Received an offer via email to place a £20 bet on the champions league matches on Tuesday and receive a free £10 bet. I only had £10 in my account so made a deposit of £10 and placed my bet. The bet lost, but at least I had the free £10 bet. At least thats what I thought, until I tried to log in and found my account had been suspended. When I queried with customer support I was told that my account had been closed due to a business decision and that I would not receive my free bet. When I requested the balance of my account to be returned, they said I needed to provide my bank details in order to get my £0.50 returned by bank transfer. I told them to keep it. Totally unacceptable to make an offer, accept the bet and then not honor the offer.

Yet another horrid experience at an SBtech bookmaker. Like all others, they’ll do whatever they can not to pay out, asking for payslips, notarized documents, posted letters, whatever they can to hold on to your deposits. Please, don’t use these crooked companies and if you’re going to gamble online, use a reputable firm.

Avoid the slots promotions at all costs, they all have unrealistic wagering requirements try another site with generous promotions as they do exist i have entered 7 promotions and won zero.Also although live chat is ok you are often left hanging indefinitely in the middle of a chat with some staff being darn rude.

Unacceptable and rude when asked for a bonus to play on with. Suspended my account even though I hadn’t asked. Customer representative was slow to answer and duty manager was even worse. She was rude and obnoxious and wanted me off the chat as quick as she could. Made me feel worthless. Would 100% not recommend to anyone.

After reading the review here, I was a little skeptical with 12BET. But because 12BET offers Asian odds, I tried to create an account with the smallest deposit (IDR 100,000). During this time, there were no problems with bets or Withdrawals. Turnover Bonuses are also the lowest compared to other bookies.

Didn’t receive my free bet and was fobbed off by a rude and abrupt customer services rep called ‘Callum’ who clearly doesn’t understand the phrase ‘the customer is always right’ and needs to work on his people skills. I’m sure I’m not the first or last potential customer they’ll lose. Should expect it from a Mickey Mouse company like these I suppose.

Only used TitanBet for a short period of time as I put a time out on my regular site after a string of bad losses. Turned out I won quick big on TitanBet and withdrew in excess of 3500 profit, upon reading reviews was very nervous they were dodgy. As everyone stated they asked for verification docs, I provided immediately and the account was approved same day, withdrawal again processed same day. Funds were in my account within 72 hours of requesting withdrawal – I might just be a lucky one. Their customer service was also pretty helpful when I called – live chat a bit hit and miss

DISGUSTING. I had a run of winning accumulator bets so they cancelled my account without letting me know. I only found out when I tried to login and place a new bet. The Chat did not work so I had to call. I was told that they have indeed closed my acc but could not tell me why. I also had to chase email communication about all this. In order to retrieve my money, I must send them some documents. Funny that they did not ask about any of this when I was placing deposits, or losing bets. They never had a competitive price on events I was backing, but ongoing refund offers made it worth a risk. I reckon that this is why they shut me down.Be aware of this. They put up interesting offers to attract punters, but if punters take them and happen to win… well they are always other bookies out there and tons of free websites where you can compare and shop around. Titanbet will probably be out of the business eventually. In this competitive business environment, there can not be any tolerance for dirty tricks. It is a shame and I have no other choice but to file a complaint with IBAS.

AWFUL SCAM ARTISTS! I signed up, placed two bets and was sent an email that my account is shut down with no reason all within a week. Shocking customer service trying to get through the ID process is a thankless task!I spent 2 days sending then never ending photographs of personal information of which I thought was accceptable as advised by customer sevice.Still to no avail!Lack of communication between departments is incredible and just designed to stop u getting your winnings back to your bank!In the end lost the 250 winnings which would of been transfered back to my bank had I been allowed to do so! Live Chat is never answered (tried for two weeks), and it takes at-least three days to get a response from email. They’ve had the same rubbish Welcome Promotion for years, and their promotions in general are some of the most boring I have ever seen, For some reason when I joined it wouldn’t let me deposit by card, so had to use PayPal. None of the Support team would say why I couldn’t use card, just ‘try something else’. After four bets, they stopped allowing me to place any more.

I’ve had an account with these for years and thought I’d resume betting again. As I’ve moved, I thought I’d attempt to update my address. Simple request, no? Well, apparently not.- Cannot change details once logged in, so live chat says to send proof of new address.- Send council tax bill. – Reply to say it doesn’t match the address on the account (well, no it wouldn’t, would it).- Resend.- Reply that it is more than three months out of date and they won’t accept e-statements (which everything else is).- Attempted to update my e-mail.- Reply to say my e-mail is from an address they don’t have on file (again, it wouldn’t be).- Demand I phone despite explaining I can’t due to being deaf.It should not be this difficult to do a simple thing. I appear to be communicating with inept droids incapable of deviating from a script. Just got booted out the door by these guys as I tend to win more than I lose so thats not a problem as they have a business to run and no bookie will tolerate a winner. Had problems getting my account verified as their email server was rejecting attachments but in fairness to the guys on the phone ( Thomas ) they had it sorted in no time and monies transferred out. Would reccomend as they do have good prices

tried to change an address but they do not accept Water Bill online bills ‘because of procedure’. Customer services kept talking over me and saying’procedure, procedure’ over and over. Wouldn’t put me through to the Manager-lied that he was unavailable and wouldn’t offer a callback. Now saying it takes 72 hours for a Finance team to look at a proof of address (a ‘procedure’ that takes less than 20 seconds).I would’nt recommend them – poor odds, poor service, no interest in delivering a good customer experience

