It’s a good site to have a little game of bingo but I feel they allow you to win big I.e a coupe of £100 and then you never win bigger than that. I feel your paying back what you won.

They are a great online option for slots, the choice is phenomenal, with new and original games added most days. I seem to win a fair number of times and they have all the ‘Gamble safe’ procedures in place. I especially like their daily and weekly promotions which give you an opportunity to win up to 200 free spins daily wether you have deposited that day or not and a further opportunity to accumulate free spins throughout the week based on your purchased spins that week. Withdrawals are lightning quick and it’s easy to get hold of a human if you have any questions or concerns. I rarely use other sites, with Betfred there is no need to. Thanks guys.

Quick and easy to use my only gripe is your casino doesn’t list the full amount of games on the app I was completely unaware that you have a full range of games if you go through the main website. Whereas other apps such as Betfred and Paddy power have there full range on the app.

Made a bet and staff took wrong amount even though the slip stated the amount. They refused to pay the correct amount even after admitting her mistake. She checked with area manager and he basically said to not honour what my bet and stake It wasn’t a huge amount of money either. This company makes no effort to retain its customers. No common sense used. Absolutely shocking.

Failed to complete standard verification checks on my account. I am self excluded via Gamstop and I was allowed to register deposit and play through £1000.00 with no verification.After raising a complaint Betfred are refusing to return the deposits and would rather deflect all the blame to the customer.This shows a clear disrespect and failure to comply with the LCCP 17.1.1 customer verification.This will be taken further to the small claims court.

I signed up for an account with Betfred as I saw they had a welcome bonus available where you receive £30 in free bets if you bet £10. This looked appealing, so I signed up and wagered £10 of my money on a bet. I waited for the bet to settle, and no free bet. Contacted customer support who then refused to provide me with my promised reward as apparently I had held an account with them before, which is not true. I later contacted them by email as this is absolutely ridiculous as I haven’t held an account with them before, and they again refused, stating that I had. They even provided the username of the account I supposedly had, which I do not recognise as it is not me. They have not honoured their promoted welcome bonus and refuse to return my deposit even though they had gotten me to wager my own money with them in exchange for a promised reward which they have refused to deliver. I have now lost a considerable amount of money. They violate the legislation of the UK Gambling Commission and brake the law, and when you contact their customer support, all they do is spew an endless stream of lies and you go round in circles, never reaching a resolution. Furthermore, I would imagine sharing the username of an account that I don’t even own is likely against Data Protection laws. I will be reporting them to the UK Gambling Commission and pursuing them via the small claims court. Absolutely disgraceful service and 1/5 rating is far too high for these scam artists.

This is the best site iv been on, and iv tried a few.. very fast pay out.. I have just won a few thousand and have just withdrawn it this is taking slightly longer to come into my bank account, im assuming it’s because of the amount. I did get in touch with customer service just too check it was processing and they said it was there and may take a couple of days..I was a little worried after I read some of the negative review stories , but as iv not had a problem yet I will give it 5stars… Once I receive my withdrawal I will come back and do another review to let people know how quick my winnings went into my bank.. hopefully that will put other people’s minds at rest..Overall I’m happy with this site and thank you bedfred for my winnings, as soon as it hits my account I’m going to pay my debts off, you have no idea how life changing this win has been for me and my son, thank u so much..So hurry up I’m excited 😂😂

My account has now been closed,this after losing £300 approx.It appears that this company who originally were bookmakers,betting on horses,dogs, football etc,are now only interested in mugs who play in the casino.My last bet was a loser and when I tried to place another bet,it was rejected,there quickly followed an email saying all promotions are now not available,and your stakes may be restricted,in my case a 2/1 chance they wouldn’t lay me.Believe me,unless you are a casino/slots mug,then don’t bother opening an account with these people,who the audacity to call themselves bookmakers🤣🤣😂😂UPDATE.Received a standard response that obviously does not respond to me review.FACT unless you are a mug who wants to waste your money on slots and casino,where you will inevitably lose your money,then NO Betfred are the site for you.How can you call yourself a bookmaker when you won’t lay a bet.If you can’t get £20 on a 2/1 chance,then you should be worried about risking your money with these people,you have been warned.

Opened an account on Wednesday two weeks ago. Placed a £10 bet on Thursday which lost but it did generate 3 X £10 free bets. Used on the Friday which lost.Saturday – used the other 2 free bets, several £1 cash bets & £2.50 ew cash bet. Wonders my cease but I had 2 winners at 20/1 & 16/1.Within 30 mins, Betfred applied staking restrictions to my account. Only 2 winners and one was from a free bet!!BetFred clearly do not want you to win – a rare event for me anyway.The app is very good however.

