In the first week of getting my account I did alright everything was looking good unit last week which was roughly my third week I got an email saying I had to have a lower deposit limit with no explanation. I said no I would like to keep it how it is and they then they restricted my account pending 'vericication' even though I sent my documents when it was opened and was able to play and withdraw initially. They have now just decided to close my account then told me the decision can't be reversed and they will not be giving me any form of explanation. They are a strange bunch of characters. I'm starting to think its because I won a wee bit of money? They also only let you deposit £1000 a month max which is rubbish.

If they genuinely worry about this, WHY NOT DO IT BEFORE DEPOSIT!!! No, if you deposit, lose and leave, they wont say a word. Tells you all you need to know. There is a large selection of fixed odds, they settle bets as fast as they can, they send withdrawals daily... any time I have ever called then for.suppprt it has rang once and been answered straight away. Shame there isn't a casino to have a bash on and when they release it I can definitely see them being 5 stars !. All round solid firm who do things correctly

Unfortunately my recent experience of the Tote is similar to many people below - opened an account made a small deposit won a reasonable sum on the placepot then decided to use a a little profit on the gaming tables 20 minutes later account suspended - no explanation - then an email from safer gambling team stating that I will have to produce all manner of documentation, pay slips, bank statements etc etc - I am in profit! The Tote are completely incompetent and their staff just read from a script - agree with earlier comment they used to be known as the Nanny Goat now just the Nanny State. They will just hide behind the safer gambling legislation but that is nonsense they should not be asking for so much personal information - I have told them they are risking contravention of the GDPR but they don't seem to care.

Avoid at all costs. I accumulated over £1800 and cashed out £1000 on my first go with them on the slots. My bank was credited with £150! After finally getting a reply through email (no phone number to contact them) I was told I had breached my bonus rights, after a little digging I definitely haven't! They are still refusing to pay out and I'm going through all the right paths to have it resolved. If you want good customer service, which isn't backed by lies I'd avoid this company at all costs. How they think they can get away with this is beyond me!!......I haven't heard off of them in over a week since I threatened them with IBAS, which is highly frustrating as you need to lodge a complaint and go through the casino process before IBAS will look at your case! Avoid at all costs.

Signed up due to the great offer for the Fury fight, did all the right things to qualify for the bet and it won. Under 'offers' i checked and all the green ticks were there so it was complete. I waited for my bonus and nothing came. Useless over whatsapp, only read my messages and not reply. Livechat and email said my account details were not recognised as apparently I signed up thru a different website...but yet the account is there when they took my money. Absolute shambles. Do not be fooled by them. Take your money to the other better betting sites.

Terrible site,I deposited £20 by paypal and then tried to place a yankee bet but couldnt?then contacted chat and advised no exotics available?Then tried twice to place a single horse bet but slow glitchy site made that impossible.Contacted chat to close account after hitting withdraw button to take deposit back.I was asked why closing account and gave reasons above,"ok thanks "was all i got,no apology for the crap service then just cut me off ,must happen a lot.These new betting sites are useless,used a tried and tested one,total amateurs.AVOID.Would give zero stars but have to give 1 to review.

Refused to lift £500 a month deposit limit, despite me giving them 3 months' bank statements showing £15,000 in my current account, my passport and driving license, and answering all their nosy questions. Complete waste of time.I only wanted to use Tote to get 10% higher returns on pool bets, but I shouldn't have bothered. I cannot recommend this bookie at all. They charge a commission on deposits and they charge a fee on withdrawals! A few bookies will charge one or the other but I have never known one to do both. Their sports betting page takes ages to load, if ever. It is as if they want you to lose patience and go to the Casino instead. The free bet offer includes an obscure clause saying that if you have had a free bet with one of their affiliates in the past then you are ineligible! As if a regular punter is going to know what bookie is affiliated with what! What a miserable and wretched way to catch punters out.Luckily I only deposited twenty pounds. If you deposit any money with Mrplay after reading this then you are a fool.

