Ok,i thought all was.fine,received a rude email saying i had to reply with 24hrs,i replied within 10 minutes,went to log in,they closed my account ??‍♂️. No response via email,seems very odd to me that these rude,racist fools are allowed ny managers to say and do whatever they like. Genuinely,there was no issue at all,they treat customers lile trash,utter utter stupidity.#UPDATE-NOW refusing to payout my winning bet,so will go the legal route and get this silly little sites licence revoked (as i did with genesis casino). Its sad but true,stick to the bigger,uk,english sites,fun88 along with most others,are so poorly monitored that they know they can do pretty much whatever they like ??

You can claim a “deposit 10 get 30” sign up bonus directly on GatoBet, but do not touch it. Firstly, you can only win a maximum of £30 from the bonus, but the free bet comes with 10x wagering requirements. Its a complete joke of a bookie. Your first deposited money will be put together with your welcome bonus balance and if you do not manage to wager (deposit money+bonus money) to around £500 you will never see your deposited money again. To make this worse it will then eating up any other money you will have in the sports section if you casino balance reaches balance 0.

Been using Redzone for over a year and they are possibly one of the least competent firms available. Customer service via live chat is totally useless and unable to help if you have anything beyond the most basic issues. Taken over 48 hours to get a bet correctly paid out when they settled a winner as a loser, no idea why the bet was settled as a loser in first place and even less idea why it takes so long to resolve such a basic issue – customer service said that this issue will take “at least a day” to fix. There’s loads of more reputable betting firms available (most of whom take customer service seriously) so don’t waste your time with this lot.

I am going to admit, I was really sceptical of this site at first, especially when I won a big bet on this site. Not only they have approved my documents within hours! they did actually send my money in less than 3 hours since it was processed. They have a lot of competitions and do give a lot of free bets and cash matches which helps a lot.

Accidentally created a duplicate account, placed a bet, won 350 pounds, they confiscated all the winnings returned the deposit, I asked what happened if I lost the bet would you of returned the deposit, they replied no, it was a no win situation for me, AVOID AT ALL COST

Deposited in the casino blocked my account due to verification which I understand so I went to withdraw my own money back they’ve kept it until I send verification to them I dont have any documents to verify with. BEWARE: Do NOT bet with this so called bookmaker. I placed numerous bets on a certain market with them over a 4 week period. They voided them all as they say the odds were wrong. It took them 4 weeks to say there was an obvious error in the odds !!!!! I have asked them what the correct odds where and they won’t reply. I am now taking legal action. Shocking company. Very honest. More importantly caring. Accidental big deposit. Rang them after withdrawing excess amount and they said they could not do anything as I had already withdrawn so I would have to wait 3-5 working days. But then they rang me up following day and exceptionally cancelled withdrawal and sent me back the extra funds on the same day. Words not enough to praise customer service. We all lose to bookmakers, it’s just a question of losing small as betting is a mug’s game. Frankly, I’d rather lose to Sporting Index. Good people.

Bad bonus now and way too big wagering. 100 euros deposit you have to wager 1600 euros :Dd And now you have to have 2 bets on one slip, thats very hard to get right. This casinos supervisors are poor and they are just stealing your money. There are so many casinos that don’t have wagering at all or its max 600 euros. And yeah I didn’t lose my moneys I took 700 euros out but that was just 200% luck. Go play other casinos until they change the bonus terms.

It seems deposits from cards transferring manually and it takes time. I read the comments below and the same problem seems for most of people. You deposit but it takes a couple of days to reach them. Didn’t had a time to try the site but deposit system needs a bit work.

Had an account with Racebets for maybe a year and only made a few deposits and bets of a couple of £ now and then on horses. i was possibly a few £ up overall and made one small withdrawal in a year.Minimum deposit seems to have went up to £20 using PayPal, not sure if it’s the same for all now or just me,anyway betting through the link from racing post I seemed to find always an error coming up when trying to place a bet but went through on second attempt. On checking balance I saw bet had went through twice so contacted their customer help and was very kindly refunded the duplicate bet,so all was fine.Next time placing a bet same error comes up so I goes and checks balance and previous transactions only to find a few duplicate bets in the past which went unnoticed by me ,stupid you may think but link from racing post to Racebets does not show balance when placing a bet so can easily be done,all part of the obscure Racebets experience. Anyway goes back to customer help regards the duplicate bets and this time get reply that my account has been restricted and no best odds guaranteed for me in future? Not happy about this so decided to bet my last few £ and forget this account only to find bet not accepted.So ,life’s too short for this carry on so went to withdraw my balance of the almighty sum of £6,. I was playing twister on the poker software and i managed in two days and 2 nights to create a bankroll from 20 euros to 800. The third day when i started playing i was losing every single one twister in the most ridiculous, unrealistic,rigged way possible. Out of nowhere suddenly the low stacker on the table managed to make the greatest comeback of his life in the most innacurate way. I like tote for couple reasons. Single bet markets only. Tote place pot. Old school betting one thing I don’t like is you can’t take SP. That’s a big no no when comes to online betting. Many horses drift in the bookies favours especially favs at the start.
