So even though I wasn’t asked to upload my identity I thought I would do it anyway to save any future issues I wish I hadn’t Since then I’ve been asked to verify again they have had my withdrawals in pending for over 4 days now I’ve contacted their chat which was pointless and even customer service just repeats the same information my first withdrawals were processed in 24 hours so why after sending identification am I not allowed my winnings

Then again this is a business , their goal is not for you to profit , but rather to make you think you will profit. And so the cycle keeps going from there. Lose some bets & they’ll throw offers at you. Just glad I won a few bets and managed to withdraw my money. Oh & be careful with their new customer sign up offer as it’s not worth the paper it’s written on. I placed the qualifying bet, waited 2 days for my free bet, contacted them by email to be told that offer had expired even though they were still advertising it online. Just glad I managed to pull over £100 profit before shutting me down.

Absolute con job of a bookmaker.Started the £50 bonus, won 1 horse race bet and they RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT to £1 max stakes so I have zero chance of even fulfilling the absolute mess of the wagering that they require.Happily keep accepting deposits, however as soon as you want to withdraw, BAMMM! We require 3 different types of identification, happy keep taking my deposits though.I sent off driving licence, bank statement, and photo of card.They have the cheek to come back a week later and say they can't accept the bank statement, so now they require a 4th. Absolute con job of a bookmaker.Started the £50 bonus, won 1 horse race bet and they RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT to £1 max stakes so I have zero chance of even fulfilling the absolute mess of the wagering that they require.Happily keep accepting deposits, however as soon as you want to withdraw, BAMMM! We require 3 different types of identification, happy keep taking my deposits though.I sent off driving licence, bank statement, and photo of card.They have the cheek to come back a week later and say they can’t accept the bank statement, so now they require a 4th. Absolute con job, just want to keep everyones money.AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Literally one of the worst bookies out there, so so bad.

Site is great and had no issue with payouts, I bet small but had some decent wins and paid out promptly.To those saying they didn't win, well it's a casino, what do you expect, it's not somewhere you can top up your wages, you are never guaranteed a win and if you can't afford the losses don't bet, simple as, customer support was also great, reckon a lot of the reviews are sour grapes!Have to edit this review, after everything going OK I found out support is terrible, no replies, radio silence, stay away from this casino, far better out there with far better support!

I made a withdrawal and been waiting month for it to be returned to me and have email but no response and my account is closed don’t waste you time on this site to be scammed out of winning etc it’s Disgraceful and very poor services do not recommend if you choose this site I would be very careful

was supposed to be a 100 percent deposit bonus and 40 free spins, however, after the bonus deposit, no free spins, despite selecting the deposit with the bonusdespite contacting live chat, he can do nothing and he will ask you to pay the deposit again, which is ridiculous I do not recommend scam