Then deposited a large amount.Was looking forward to playing and when I enter a room to play it tells me that I’m required to provide info. (I already have!)Live chat expecting someone will answer my Q straight away and then realise that they reply in “a few hours”.You guys having a laugh? I don't normally leave reviews but I made an exceptionThey did an offer. Bet £100 or more on virtual sports and get £20 free bet. I did so and bet on virtual greyhounds and speedway.I got told I didn't qualify for the free bet as they are casino (?) games and not virtual sports. Customer service made no attempt to help and refused to answer questions just telling me to read t & c next time. They couldn't care less. Appalling attitudeAny other bookmaker would have seen I was a good customer and given me the £20 bet as a gesture. But no , so they've seriously lost a customer for a pitiful £20 free bet. What kind of way to run a business??? I'm not betting with people who treat you like thisPs I made a complaint and got told they would be in touch within 8 weeks!!!!. We're hardly talking a complicated case for 1000s. 8 weeks for a £20 bet. I'll pass on that thanks and bet elsewhere

Run a mile from this site huge headache all round. Terrible slow dysfunctional website. They choose when you can play at Mr Play buffering the website so you cant place a bet the majority of the time, strangely the deposit function works amazingly fast. The slots have the lowest win percentage i have ever experienced at a casino apparently £20 is a big win after you spend hundreds. No chances to claim your losses back at all. Outright fraudsters. Avoid like the plague.

RoyalPanda literally stole €100 from me. Deposited to get bonus, as I realised it was a bonus after wager type of bonus I immediately tried to withdraw, but I couldn't because my account was not verified. Every time I try to upload the documents I get error. STAY AWAY. ROYALPANDA IS A SCAM!

They are scumbags. They froze my account from offers and would not give me the free spins. They are just like all the other bad loser bet sites. Well thanks for nothing parimatch. I sent all required documents and now you tell me that I can't use my account as I can't afford to lose £1 a week. What a joke, you really should be ashamed of yourselves discriminating against the disabled. I joined Parimatch 7 months a go so that I could have the odd flutter, and I really mean that as I maybe have a couple of bets a month.I had no problems until about a week ago when I got a notification asking for copies of my last 3 months bank statements. No problem, I sent them these and then they get back asking what I do for a living. As I am disabled I get back saying I'm on benefits, they then get back to me saying do I have any other income such as a pension, income from shares etc that can support my gambling.What on earth do they need to know that for? I've never had no problems with gambling (to be fair they're not to know that) but in the 7 months I've been with Parimatch I have lost just £30 with them. That works out about £1 a week. How the hell do they think I have any sort of problem? Are they asking all this because I'm not losing enough? Whatever reason I think it is disgusting behaviour, thinking I can't afford to lose £1 a week because I'm on disability benefit.My custom, no matter how small, will be appreciated elsewhere were I won't be discriminated against.Shame on you Parimatch.

It's very early days as I only opened an account with them 5 days ago. But I need to say that I'm a very small player on sports bets and horse racing mainly, and so far I've been impressed. They're based on the Isle of Wight (not Gibraltar). I've made 2 withdrawals so far and they were paid almost instantly, virgin bet and virgin games were previously the quickest and they paid the following day. The site is a bit glitchy if ur on a laptop, but seems much better on the phone. They dnt seem to have an app yet but it shud deffo be in the pipeline coz these people seem to know what it takes to plse a punter. Bets settled reasonably quickly, I was also given the 2 free £5 bets coz id made enough qualifying bets (this sounds like a paid review) but so far...so good. No poker available, in play betting is poor, overall odds are slightly less than the big boys, but overall 8/10. Recommended. Gud luk look luck ?Big oops, live casino isn't live. This company is brand new to the U.K though so ill give them time. New score 7/10. Oops, spoke too soon, restricted my horse bets to 3p and premier league football bets to £3.42, ah well.