I spent two weeks on this website and I had an experience that I still can’t believe happened. First, I was insulted by their Live Chat. And I mean that literally. They basically called me an idiot and spent 10 minutes insulting me when I asked for help. I can only assume I caught someone on a bad day, but I don’t expect to be treated like this either way. I did finally receive a half-arsed and half-hearted apology for this, but then things got worse.I was then forced through the verification process, which is fine as this is common. But nothing about this process was common and it was made abundantly clear that they just didn’t want to pay me.They asked for my passport. I sent them it. Then they insisted that I take a picture of me holding my passport. I sent them that as well. They then said that they needed ANOTHER form of Photo ID, because apparently my passport isn’t proof enough. When I informed them that I don’t drive and don’t have a driver’s license, they implied that I should get a driver’s license and then send them it.They knew I didn’t have a driver’s license because this was mentioned when they requested my passport. So I know for a fact that the only reason they asked for this, is because they knew I didn’t have one and were hoping I would give up.I mean, seriously. This actually happened. And this is a reputable gambling company? I think not.I also had issues with utility bills and credit card statements, all of which they asked for and all of which I sent. But nothing, no matter how exact or clear, was accepted. They told me a letter was too blurry, even though it was not. They told me not to send cropped images, even though I did not. I was waiting for an excuse of, “No, sorry, we only accept black and white images taken with a Kodak ZX2 camera made in 1992”, because that’s how ridiculous this was.There was just no way of winning. In the end, it was very clear to me that they were just messing about and had no intention of paying me the £1,300 they owed me. I’m fairly sure that if I had applied for a driver’s license, opened a new bank account and acquired a new credit card (all things they expected me to do, even though I had given them everything they asked for) they would have started asking me for samples of my blood and DNA. And even then, I’m sure that would not have been enough, “This DNA is not good enough. We also need your fingerprints from when you were 18, as well as your first pubic hair”.I have passed my complaint onto the gambling commission and will be doing my best to spread the word about this despicable scam of a company. Don’t bother joining with these jokers if your planning to use there bonus! It’s more or less a scam as you will be unlikely to withdraw your money at any time! But there more than happy for you to deposit money! I deposited £50 and received a £50 bonus. But the catch is you have to wager over £1500! Which is a huge amount for such a small bonus! But then you also have to do that in 14 days to withdraw any cash. They don’t mention the 14 days bit when advertising there bonus you have to look deep into there t&c’s to find that. I’d been very lucky and won a few decent size bets and I’d placed at least one bet each day since taking the bonus. I’d won a few lost a few but had £288 in my account which they have now stolen out of my account as the 14 day period is up and I’m left with £0. To meet there requirements within 14 days it’s almost impossible which they know and is why they impose this time limit so they never have to pay out! Stick with the more reputable bookies at least you know where you stand with them! SCAMMERS STAY CLEAR!

Be careful. I opened an account with £200, I was then given a “Bonus Bet” of £200. Once using this bonus bet I was told that I could not take any winnings out unless I wagered £3200. This is shockingly a trick to get customers trapped. Once I complained I was told it was in the “terms and conditions”. There are terms and conditions and then there are UNFAIR terms and conditions. Communication with helpdesk is like talking to a robot, standard non-helpful answers. After finally agreeing to cancel my bets I am now told it takes 3 working days to validate and then another 7-10 working days to take my money out. Ouch.

Vernons have had 1000s of pounds from me over the years. I went through a couple of years of not winning. I was even with them when they had an awful site with software that never worked properly. I’ve played bingo and slots. Recently I had a few wins I was delighted. After using another site for a few years, I recently switched to sports.winner.co.uk and found it so much faster and easier to navigate around the sports pages and the prices are updated very quickly. The site is kept very simple, which is probably why it’s so quick.

I would recommend this site more than other other, the help/support are very quick to respond as well. Very easy to use!

This is my first time using this betting site, but“sports.winner.co.uk” is great. It was a bit daunting at the beginning with so many pages to view and so many sports available to bet on, not to mention the online casino and slot games etc, however it was really easy to navigate around the site.

For questions or if you just need a little help, there are several different ways to contact the site support team, including live chat….so no hanging around waiting for an email response.

I find ‘’sports.winner.co.uk ‘’ an excellent site overall with best time-consuming content to whittle away the long hours of the day. I recently came across this site and I must say I just love it.
