1.respond in a timely manner2.cut down, the completely over the top,security checks3.Make it easier to contact company, help, rather than bury help links, at bottom of very long pages.4.Dont use no reply email address, in help cases. Its bonkers!!Edit/addition after reply. A robotic reply, that is meaningles/generic.not one issue, has been reffered toonot one issue haa received an explanation of the causesnot one issur has, had constructive remedies proposed.the 50 plus attempts by me, to resolve the issues, have been ignored.in cuatomer service/help terms, betdaq demonstrably dont even warrant a 1 out of 10, rating.zero is an apt judgement, because that sums up the help you get.

BETDAQ does the job it is set up to do and prvides the option of laying horses as well as becking them. I find it easy to use.

Betdaq's customer service team are second to none. Queries and requests are dealt with very quickly. Always prifessional and efficient. Other gambling and retail companies could learn a few lessons from their CS team. It's always a pleasure to communicate with them.

So I joined betdaq was just a ok site ...so anyway they decided to block my account as I'm barred from another site they like or own ....so anyway I deposited 50 win 230 and they decided they wanted to block my account...they says because I'm barred from another site so what yanno anyway hole point is they will and can keep Ur cash at anytime

I like the site but in two weeks since joining they have mis-settled 4 times on greyhound events. I know people can make mistakes but 4 times seems excessive. I have to check now that every win is settled correctly and I receive the money. It's funny because it's never settled wrongly the other way round. Hmm...

My advice use a more reputable exchange. They emailed offering a Bet10 get a free 10 bet promo. The qualifying bet was placed and the bonus was not received. Contacted support and received a snippy reply that it could take up to 72 hours. Waited 72 hours still no bonus. Emailed them again and they simply did not reply.No big loss I will just continue to use Smarkets and Matchbook who at least honour their promos.

I have used the site for many years and found it the best about for my needs since the update to the new site i have had constant problems with bets not showing as matched when they have been this as been very costly to me as i have placed again and had unwanted lays on several occasions i think the problem lies with not having a refresh button on matched bets and also the removal of the live bets at the bottom as made it hard work to see what has been matched sorry to say its no longer fit for purpose so i cant use it anymore hope you get it fixed asap as the saying goes if it aint broke dont fix it

Let me say first that betdaq have always had excellent customer service but their new website is absolutely useless.Sometimes when placing bets on the golf market today they were not showing up on the interface.I opened two windows and they were showing different odds.The market then disappeared and i had to refresh the page not knowing if my bets were matched or not.I got logged out then after 40 minutes sometimes it used to be 180 minutes other times you could be logged in all night.The app on my android phone seems more reliable which is not saying much.Worst of all the classic site has now gone.Unfortunately a woeful experience.