After spending few hundreds pounds without any withdraw they just decided to close my account without explanation. When I contacted customer service they couldn’t tell me more and just apologised. No explanation at all very poor and legal robbery.

Firstly deposit 1200 and all okay, playing and I won total 9k plus when I trying to withdrawal it just sign me me out and blocked my account. Now asking for all the verification which I have sent…waiting for my account to verify now to withdrawal my fun! UPDATE!!!!! Finally got back all my deposits from my bank after 50 days charged back from this fraud website.Take deposits without any concern until you won and starts withdrawal they blocked the account not mentio about your winnings even took your money and refused refund with bull*** whatever they called it to not refund.Seem like a lot people have facing this issues with them but trust me contact ur bank and reporting this fraud company they won’t get away with ur money for sure.This company need to shut down to be honest absolutely scam.

I do enjoy Betfred don’t get me wrong, and I think it is a good site, However…I have deposited thousands and just recently £400 to literally get no bonus games, and win a measly £25 on one spin that was it. I think the RTP definitely needs looking into as I feel it’s not very fair… i completely understand that Betfred is a business and like all businesses need to make money so does Betfred. But how can it be justified when you deposit £600 in the space of an hour, play £2-6 spins and literally win nothing, I spent £200 and didn’t win a single spin!

DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY WITH THEM.Opened an account, played mainly online slot, with 2 or 3 football bets. I had deposited maybe 2 or 3 hundred. I had not withdrawn anything. I logged in to see how my football bets getting on….they had locked me out. I contacted customer services assuming I needed to verify address or something similar, they told me they had closed my account and did not want my custom!!!???!!! Literally let me open my account and closed it within 24 hours. Absolute jokers. Wouldn’t even refund my bet. No problems with sky, paddy power or livescore who have been helpful. Betfred are the worst of the lot.

Betfred accepted my account, took a deposit, accepted a bet (which won) and then closed my account and refuse to release the balance or even refund the deposit.No explanation. Tried chat and emailed support. Received just “Sadly, we have closed your account. The balance will remain in the closed account”. Asked for an explanation and received just the same blank response.I have an account with Virginbet and Skybet with no issues but had decided to try Betfred for a change. I am quite happy for them to close the account. That is their right. I will even accept that they took my account and deposit in error but to refuse to refund the original deposit is wrong. It’s simply theft.

I have been a member of Betfred for about 2 years now. However I was made to feel small and disappointed when, completely out of the blue, my account was closed. I was given no warning or prior notification of this decision. I was playing then went out for a bit and when I tried to log back I couldn’t. When I contacted help,I was told my account had been closed and when I asked for explanation, I was told in no uncertain terms, that Bet Fred did not feel any obligation, or have any inclination to offer any reason or explanation whatsoever. I am still confounded as to why my account was closed like this. I did not give any trouble in the bingo chat rooms, I did not deposit excessively or spend all my waking hours on the site,which I know some people do. I feel that this is very disresctful to me, as a responsible adult,for some faceless team to close my account without any notice or explanation whatsoever. And to just do it out of the blue, that is treating me as though I am nothing, that is highly unprofessional of a so called respectable bettung company My advise avoid this site as you may be banned out of the blue.In response to bet Fred asking why. I can add nothing else I was playing I went off for a bit when I tried to get back on my account I couldnt. Betfred will close your account on a bad feedback I gave a bad feedback tried logging into my account and my account is closed. They try lie and say I spoke to a team to close it which is FALSE! Never spoke to anyone. They never emailed me either saying they are blocking my account 😂😂 absolute shambles of a company… avoid at all cost. EDIT REPLY; I have my screenshot message from a conversation with someone on live chat who was trying to tell me I spoke with safer team which is false because I didn’t I left a review and then couldn’t access my account

The withdrawal is not an easy process, my account was verified upon opening and my bank supports faster payments.However I’m still waiting for my withdrawal! Reading other reviews I think it’s going to be a lengthy wait with all sorts of obstacles thrown in. While I welcome recent changes in laws and think they were along time coming the Gambling Commission also need to recognise the abuse when it comes to withdrawing. There’s only ever an issue when you have a win. It’s a shame because as a site I would say it’s got a lot to offer, well known games and plenty of them. But for the afore mentioned reason with withdrawals I wouldn’t recommend this site unless you enjoy throwing money at it with no return.
