Another site will take your deposit before asking for ID then once you win they want the ins n outs of a ducks backside, I’ve gave them bank statements,pic of my debit card but because my passport is a few months out of date it’s not good enough…just another rip off site….AVOID!!!!!!

Let you deposit but as soon as you want to withdraw they dont like paying out start asking for all kind of documents and you can guarantee whatever you send wont be good enough…. Never been messed about so much…wont be using site again they can keep my winnings Scammers!

I would give zero if I could. Placed a bet, got my welcome bets, all fine. One of my free bets won, due a £30 payout, withdrew it. Account was instantly locked, ID was asked for which was supplied.Logged back into the account 24 hours later, all free bets, including the win where deleted from my history. Obviously a very dodgy company.

I joined this site years ago and never used it until recently, I must have deposited around 10 transactions in my time, no issues depositing and no issues with the site, I actually love the site. The only issue is withdrawing, I requested 3 withdrawals 2 days ago, I have heard nothing, I have emailed 3 times with no reply, I have been on live chat today and I am being asked for a bank statement, I feel it’s strange considering I have only deposited a few times, no problem I have no sent 2 lates bank statements, my ID and the bank card I use, I can’t do anymore so just hope they now process my withdraws, next time Bet uk, give me a heads up if you require this information and I can send you it, there was no indication you wanted any of this until I wanted to withdraw any money. Please don’t become one of them greedy sites, where you take the money but won’t pay it out, I have you 4 stars as I love the site I just wish the withdraws was a easy as depositing was that’s all. I will update on here when my withdraws are done.

I’ve requested 2 withdrawals tonight 1 for £32 and one for £40, the first one was about 8pm and the second one was about 8.45pm, anyway came on here just to check the reviews and I’m not feeling great now about getting my withdrawal as they state from 2 hours to 48 hours, anyway I’ve seen that they request bank statements on your first withdrawal so I’ve emailed them straight over so it will speed up my withdrawal anyway I’ll finish my review once my withdrawal has landed in my bank account, ii was worried and spoke to Luke on live chat and he wasn’t really bothered to help me just said will be from 24 hours to 48 hours but it states on the website between 2 hours to 48 hours, so if the advisor is telling me one thing and the website is saying another, I’m already losing confidence in getting my money in the time frame they state but I will come and change my review accordingly once I’ve received the winnings.

I have been trying to get identification documents verified for the last 5 days. Customer service responds after 24 to 48 hours to tell me my identification documents cannot be verified. Even after providing all necessary documents and selfies. I have cash sitting in my closed account which only heaven knows when I can access. Customer service can’t differentiate what a bank statement and transaction history are. After providing selfie with username and email address, they say selfie with passport and all characters on the passport must be large enough to read!!! WTH!!! The documents i am providing are the same documents I use for travel, open bank accounts and create accounts elsewhere. Please let me access my account and withdraw my money and close the account again for good. Arguing with these fools makes us all fools.

Two mega spin wins still haven’t paid out after a week! Have now closed my account to avoid this. The offers are terrible never based on the players game play. Try talking to them on live chat they say contact the manager who still doesn’t reply after days and days. Dreadful customer service they didnt bother to reply to my email requests. Did a live chat, they claim that my account has to include my middle name as it’s on my passport and claimed I put in the incorrect names on my account when I originally signed up, they changed it, how dare they! No it does not need to be included. I have never included my middle name on ANY application in my life. I’ve all but forgotten my middle name. I have another account with another a major high street bookmaker, guess what, my account with them does not include my middle name. My bank account and I have many, does not include my middle name, they are heavily regulated and have my passport and my National Insurance Number, my employer does not have my middle name, my doctors does not have my middle name, yet they all have my passport!! Their system incorrectly addresses me as my First and Middle names, it omits my surname. How they set up the account and what fields they have is the issue, not what I have correctly entered!

Don’t like this casino at least I won a grand but even then they took a £15 withdrawal fee ! Absolutely disgusting to charge to withdraw your winnings, and to top it off I received an email to complete a survey and once completed you are supposed to get a mystery box which will contain free spins, cash or a bonus, I completed the survey on the 6th of July and the terms said you will receive the mystery box within 72 hours of completion, after 72 hours I asked why I have not received the mystery box to be told to wait until the promotion ends which apparently was on the 9th of July (even though the terms clearly stated 72 hours after you complete the survey, since then been on live chat ever day asking for the mystery box just to be told to wait for an email 😭 today is the 17th of July so 11 days and counting to get a small amount of spins or bonus that looks like i will never receive, shocking site that I strongly advise to avoid at all costs far better out there that won’t lie and rob you !!!!!!

Apparently I had an account from 2013 and in order for me to re-open I have to wait for a phone call which is convenient for Netbet but not for me. I work and cannot just take a call as and when it suits NetBet I’m afraid peoples lives don’t evolve around you. Then getting told I have to wait a further 24 hours before the account actually re-opens. Stick ya account.
