Been playing at KB casino for years. Just had a cashout of $1900 CDN. Not my biggest withdrawal to date, but still decent. Took a bit longer this time, only due to needing to provide an updated proof of address, as this is necessary for regulatory reasons. They checked it within minutes and cashed me out within the hour. Many game providers, although I’d like to see hacksaw in their library!Live chat is a big plus, as it’s 24 hours and if there’s a wait at all, it’s only ever a couple minutes. I like the whole Game of Thrones atmosphere and the diversity of the offers. Perhaps the mascot is a little bit "waxy", but still lots of fun. I have visited and played 100s of online casinos, and King Billy definitely stands out concept-wise, among the best 5.

Customer service is beyond exceptional and respond quickly. They also have daily bonuses and promos and huge variety of great up to date games! Definitely one of my favorite online casinos and would highly recommend!

This is just terrible customer service. I am supposed to have 20 free spins a day with my bonus on 1 choice of Netents Starburst. Netent isn't available where I am from. I tried to use live chat but there isn't an option for me so I emailed the place. They kept asking for a screenshot of the game which I tried to explain that I can't take a screenshot of nothing because it's not on my screen. It is not available to me!! So this goes on for days and I end up using a VPN which isn't allowed at King Billy so they send me an email saying they can't see any stuck games so everything must be fine. Sigh ... That's right, I was suddenly able to play the game miraculously.

I swear by good they have manipulatet games. Bonus game never give any chance only sales prices.Then they promise me 4 times bonus. I only get on the first deposit. Never download or play on this online casino they are thieves. They attract you with welcome bonus but when you win and you want to withdraw your winning they wont let you withdraw them even you cleared all the wagering and verified your account. I won 300 euro on slots but they took it and ban my account. I try to withdraw every method and they decline it.

Worst experiece. Provided all identity documents. Withdrawal declined. Deposit is good no verification , but when you win they requested you to send even the details of other card u use it. When you say proof of i dentity focus on the documents provided😶 I dont want an arguements ,i will not claim the win prize, i requested to close my account instead.

Lookout!! These guys will drag out your identity verification likely with the hopes you will give up. Customer service basically non existant. Withdrawal from casino seems next to impossible. Not very impressed with this casino, midway through playing my account was listed as excluded then when trying to withdrawal using the same method I deposited with, it wasn’t an option! Good selection of games....lots of hoops to jump through to get documents for withdraws.....put about $2000 into it and lucky if I walked away with $100 the bonuses on the games are bullcrap you get anywhere from 5-15 free spins and maybe win $5 I bet in different ranges too and its doesn't matter games are rigged and when you start to win conviently the game has issues and kicks you out so it can reset so you don't win when you go back in
