employee from the betway team, that all bets were "finalized for Biden". The ELECTION HAS NOT BEEN CERTIFIED! How can you "settle" a bet for an election while there are still on-going court proceedings and not all states have been certified?! if the true election results were final, I would have accepted the loss. BUT NO ELECTION RESULTS HAVE BEEN FINALIZED YET. I feel scammed out of my money. And this is utterly unacceptable and completely unfair since no appointed President has officially been elected. Very disappointed.

If I could give no stars I would. I had money on the US presidential election. Come to find out "their senior trading team" decided the outcome long before it has legally been called. There are still lawsuits and court proceedings going on as we speak. No winner has been sworn in. How on earth can Betway decide they are going to call it!? Trying to get in touch with someone in the company is also a nightmare. I got (what I believe were) automated responses in the chat. No actual answers. People are being scammed out of their money.
Had Biden actually been declared the new POTUS then no issues on my end. I'll accept the loss, at that point it's on me. But as it stands right now, they stole money from people. Period. If anyone else who feels scammed knows of where we can take this to have something done, please let me know.

I voted for Trump and saw that I “lost” the bet. I would be ok with this if it were true but there has been no appointed president elect and was told by their online support that their “senior team decided the outcome and the decision is final.” I am completely appalled by this. If the election were called for Biden I would have no issue. This is theft. I will never use their platform again.

I am very unsatisfied consumer.I have bet a lot with Betway and often the app has problem loading or placing bets.A couple of times happened that when I try to set a bet it does not go through…so i try again…and after i realize that same bet has been placed twice!!

Yesterday even worse.I set a bet this time mistakenly because the odds keep changing every second.So the bet gets stuck apparently,try to cancel it and guess what ..has gone through!I lost 330 euro for a stupid single bet of a live volleyball game points..who even bets on volleyball points!!Try to use live chat tool and calling them to inform them ASAP but nothing !

Betway have still not processed my withdrawal after 7 days and have also not responded to my 2 emails chasing up the issue.

Moreover, when I tried to contact them via live chat I get an automated robot that does not answer my query.

Live chat dosent works which states the volume is too high & they are busy scamming people money. You send them email They don't respond to your issue properly where & they send you back to help FAQs section & live support which sucks & never works.

Never ever put any money with Betway. I have been unable to withdraw anything and have had my account locked even though it was initially verified. Nobody I have spoken to has been of any help. I have been waiting for responses to my emails, enquiries for over a week. I have sent in documentation which I haven’t even received acknowledgment for. I can’t understand how it can take over a week to look at documents? I am so upset as I don’t think I will get my money back

Many silly negative posts on here about Betway not paying out on US Election. Many bookmakers have not paid out. Betfair the worlds largest exchange betting Company has not yet paid out and you can still bet on Joe Biden to be next President at 1-20 or Trump at 19.5-1. I bet on Biden and haven’t been paid out by Betfair but am intelligent enough to understand that until the result is ratified and Biden is sworn in he hasn’t won. There really are a lot of very, very, silly people on here that can’t understand that. Those bookmakers that did payout did it as a gesture of goodwill not because they had to. You will be paid out EVENTUALLY by Betway, which I am no fan of but must put straight the thicko’s who clearly are minnows and don’t understand betting properly.

I live in the UK and my concern with Betway, hence 1 Star is based on their ridiculous policy to restrict new accounts if you bet on horse racing and beat the SP. All my bets lost but I was restricted to peanuts within hours of placing my first bet. I suggest everyone should bet with either BET365 or Betfair. I have won amounts exceeding 20,000 on numerous occasions and the money is always paid. In fact last week I won 8,000 with BET365 and withdrew the money by instant bank transfer (4 x 2k withdrawals).

I had made 1 transactions using my State BANK account deposit on 02-11-2020 in betway , there's issue with transection and the money is not yet credited to my account or not in batway account, I contacted my bank and they told me that my money has been transferred to the merchant site, . It's been more than 20 days and I am still waiting for my money, please look into it ASAP.
