If you put a bet on wean you go back to it you have to navigate through to find it then eventually find it if you want to cancel your bet you cant

When I log on with my laptop no issues. Downloaded BETFRED app on my phone. I can never log in to as it always states incorrect password. Also tried to call contact number never got an answer on one occasion on phone for 40mins. Good website though

Deposited and played on a game called Betfred Christmas megaways. What an absolute waste of time. This game hardly gives you the feature and when it did, it frozen and you had to reload the game again. Also when playing the same game I had tumbling reels with a win and it froze during it, I had to go back and reload it and nothing was added to my balance. I have never experienced such shocking play from a game. The money I deposited didnt bother me to lose, but to play a game with it constantly freezing, playing slow and having to switch it back to the home page on occasions I got the feature, well this is just terrible. Ive lost on this game that Im not bothered about, but Im not throwing money away on something as bad as this. I certainly wont be playing here againMaybe the owners should look at the graphics on this game! Requested a withdraw with a loss and will play in my usual place on this game where it actually credits you if it freezes. Not very good and not at all happy. Rarely give anything back and if they do its 5 or ten free spins that pay out 60p or something pathetic. Never get free bets and the odds are poor. Acca insurance only pays if you have certain games at increased odds which means they are less likely to pay. After playing since October and having a few small wins and depositing over 2,000 nearly, I’ve realized it doesn’t matter how much you deposit and play. Took 4 grand from my savings and closed my account. I was clearly foolish enough to waste 4 grand gambling on this site which clearly wasnt in my favour, but I was down so I shouldve been allowed to stop when enough was enough. I felt they took my money and then didnt give me the opportunity to try and win it back. I wasnt in the right frame of mind at the time and just needed to win something to make up for the loss of many other things. No call, no text, no alert to tell me I was going in above my head, just took an awful lot of money, money I didnt have and closed my account without warning when I was truly desperate to win something. I have been with many sites, and although Ive never had a problem, as I know when to stop, the other sites I have joined in the past seem genuinely concerned when I go a bit mad, this company on the other hand just took my money and threw me to the gutter, thats how I feel. Awful I put an accumlator on still got teams on but they keep altering the bet was ment for a team of 13 for 3,300 then altered it down to 1,416 now altered it to 849 really disappoint as with a confirmed bet the prices should not change will not be returning after the accumulator is finished

Very slow doing things. South African racing more markets with place odds and insurance etc come up one race at a time about 5 minutes before each race. So impossible to use. Why wouldnt they just have it up for the card. Pain in the a.. to use

Only giv 2 stars not due to wins because it lacks wins. Its constant take. Iv give it 2 stars due to the daily promotion which is worth checking daily in casino tab. The free spins. Used the sign up offer, where you should receive a free bet when you spend 10, and now theyve refused to pay. When queried, one advisor said the funds will be with my by the afternoon. When they didnt arrive, chased again, the adviser was very abrupt saying youll have a verification email before they release them. Now theyre asking for passport details, utility bills, photos etc. just for a free bet. Yet nobody is willing to answer the question about security when holding these details! I will never use this company again!

Deposited 4000, placed a bet. Moments later my account gets blocked. I win the bet and now theyre refusing to release the funds 4800 into my bank account. They keep asking me to send different documents and I do each time but still nothing. Is this normal?

My son gambled all his wages and he’s only 17 he managed to use a old account that wasn’t used for years. And register his own card. Which he has the same name as my husband. Best bet anyone can make is that betfred will be out of business within 10 years, they will still find a catch out of it.More for me giving betfred another chance, never again, there are so much betting companies out there then betfred! Betfred fails to safeguard customers then block your account. They say they are following UK gambelling pecedures but this is false. Take them to small claims court as many others are. Don’t give up!! Ibas and gambelling commission can’t get your money back but they can fine better. small claims court is the way to go
