Used to be a great site until they stopped me from playing to send wage slip etc which I did not heard anything over a week then appears a message I have to send wage slip which I already done the place is a complete joke I’ve now closed my account and took my previous four stars away

Exactly the same issue. They finally replied after 2 weeks and asked for another tons of extra docs. It seems that I'll be waiting next 2 weeks for final (?) response and have no clue what happens next.
Seriously I think that someone should really take this company under radar.

I can only speak for myself, and for me my genuine thoughts on tonybet are really good.

I did have to go through the process people are mentioning but mine was sorted within 24 hours. I sent documents of everything they needed and was verified without hassle, I also reccomend using PayPal as a source of depositing. My withdrawals are always processed within 24 hours, or even within 4 to 8 hours sometimes, and with paypal being the source, its sent immediately. And I can then instantly withdraw from PayPal into my bank so i have monies very quickly.

Can everyone please call the Gambling Commission on 0121 230 6666 to make a complaint about Tonybet.

They will only take action if you all call them.

You can also email Oliver Dowden the Minister responsible for the Gambling Commission.

As many of you guys I'm very dissapointed customer. It's hard to described what actually happened. Maybe I was bit naive because I deposited much more but also won very good amount of money and I feel like I was a happy winner by one day literally.
My account has been also disabled with no reasons and it seems that there is no views to get my money back.I don't know what happened there but it have to be something really serious because I used this side before and did not noticed any issues and I withdrawn my money succesfully for the very first time. The fact that gambling commision still let this site live is the biggest question ever. Hopefully we can solve all concerns if we will start to cooperate together.

Everyone here needs to contact Ugnius Šimelionis the CEO of Tony bet.

They are absolute gangsters. I can't describe how incompetent they are.

There is no customer service, no service standards. They need to be closed immediately.

How is it legal for them to not give any sort of time frame to reactive disabled accounts. The 72 hours is simply a lie!!!!!!!

Shocking, disbelief really!! Tried to withdraw nearly two weeks ago!! Still heard nothing despite sending numerous emails and supplying additional documentation. Wrote a review on hear last week out of pure desperation and low and behold they replied, apologising for my experience and ensuring they will deal with but currently have backlog. Still heard nothing at all despite more emails sent! At my wits end now, thanks a lot TonyBet

In my opinion, they make it difficult for people to get their money back so they can keep it. They keep claiming in their replies that they are regulated by the UK Gambling Commission – this does not mean a lot as they keep misleading people and do not keep to their word.

Can everyone affected by this please file a complaint with the Serious Fraud Office, Action Fraud, The UK Gambling Commission, IBAS and Trading Standards. It will take you an hour.

For Action Fraud it's easier if you call them on 0300 123 2040. Mention that you've been a victim and tell them about all the other victims on Trustpilot.

Please do not let them get away with it.

I would give zero stars if available. I’m in the same boat as everyone else , had account locked for extra verification it’s been 9 days now and still no response. I have used this site for 6 months . Verified everything when I opened the account . I had a small win in comparison to others £300 but still waiting . Had anyone actually been verified and got their money . ????

I Won 20,217 and they asked me to provide documents which I did they done verification check and confirmed it was approved they paid out £2500 per day for 5 days and all of a sudden no more money came so I emailed them and asked where rest was and they now want me to let them know what time I have the toilet have my supper etc
So supplied what they asked now they said I would receive update in 72 hours 10 days later I am chasing them daily and they are ignoring my emails
I have Contacted Ibas,Gambling Commission,Trading Standards and still ignoring me

Same has others. This is a sham site. Closed my account as soon as i tried to withdraw and then requested for documents submitted all document its been over a week no communication from them. This is definitely some kind of scam sites needs to be reported.

