Like any gambling sites or casinos you risk your own money. I have won more than I have put in which is a bonus but there is always a risk to losing.

Same experience like many, when you are new player software let you win, run away and never come back. Red32 utter criminals unfortunately legal criminals nevertheless nasty nasty people. Don't even try this chap guys, you loose your life before you win .

I would actually like to give this site a negative star rating but I can't, 300 pounds on the goonies 2 pound stake, 4 main real bonuses 1 main feature bonus and not a single one above 40 pounds, only got the main bonus because I got a bonus boost off the reel bonus. Good job I didn't bet my usual bet of 5 pounds on other sites I'd have gotten nothing, bad site never playing again good bye thanks for nothing.

Ive seen alot of bad reviews about 32red, especially after winning 4000 on sunday!!! Many people say that 32red always find a way not to pay, however after withdrawing sunday at 3pm and it pending 24hours (procedure) i checked my account this morning to see it has been processed.
It isnt 32 reds fault if you reverse your withdrawal, unfortunately its down to will power, i look forward to check my bank tomorrow!

Cant complain much about this site. Played for 3-4nonths, won a lots… no problems with deposits or withdrawals..but one day..lost significant amount of money..self excluded.

#If you win money be prepared to suddenly find your account locked. Then they declare another account looked like yours on their database so they had to freeze your account!
# When they reopen your account they will refund your deposit (not your winnings).
# Then they will claim that you can receive the welcome bonus again but sadly your winnings are no longer available to you.

I sent over 20 emails trying to get these guys to do the right thing, but even after sending them my Drvining license and household bills, they couldn't help me get my winnings back.
I asked their most senior advisor, supervisor or manager to call me, but wouldn't – only email.

#BEWARE: SCAMMY RIPOFF when you hold winnings.
Disgusted with the way these ruthless people handled my case. All 'formal' emails with no human touch at all. They knew they were robbing me of my winnings from the first email looking back. Thank goodness my winnings were not thousands of pounds. There are so many better sites out there than this one. Avoid or you most likely will regret it.

Easily the worst slot gambling site I have ever been on…
Comparing this to William Hill, Leo Vegas, Calzone, 888, Ojo, Sky Vegas all are far superior with far better payouts..
32Red has apparently a high percentage payout however after depositing near 2000 over a period I have had one reasonable win of just over 100.. Free spin wins of about 10x are the norm.. Shocking.
If you have to gamble do not use this site…

Do not join this casino. Yes everything looks nice. The tables are flash etc… But problems occur often. Money drops off your balance randomly when you have not bet. And sometimes bets winnings are not paid. The online live casino support are nothing to do with red32. The casino has many casinos playing at their tables online. So if you raise an issue they just say contact red32 customer support. Or they say we will raise a case and red32 will contact you. THEY NEVER DO. SCAMMERS DO NOT TRUST THEM.

And here's the thing. On the webiste there is no way of contacting them except a physical mail address in Gibraltar! I mean talk about making it difficult to complain. No email address , no live support, no phone number, no online form to submit. They scam you out of moneys. I will be making a withdrawal of reaining funds and closing my account with them asap. They just about robbing you. nobody going to send a letter to them about small amounts unpaid on bets. or small amounts dropping off balance. Rigged that way obviously.

I am bemused by the good reviews for this site? Better off joining ladbrokes. trusted well established site. any problem at the BJ table etc… they resolve it there and then live. no probs. Fair casino. not great for roulette (rather quiet). But if you want fair gambling experience and no dodgey tactics i reccomend. PLus when betting behind on BJ you can place side bets too. At red32 you cannot do that.

What an absolute disgrace this company is, 121 spins backing the middle dozen on the roulette and not one winner. Sent them a seething e mail explaining that its companies like them is the reason why people end up taking their own lives. 15 minutes later the police showed up at my door and I've now lost my wife and lost my job.
