Worse of the worseJoined this pile of turds the other week, no wins hardly, no In game features like someone had switched them off. Increase my monthly deposit limit to 175 from 100 but it then allowed me to deposit 175 not 75. When I went to see my gaming history they blocked me from seeing but saying I had to upload id, same old chestnut ay, not even had a cashout and they want id??? Leave well alone they wouldn’t even let me see my gaming history it was that bad. Bet I get no reply. This site is getting reported to gambling commission as its gone against basic casino rules by letting me deposit more and just by their sneaky actions 21st century con artists

Worst site ever upon login in got it gave opt in offer for chance to win some free spins so i opt in then click play now it takes me to game called ghost of dead so i played it aim is to get 3 scatter symbols for bonus game it wipes me out 80 & im only spinning 20p a time still refused to bring bonus in now for any machine to take that amount at only 20p per spin is dreadful this game is either not working properly of they are fixed just to rob you just shocking stay clear

Absolutely appalling. Didn’t get my sign up bonus as came out with pathetic excuse about me already having an old account. Funny but I thought you were only allowed one account? The games only payout the lowest possible ratio which makes the site appear rigged. Customer service useless as have a curt attitude and could not care less stance. KYC is crap as they don’t want to know you at all, just your deposits. Would not recommend only to stay well clear. As they say a fool and his money are soo parted which certainly is the case here. The site is boring especially when it is so blatantly operated in their favour.How can this be randomness that transparent excuse they hide behind.

Disgusting service I won 1000 free spins on wheel of wins and they havent gave me them. Said it will be referred to technical team 10 working days t/a still nothing back. No response to my emails and telephone lines dont work. Avoid this company. They are happy to take your money but when you win something cant get it. Not an enjoyableExperience at all. I am on day 5 now still no response

Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give 5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

Initially thought they seemed OK but after using them for a good few months now they are just as bad if not worse than the other gambling companies. Games roulette games are terrible really need investigating not just fobbing customers off with games are random regulated etc. Hopeless bonuses with huge wagering requirements will be closing my account. Waste of time. There is no place in the Gambling industry for this company. Their website is atrocious cost me a treble bet it selects different things when you press on it its so sluggish and slow. Cost me a bet my putting a horse in the bet I didn’t select when put bet on quick before race and couldn’t check. Spoke to customer service waste of time haven’t gambled with them since loads of people I am told closing their accounts at the moment with this company

They closed my new account with money in it to retain an account I asked them years ago to delete which had not been used for many years. They said they did this because I had two accounts. I also asked them to delete all the records of me when I closed the last account and they confirmed that they had. They obviously lied. It took a long time for me to get them to delete both accounts and return my money. It was a long painful process. Then they email me to tell they have closed my account because I am a problem gambler supporting this with what I should do and how to behave. This mess was due to their incompetence, their flawed web site and no contact phone number. I do not suppose they care about their reviews either.

So I made a account deposited via PayPal linked to my bank card opted in for the 200 free spins spent 30 they did not honour the free spins because I payed with PayPal . When it clearly states Bet victor will take PayPal balance before they take from my card . Im genuinely shocked at this company for ripping me off I spent 30 and they didnt honour the promotion for new customers

Paid out in the beginning but now it’s just take take take. Avoid, there are better sites out there. The game mysteriously jumps so bonuses are not won during play. And, if you do hit a bonus the payout is derisory.

Started off well, with plenty of offers and good odds on some matches. But started to decline when I won an ew bet on odds of 20, with bets not accepted. Did not take them long to restict all my bets to small amounts. Their KYC is a bit off a faff too, the worst I have used. I didnt have problems withdrawing though, thank goodness

please do not bet with this company.my husband has and they asked for every detail about you for verification.he gave a bank stement.driving license but still wanted pay slips and tax returns very.very personal and if you do not provide the documents they block the deposit and withdrawals even if you have money in your account which my husband did. asked for the money to be transferred but said wanted more identification this is well open for fraud to which my son does work for the police in that cetain dept to which i will be looking into.they make you feel like a child.please do not bet with them.0 stars if i could.just look at the reviews they have been getting lately and make your own mind up.should be closed down.

Just to follow up from last week. I thought I was maybe a bit paranoid and just gave McBookie another go. Shouldve took my own advice. Blackjack. Deposited 250, 50 per hand.It lasted 5 hands. It dealt me 14 FIVE HANDS IN A ROW. Account deleted.

This seems to be a common thing, looking at other recent reviews. Ive been with Sky Bet for years and received an email this week stating they will be restricting my account, following a review by their trading team (removing access to free bets, promos etc)I asked (what I thought was a reasonable question) why they are restricting my account and all they would say is we are not obligated to tell you – the email and the correspondence comes across as condescending with little/ no respect for the customer. Like others (looking at reviews), I am a responsible gambler, only staking about 5/ week, normally utilizing promotions on football which I use just to enjoy the games a bit more. My account is up about 350 this year and about the same last year. Its clear they only treat you like a customer if you are losing large sums of money and those that gamble responsibly arent acceptable customers and will be made to feel like cheats. I have sky TV, internet, sports etc and pay them 100+/ month. In my mind, its all relative. Its a shame but Im leaving Sky Bet and will go elsewhere. Not that theyll care. Anyone reading this review that is a responsible gambler and wants to be treated as a human, Id suggest going elsewhere

I am a skybet customer, today I was meant to get a 5 free bet. It was meant to be added by 5pm as per the terms of the contract. I contacted after this time and agent joe told me it should be there tomorrow there is nothing they can do. This is a contract breach and for other customers who have been let down by this company, I will be pursuing legal action against skybet. If anyone else feels strongly and would like an update on this let me know.

I am re writing my review as my last review was unfair, After trying many other online Casinos I have given BetVictor an additional 2 stars. Based on the fact the customer support is quick and good and there is a very good selection of Slots to play on. The only problem I found is that it seems to take ages to hit any Bonus feature and the return is very small. You will get the occasional half decent win just to keep you afloat etc but not often enough. In conclusion, it is definitely worth signing up for the New player offer as it was the best that I could find, maybe your luck on the slots will be better than mine hey. Good luck

Please please do NOT bet with these scammers.Almost every time I played their live roulette the wheel would freeze during the spin when my stakes were high. The number would pop up and 90% of the time be a losing one. While I was playing very low stakes this wouldnt happen. Just 2 bit crooks.