I wouldn’t normally complain about a site tbh this casino seemed great I had some wins withdrawal was quick, provided all documents requested, however now they want another bank statement which was fine sent it off received an email saying thank you you should hear from us within 72 hours, it’s now been a week and am extremely frustrated it’s not like I’ve spent a lot on the casino about 2k. But they have now closed my account won’t give me an update after 3 emails and a live chat, other then it’s being looked at, if your struggling with your workload then you should at least update your customers, a simple hi we haven’t forgotten you but nothing terrible customer service

I never like writing bad reviews but unfortunately I am experiencing exactly the same problems as the rest of you. Have been using the site with no issues whatsoever until now. Tried to withdraw £5000 from my winnings and told the account needed to be verified. Sent all relevant documentation and was asked to allow up to 72 hours….that was over a week ago, no money, account suspended and no one will respond to a single email. The live chat facility is the only point of contact and all you get from that is the same generic response! Not helpful at all

Absolutely disgusted in tony bet, i won £1620 over a week ago now and on the day of my withdrawal to then be asked to fill out a questionnaire and prove my income! Baring in mind when you open an account you have to provide i d proof of address and also income, this has all been done! Then again to be asked about my income again, all wage slips sent prove of bank and apparently they have a huge back log! but looking at these reviews the last couple of days looks like something is not right, i am now going to take this to all social media's to the papers & also getting in contact with the gambling commission! AVOID THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR MONEY THEY WON'T PAY OUT YOUR WINNINGS. I wouldn’t even give 1 star. I have never came across such a bad provider disable your account and send the same email over and over again take your money and don’t pay out. Please avoid 16 days I have been waiting for my account to re open to access my money and still haven’t got anywhere if people are going through the same thing we need to complain together.

So I've had a few betting accounts in my time and let me start by saying I have no problem with providing security and documents.What concerns me is I believe there is something far more sinister going on at Tony bet other than just a "back log" or "huge demand" on document verification.i mean seriously is there just one person sat in security verification knee deep in paper work because Dave's off sick hhhmmmm.
After been told in some "rare" cases it can take longer than 72 hours but looking at other reviews over the past few weeks it seems that this isnt "rare" at all! And many people have been waiting days just like myself.72 hours has now turned in to 6 days. I always get a reply and they are very apologetic but it's always the same give us more time or we will email you as soon as we know the status of your account.im not waiting on a fortune but I do have a process pending and I do have funds in the account.
It just all seems very delayed on purpose which is a shame as I liked the sight.

I don't have anything less than 1 in this to give. Same problem which most of the customers faced. They suspended my account after few winning without any notification. I have shared the documents which they asked but my account is still disabled. I did a withdraw before they disable my account that is also not processed for weeks now. Never trust this betting site. They says 72 hrs for reviewing documents but they never do that.
I will definitely take required legal actions but posting this review for new customers.
I will also share the legal steps to handle such situations with Tonybet.

This has happened to a lot of people. Just look at their reviews.

If everyone takes an hour to complain to: Trading Standards, BBC Watchdog, IBAS, The Gambling Commission, Martin Lewis and Moneysavingexpert, we can stop these people in Estonia and Lithuania from doing this to other people.

They should not be allowed to operate in the UK.

This is a shocking company, as I have read in other reviews they were happy to take my money after I supplied them with additional information and documents and now I have requested withdrawal of my winnings they have requested additional documents which I have supplied and they response was this could take up to 72 hours! It’s well over that now and I have heard nothing and received none of my money! They have disabled my account and not replying to my emails! An absolute disgrace

If you're searching for Tonybet reviews then its already too late, they've got you by the balls. I won't £300 or more cant remember as its been that long, and my account got disabled and their asking for documents, fair enough, sent them everything, 13 days later and my account is still disabled, I contacted them through email and all I get is it can take upto 72 hours, its been 13 days now and all they say is sorry. I would love to contact the Gamble commission but I don't know if this is a viable reason for me to contact them.

I will agree with most negative reviews. First – they asking to many documents, no any other betting company asking this amount of information, even if I have same account since 2013, ( only in 2021 already three times account suspended for verification). Second – if you loosing they aloud you to put high stakes like ( £1000 up to £5000 ), but if you start winning they put limits, and aloud you play only with £10 or £50, or just suspending your account, and start asking for all types of paper work, I would say is psychologic games they playing with customers, definitely many more better betting sites around, luckily is not main betting site I using, but still sometimes getting sick of them, I would recommend to avoid Tonybet and find different company.

Hoods. The reasons to avoid is endless. Can’t help but feel they have a mafia influence as that’s how they behave. Firstly, they require your id image then a pic front and back of your bank card. Customer service is so poor, arguments about everything and a bully attitude.

