They take and take and keep on taking from you till you have nothing left and then you are discarded like a piece of rag left out to dry. They stole a lot from me and would not recompense the situation until I got help from by filing a complaint through dubbymia via ins.tag,ram this was when I started noticing positive results concerning my stolen money. About 8-9 days later I got everything returned.

Save yourself money and stress, avoid at all costs. Firstly there Bonus system is rigged, I deposited 50 and received the 150 in bonus money, sounds great doesn't it, but the Bonus money might as well be called play money because you will never ever be able to use it as real money as there is lots of hidden catches. I found myself winning on a slot using real money and any winnings was going into my bonus money what an absolute joke.
Secondly, you know the way the reals act after a huge win ?…………. well that's exactly how they behave all the time on 32red, it is beyond a joke.
The target they set for you to free up the Bonus money as Real money is beyond a joke, especially with the RIGGED reals.
This Casino along with Coral & Virgin are the worst online casinos I have ever played on.

32Red is one of my favorite casinos and so far only the promotions are not very interesting, and those in which I want to participate have been unavailable for me for over a month. I hope I did not hurry with the assessment because I am still waiting for the payment of my winnings. This is probably the first time that I have used paypal on red32 as withdrwal options. I must admit that using PayPal I have not waited so long (8 hours pass) at any casino. Overall I have good experiences with 32Red. Never betting again

This is the worst casino ever !!!!

I won last week 3.96 EUR from the 1 spin I won on a daily tipping point game. Then I went to play and I completed wagering requirements of 30 x or so and won 101.26 which I was going to withdraw. Before that I contacted live chat to make sure what is the maximum withdrawal from the free spins and was speaking with Bart who was very helpful and confirmed that if I win anything else I won't be able to withdraw as I said.

I was using 2 different cards for deposits and I made my withdrawal to one of the cards. However they decided without any warning to transfer the money to the other card and not the one I selected. Then after I received money on 6th of August I contacted live chat and was speaking with Andrea who was absolutely disgraceful and rude. I only asked her why they used the other card and not the one I selected and not only she didn't explain anything but she closed my account and since then I wasn't able to log back in. Only because I got upset that they violated my rights of choosing the withdrawal method to the card which I made deposits.
After that straight away I contacted live chat because Andrea just closed the chat and I was speaking with Kaylan who as well was absolutely disgraceful. He said that my account will stay locked because they are concerned about how much money I have in my bank account.

Then I contacted the casino by email and filed a complaint to the manager where I sent my bank statement showing that I have available funds, not that it should be their business. I got a reply back from ''manager'' Wayne R on Tuesday 10th of March stating that my account will remain closed and that he doesn't see any wrong doing from Andrea and Kaylan and that I should contact them after a month for account review. I sent an email back stating that is absolutely not fair and today I received an email back from the same person that my account will remain closed.

This is absolutely disgrace that they never asked me for bank statement to show my available funds when I created account many years ago and spent over 2 thousand euro and now after many years when I had only 1 withdrawal of 100 euro they decided to close my account and even I had to show them my personal bank statement with available funds. None of the other casinos requires such information of how much people have in their accounts. I have a weekly limit of 20 euro which means I don't spend more than I should and I am very responsible with my play, they still decided to close my account.

I would highly recommend to stay away from this CRAP and SCAM casino because they will rip you off and then will close your accounts.

Andrea and Kaylan should be fired and manager Wayne R should not be working with customer service !!!!

I won on tipping point won 7 36 so went on high voltage and won 63pound they says to wager 280pound before I could take it out so I did and won 1000 and withdrew it and they give me 100 pound in my bank and took the 900 back as they says it was a bounes I don't get it it's a rip off

Just to echo a couple of other previous responses, ignore the reviews of those who have lost money (and don't understand how casinos work).

The issue is that no matter how much you spend with 32red, you get nothing in return in terms of loyalty. No bonuses, no offers, nothing. I've spent thousands at this casino, but will be spending at other casinos that actually reward loyalty.

So i signed up as new customer, they gave me 10 bonus try before you buy type thing, i played it out to 1 remaining then I Deposited 10 i checked my balance it read 10 real money 1 bonus so i went back to the game after several spins later i clocked up 75.60

Blackjack is fixed. Just like every other casino they obey the gambling commission by having fixed odds within the RNG. The problem is that real life doesn't have fixed odds. I'm absolutely certain that 32red augments the visuals of "live play" but as long as they meet the gambling commission odds criteria they are "legitimate". They have completely removed the player's edge that live play actually has. Don't bother. Go to a real casino and give your money to real people instead of robots.

Truly the worst site I have ever had to endure playing on! What an absolute shambles, fix and set up. I’m registered with most gambling sites for several years, and honestly I have never seen something as fixed in my life. I’ve played a lot on 32 red, and I’ve watched the reels literally go to land on bonuses, and actually wind itself on. It’s so strange but the more I saw it the more I realised it is set this way. To avoid giving their players any kind of win. I’m appalled that this site is still up and running, it does not deserve to be. All gambling sites are money makers but at least they make it a bit of give and take and excitement! This is literally like throwing your money into a burning fire, as you know you won’t see that money again guaranteed.
