I just joined 32red on Thursday and on that day I deposited almost 900 with virtually no bonus rounds on the slots I played. While playing Fishing Frenzy I actually had a bonus round pay 3 🙄 Anyway...yesterday, after depositing 220 I managed to withdraw 700. HOWEVER........I received an email saying my withdrawal has been confirmed and it added this rather odd statement; “We will send you a confirmation of the exact amount being credited, once the refund has taken place”. I’ve never seen this before and I find it slightly worrying. Why is it Grosvenor casinos can get your winnings processed and into your bank account in just 2 hours and the other casinos cannot? And why wouldn’t I receive the full amount i withdrew yesterday?? We shall see ......

Closed my account down as i won to much Ok so i joined 32 red and showed then my full uk driving licence and proof of address . I won quite i bit and withdrew my funds after 5 days i received a email saying that they needed proof in a form of a none uk driving licence. So i asked them why is this when am from the uk and you advertising on uk tv thats a bit odd . So i uploaded them my uk driving licence and proof of address again only to find out that my account had been closed. I contacted them up and they had no reason to give me only that my account was permanently closed. I asked him where is my money my winnings and my funds that i had deposited. He told me that i had to wait for a email . Its been 2 weeks now to still no email sent . I contacted live chat up again and just the same story i have to wait for a email . So it looks like i lost all my winnings and all my money that i had deposited. I am now going to my bank to class this as fraud and i shall be reclaiming my funds that i deposited back . At this point i would say stay well clear from the company if you live in the UK i have had nothing but issues here since i started playing over 3 weeks ago now they are thiefs

I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AFTER a recent (nov.1st,2020) experience with 32RED.com I have played 32Red since 2017. I truly like playing in this casino because the payout was fast and reliable. In 2017, I wan a large some of money, even though I ended up loosing it all, winning at that time was very helpful in paying some urgent bills. The reason for closing my account today has nothing to do with the fact that I am losing money rather for the following reasons: 1) I have lost trust in this casino and felt betrayed by them: misleading statements by agents responding to my queries about deadlines: 32red refused to advance me to GOLD level even though in the month of October 2020 I earned the 5000 points required to move from Silver level to Gold kevel. 2) The lack of transparency for the Player in monitoring its own advancement during the play (you must call in to find out how many points you have accumulate so far). It was not like that before. One could follow its own progress on the dashboard. I ended up not redeeming my points to keep track of my evolution. As I was approaching the required number of points, I call to make sure that I was correct in my calculation, the first agent I spoke with told me how many points I need to achieve the requirement. The first call took place on October 30th, at that point, I only needed 800 points, I asked her specifically when the deadline was: she responded by saying this” keep playing until the first” if you accumulate all the points by the first, then you will move to Gold. I felt very confident that I could win enough points to move from Silver to Gold in that time period. By 1;00 am in the night of October 31st, I had accumulated more than 800 points as you can see from the snapshot above. I leave in Canada, on that same weekend, we lost one hour through the day save time performed every winter. I called the casino to make sure that I had advanced to the next TIER LEVEL, WHICH IS GOLD. The agent I spoke to informed me that the system resets itself at 6 am on the first and that I must start all over in November. I explained that not only I live in CANADA ant it is only 1 am my time, also that I was told to jeep playing until the 1st of November. He kept saying that he is sorry, that this is a UK casino and the go by UK time. I decided to write a formal complaint and called in to speak with the agent who responded to my written complaint. I FELT VERY UPSET WHEN THIS SECOND AGENT MENTIONED THAT; THE SYSTEM RESET ITSELF AT 12;00 NOON UK TIME, I REMEMBERED THAT WHEN I CALED AT 1 AM CANADIAN TIME, IT WAS APPROXIMATLTY 7 AM UK TIME, WAS TOLD BY FIRST AGENT THAT THE SYSTEM RESETS ITSELF AT 6 AM. THIS SECOND AGENT I CALLED SAID 12;00 NOON BECAUCE MY SECOND CALLED CAME IN AT 6AM MY TIME AND IT WAS 1 PM IN THE UK. TO MAKE MATTER WORSE, I SENT A THIRD EMAIL AND EXPLAINED HOW I FELT ABOUT ALL THE DIFFERENT VERSIONS AS TO WHEN THE SYSTEM RESETS, THE LAST RESPONSE WAS THAT IT RESETS BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AT 12;00 NOON ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH. MY QUESTION IS THIS; WHY DID THE FIRST AGENT I SPOKE TO TELL ME TO KEEP PLAYING UNTIL THE FIRST? WHY DID SHE NOT SAY KEEP PLAYING UNTIL MIDNIGHT ON THE 31ST? WHY SO MANY ERSIONS AS TO WHEN THE SYSTEM RESETS? HAVE I KNOWN THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO EARNED ENOUGH POINTS BY MIDNIGHT, I WOULD HAVE CASHED IN 2500 DOLLARS I HAD WON WHILE PLAYING GAMES. I WAGE IT ALL BECAUSE I WANTED TO MOVE UP A LEVEL. I WORKED VERY HARD. TO EARNED 5000 POINTS, ONE MUST WAGE 50,000 DOLLARS. I FELT THAT THE AGENTS WERE INTENTIONALLY DECEITFUL BY FIRSTLY MISLEADING ME AND SECONDLY ADJUSTING THE TIME ACCORDING TO WHEN MY CALLS REACHED THEM. I HAVE NO INTENTION OF REDEEMING NEITHER MY 5340 POINTS WHICH ARE WORTH 50 DOLLAR OR EVEN THE 24$ I DEPOSITED IN THAT MY ACCOUNT. I PERSONALLY FEEL THAT THERE IS A WIN IN LOSING, BECAUSE I AM FREE FROM THAT BONDAGE AND I CAN FOCUS MY TIME ON HEALTHIER ACTIVITIES AND STOP WASTING MY MONEY AND MY ENERGY WITH ORGANIZATION THAT WILL MISLEAD PEOPLE. Not had a problem with this site although others say different well maybe they don't like the give and take with gambling only bet with what you can afford simples Some good games on here and don't forget they also have a good sports site that have good offers if I have a problem I would get in touch with chat straight away. Overall very pleased with 32 red I like slots and betting 👍👍 👍