My situation is similar to Kieran's below.

I deposited £2,000 and won £1,700. They emailed me requesting pictures of my debit card, my bank statement and ID, all of which I sent them within a few hours. They also blocked my account.

They said that my account would be verified within 72 hours. However, over 4 days later, my account is still blocked and I cannot access my money.

I emailed yesterday and they didn't reply.

Kieran, do you, or any others want to get involved in taking legal action? I'm also thinking of contacting the Gambling Commission as well as a Member of Parliament as this company seems very dodgy.

Apparently TonyBet are owned by Betsson, so perhaps we should contact them or include them in legal action?

I did leave good feedback to begin with however 3 days on after sending in my verification identification they requested I still have no access to my account and that means I’m still unable to withdraw my £1200 winnings.

I am a legit player and have sent it all my documents so not sure why My account has been disabled. Staff have not really helped. I do not know what to do about this and think I’ll be seeking legal advice next.

Asking for documents to be provided in order to process your withdrawals. Then moving the goal posts. The only person on live chat that was any help was Sven, the rest are like chocolate fire guards especially Nigel who is so rude. 1.4K withdrawal pending and no further forward. Do not use this platform to bet! I’m making a complaint and approaching the gambling commission if this isn’t resolved in a few days

i asked why they sent previous winnings and got a b/s answer.
the day before i asked if they offered bonuses , girl said shed put one on , didnt and said they dont do it !!

So I’ve had my account for a while now, quite frankly I forgot I signed up but I love the layout of the site!
I deposited around £200 yesterday and made a nice little win and took it out for withdrawal. The live chat are very fast and polite 🙂
I then remembered I needed to verify my account so I did everything and send in pictures of my card used, my linked PayPal ect…
waiting to be verified and will update my review once I’ve been paid out, I’m sure the negative reviews are people who have lost money or are hiding something!
I look forward to playing using tonybet in the future if they are legit!

I have literally provided all my details and somehow they have kicked me out and told me “Thanks for waiting, I have checked the information about your case. Please be informed that your account was closed by the Security department decision for investigation. We will contact you with updates”

Avoid at all costs, unless you are happy to keep depositing and never request a withdrawal.
I have waited over a week for a withdrawal of £7.5K. Various live chats saying they were busy processing lots of payments, resulted in me contacting them again, threatening contact with The gambling commission. Got £2.5k after 6 days, balance of £5K still outstanding. They have had all my ID and proof of address earlier in the process.
At 11pm they send me an email requesting my wage slip and bank statements. (They never do this when you are depositing, only when you are taking money back out).
Still not resolved. I’ve contacted IBAS and my solicitor is now on the case.
The gaming experience is faultless, but the service is shocking…
P.S. Tonybet, don’t reply apologising for the experience, just pay out the money you owe as quick as you take it.

Never ever use this company!!! I had never heard of them till they appeared on my bank statement ten times on the 2nd June, Contacted them repeatedly and you get the same generic computer generated response time and time which isn’t even answering the questions you asked! Literally lost ten years of my life in stress dealing with them.
P.s I am 33 years of age and this is the first negative review I have ever posted in my life, I’m normally the guy who if he gets terrible food in a restaurant instead of complaining puts it in a tissue for the dog and says it’s lovely 😂 This company has taken £1380 out of my bank account yet I have never had an account with them and if anyone wants to read section 2.3.5 of there terms and conditions you will see why I feel this way. Have taken legal advice and have contacted every single regulator to see what I can do now no way will I let this drop but please anyone be careful with these not worth it.

I cannot believe I signed up to this betting site and agree with all previous reviews. An absolute disgrace and in my opinion a scam. I uploaded driving licence, utility bill snd 2 sides of debit card but they keep asking for PayPal info as well. My account does not allow for a further upload so I emailed but they keep saying they haven’t received. I don’t like giving negative e reviews and know tony bet will reply with the same nonsense of evidence validation but they are clearly trying to fool people. I don’t think I will get my money but clearly this betting site needs closed down. My advice is stay clear at all costs. Update as per just now / withdrawal received so I’m very much relieved. Will still close account though, too stressful
