Recieved an email offering a free £10 matched bet if I placed a bet on the England game and it lost. Of course... this was not credited after 24 hrs and I have now waited in a 20 min queue twice to find out where my free bet is. I have been told I am eligible but they are looking into it and fobbed off. Still nothing, absolutely will not bet with them again I would rather bet with Ladbrokes or Sky!
