It’s by far the worst site I’ve ever played 5 years I’ve played it 10,000 plus down. Never had a decent win in them 5 years it’s rating is 4.2 which is a big lie it’s not fair at all I wouldn’t recommend to anybody. avoid this site at all costs I’ve played on a lot of sites and for me Paddy power is the best one I’ve ever played on in my opinion I’ve won thousands of pounds on Paddy power 😁 and poker star. I’ve lost thousands and never won over a thousand very little wins on pokerstars

I’ve had a gutsfull of this site. Always enjoyed playing virtual roulette. I cover between 14-16 numbers on the wheel with different amounts. Over 100 spins and no hit on my main numbers. Pokerstars make millions and won’t even pay out peanuts. What a Joke. Rigged. 💯.

This site is a site of thieves I deposited over 15000 dollars and I must have won no more than 1500 dollars in barely 2 years they are downright thieves every time I manage to get a bonus which is very very rare I never manage to get more than 50 dollars which is generous really a site of pure thieves I have never seen that I strongly advise

Totally shocking customer service, DO NOT USE THIS SITE. MASSIVELY AVOIDANT when trying to get my winnings out yet am sure there are no delays when they want to take ur money. Have sent identity documents multiple times now to verify myself yet no response. Their chat help service is totally useless and could offer me no insight whatsoever. It is terrible literally seen the dealer get harass on live went to contact help they said if the dealer had an issue, the dealer would complain. Funny thing is the dealer did complain, but he got fired and I get banned. My IP address is literally banned It’s absolutely a joke unprofessional dealers. It’s crazy. The girl literally said live. Registration and inserting money is fine. But when you try to take out your money again, your account gets “flagged”. Because of this you have to send in license, proof of adress and more to get your money, and even log in.Pokerstars have really gone down the drain. Choose another casino. Awful service.

Joined casino deposited $50. Deposit was approved but money never made it to my account. Talked to this person that person blah blah blah. They all said they will email me. So I can’t play nothing. I had my account for 3-4 years depositing hundreds every month probably spent over 10 thousand pound with them racking up the progress levels gaining rewards for being loyal, to then have my account closed for updating my mobile number and then they reopened it but they reset all my progress losed all my rewards so I spoke to them about it kept putting me through to 5-6 different people some from the same departments just didn’t want to do anything about it clearly they didn’t care and couldn’t restore my progress and rewards and In the end I just said look it was an error on your end admit it and just offer me like a bonus or 5 free spins I usually get every weekend which isn’t much really but they said they can’t offer me any bonuses, if I’m eligible for such things then I would be eligible through the rewards program and offers they have and at that point I was raging because they reset my account which is why I’m no longer eligible for them and I said this to them like are they absolutely stupid do they have any brains, they simple said sorry for the inconvenience.

Pokerstars blackjack is 100% rigged. It is so blatantly obvious that if I a) withdraw winnings every subsequent hand the dealer wins (at least 90%) or if I b) raise my wager…the dealer shows a face or ace virtually every hand. Sorry for those who claim the cards are random. That is complete nonsense. For fun I hit a hard 14 against a dealer 6. Got an eight…only to see that the dealer was going to get 21 no matter what I did. And no this is not a one off. Easily 100 hours playing on this site and other than one $6k win (due to hitting a side bet) the blackjack hands are won by the dealer at least 80% of the time. Complete joke. This should be criminal.

Played the same slot game for an entire month 8 hrs a day minimum let me tell you the most obvious rigged slots I have ever played. Example deposit 1000. Lasted 2 hrs and 15 minutes at 2 dollars a bet. Never 1x getting over my deposit amount only ghost wins when you lost more then the jackpot won. So I’ve been playing poker on this site for some time. When I saw their casino has a lot of the same slots that I play online casino I decided why not play here too. So I have but for some reason same games that are on PokerStars never pay out. The bonuses almost never hit and when they do the win are pretty small. They might bring you back to your original deposit amount maybe +5% but never ever more. I will give this maybe another month but probably would recommend not to play their casino. It doesn’t make sense that same slot paid me elsewhere 250x+ but on PokerStars that same bonus is 10-25x . On all the slots. For like a little less than a year. Very fishy

Totally shocking experience with this company I deposited a substantial amount of money over the last week and today I was playing they let me have a run of loosing a lot of money and when my luck changed and I started to win some of my loses back they blocked my account I have yet to hear why they waited until I lost a lot of money and then started to win it back before blocking my account I believe now that my luck changed they cheated me I understand it is gambling and you must expect to loose but for them to wait until I hit a winning streak then block my account seems to me to be very underhanded I think I would have to advise staying away from this company as if you Gamble and ate aware when you hit a run of winning you take it when you can sadly I will never get the chance to win some of my money back they could have contacted me prior to taking this action against me finger’s crossed they will give me back some of my money and I now need to find who is governing this company as this feal off to me stay clear and play in real casinos that way you know they are properly governed and you stand a fair chance at winning I will of course update this post if they contact me.