Yet another site that gets people to leave inflated reviews. They are not great at all They are the 2nd worst casino I've ever played at in 10 years Yet again anyone leaving 5 star reviews are either fake or have been offered an incentive. Are you seriously telling me people have signed up leaving 5 star reviews for nothing?? They're ALL redirected reviews if you look

I don't understand why this website has so many positive reviews but I after trying it I can say that it's another casino that doesn't pay back at all. I have spent 60 on 5 different slots in probably 10 minutes and the system was the same. 15 times lose, 1 time small win.

God awful website. The laws of probability should dictate that I should at least win some money back, but oh no. You would win more money on a pyramid scheme. Avoid folks, you've been warned, my loss is your gain, never again for me.

quite nice site and verification process was simple and quick. However, the payments dept keep making mistakes - not good when it is your money! once they paid from 'Roxy' where I have never played and today on my UK account they sent this - really worrying when there are so many fake scam emails around! STARTS I hope you are well and sorry for the brief interruption to your day. I am writing to inform you that our Payments team now require some additional details from you for your recent withdrawal request. Unfortunately, due to payment processing rules we are unable to process withdrawals to some cards issued in Canada. This means that you'll need to choose a different payment method so that we can then pay you your winnings. In order for us to fix this quickly for you, can we please ask you for the following? • A copy of the front and back of the card used to deposit on your account NOTE: In the interests of personal security we would suggest that the middle eight digits are deleted from the copies of any debit/credit cards and also the CVN No (this is the 3 digit number on the signature strip) when e-mailing or uploading copies of cards You may opt to receive your withdrawal to any of the below payment methods; • Ecopayz • Wire transfer – We'll require you to add your bank name, bank account number, Transit number, Institution number and a copy of a bank statement that confirms your name and the bank details being provided. If you select Ecopayz to have your withdrawal refunded back to then we'll also need a screenshot of your account summary page that show us your name and the account details as registered on your account with us. Until then, our Payments Team have had to return your withdrawal request to your account balance. We can accept a clear photograph of the documentation (most smart phones have cameras these days) or scanned documentation. Please reply to this email with the above attachments. If you need any additional help or guidance, either myself or any of my colleagues in our Customer Service Team are available to assist 24/7. Kind regards, Redacted Customer Service Team 32Red ENDS
