Worse casino ever. If I can save someone from gambling with this casino I’ll be happy. They ask the impossible when it comes to withdrawing money. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED… They claim to have processed and sent my money yet when I contact the third party payment company they have no record of a withdrawal! even after all documents required got approved, still declined withdrawals, they told me to send in more documents which was impossible spent days trying to chat (live chat) with them but now they’ve blocked me from live chat. the worst experience ive had on an online casino. lost huuge winnings due to the fact that ill never get the withdrawals approved

This casino is very hard to win .They will pay you but they take back very quickly.Don’t play here it is waste money for nothing . Stay away from this casino!!! In order to validate you – they invent documents that don t exist in Canada! I had thousands of dollars in winnings, all 200, 220… withdrawals were all declined but i didn t notice, thinking all winnings are on the way to me. No! They are gone and only 200$ left!!!Now they will not give me that either?! I found this one better than others. It is of the same company which owns Bob Casino and sister casinos. 3 stars, one each for 1 – verification (took 1-2 hrs)2 – First withdrawal – processed in few hours3 – choice of games and layouttook two stars off, one each for 1- Deposit needs to be wagered 3 times before it can be withdrawn. I found that very unfair. 2- RTP – I have not hit a bonus more than 100x. Base games may not be in good mood most of the time. But overall fun if you know when to stop playing.

i got scammed at nationalcasino.com on a live game i recorded the whole thing! i wrote to te live support and send them the video after watching it my live chat is disabled! i cant contact any support service more! money gone scammed with a smile!
