Wish I could give zero stars. I have been waiting for weeks for my $700 withdrawal. They say they processed it but I never received any money. They ask for way too many personal information. Once you send them something they ask for, they ask for something else. They have no problem accepting my deposits though! I'm closing my account. I don't trust that company at all and regret sending them any of my personal information.

This is the worst site out there they are crooks hence why they don’t monitor or reply. There customer service is patronizing at best and never had a free bet in over two years since the opening offer. I get weekly free bets and good ones with Unibet and 888 sport so join them if you wanna play.

Hi everyone. I highly recommend you avoid 32red. I played quite a bit of money on their slot machines and I probably would have had better returns throwing my money away on lottery tickets. Their slots are definitely not paying out what is supposed to be a regulated percentage. When i approached them they said I should just wager more and my average would even out. Unbelievable!

Terrible site I am on alot of other sites and set myself limits because we all chase I have tried to on here but kept coming up with error try again later. My limit was 100 a day I kept trying to set and always error I made complaint today and they blocked my account. There terms and conditions state theres a tool to set limits. But it wouldn't let me so therefore they have broken there terms and conditions. Also they are not keeping a eye on the people on the site and asking if they are ok to keep gambling which other sites do

Wow look at all these disingenuous reviews.
I have written many honest reviews note that 95% of the ones here have written only 1 and that's for 32 red.
Trust me 32red is a casino to be avoided I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
Absolutely disgusting there reels are obviously fixed 30 at 40p spins and in total won 4 back all no wins money gone in minutes and that's every time I play.
I'm not a novice I play many sites and I am absolutely disgusted that this site is allowed to rip people off this way and get away with it.
I will be reporting it to the gambling commission and anyone else who will listen.

After 150+ spin most time i noticed that error occurs in the game. It looks to. Me counter is reset so u dont get chance to free spins. Is it possible is a game in 400 spins you dont get free spins. I am not going tp play here again. Not sure how many positive reviews here.

At 32red customer service is 1st class, and to be honest I've always got a turn ie a decent profit to loss, people moan/complain about the 24hour withdrawal period in which time you can reverse your winnings back to the casino but I want to make it clear to all of those people who feel hard done by, that "any player can indeed" "FLUSH ALL WINNINGS" so in other words it still takes 24 long hours but the flush of your account means that you "cannot reverse your winnings" so I think on that note 32red is again my favourite casino online by far cheerz G Balmer.

Wow what a rubbish site!

Deposited a fair bit and didn’t win a penny.
Menus so long to navigate and no help problem gamblers, no bonus back for losing so much and when you ask for help they simply just say ok close your account then.

Save your money and go elsewhere otherwise the only rant you can have Is on here. And trust me, you will.

Easy to navigate, fair ratio of wins. Obviously it would be great to win everytime but that's why it's called gambling. Time to pay into bank could be quicker but overall not a bad site. (Get double bubble jackpot and it would be my fav site)

I play on this site this time last year one of the 8 site I had .i was a problem gambler at the time .now stopped thank God it was killing me.this site let me play slots all day with no brake sometimes 6 to 8 hours a day I won 5.000. 11.000 and 12.000 pounds when i won the 12.000 pounds i being a problem gambler play and lost the 12.000 in one day I think they should look in to people that play for that amount of time in one day. They’ve changed immortal romance to a clunky, jerky slot. The reels are either ridiculously fast for example on the feature that you have no idea whether you’re winning money or not, the count down of spins on a feature are outside of the display so you have no idea of how many you have left. When in normal play they seem to be juddery and just make you feel like it’s been fixed so you don’t win. The slowest thing it does is work out how much you win and it’s ridiculously slow and now has a crass display. Such a shame, did they test this before they put it live?
