43y/o man from Norway who highly advices you to stay away from Comeon.com!!

Registration to start playing is easy, but why are you not informed from the start to send in a copy of certain documents regarding first withdrawals??? Because they want to return your withdrawals and waste your time, so there is a bigger chance of you spending that money on the casino instead. (This is not so bad)

At one time they forgot about a withdraw of 10.000kr (1000usd) which I made.
I contacted them 3 times regarding that money. The last time they apologised and blamed that specific operator of the game where I was playing and wining😅. I was shocked that they would use such a cheep excuse!!! But still no money came into my account!

And as for today, they have stolen about 70usd from me.
I deposited 3 times : 200kr, 250kr and 200kr (exclusive their high charges) at the same minute because it seemed to fail. Money was deducted from my account, but they never entered my Comeon account.
I was asked to wait 1week to see if the money came back to my bank account, but it didn’t.
The worst part is they are demanding full PDF files of your private accounts so you can prove nothing got back in. This is a terrible violation of personal protection.
Personally I mean a serious company should easily find this information in their own system, but they show not to have control at all!
I was stupid to send them the bank documents which they wanted (all transactions from the 13 June – 28 June from my personal bank accounts) but I didn’t get my money back. I tried next 2 weeks to get my money, but then they asked for my bank statements one more time (about a month after the money was deducted from my account), I would not do that, I had enough of this BS!

The 10.000kr they forgot about was first given to me after I contacted a private person who I found on a Internet forum, who contacted Comeon for me (I guess he had some connections with higher employees at Comeon). It took about 5weeks from the withdrawal was made until I had the money. I was very thankful to this person and offered him some money for his time, but he would not except that money, so big thanks to him.

I played for around 40.000usd in about 2 1/2 months, the last day I played I won 5.000usd. When I wanted to withdraw this money, again they returned my money to the Comeon account with a programmed BS excuse that I needed to send in documents of proof again, even though I just did it a month ago.
By this time I knew I would leave this site and I sent them the documents they wanted. At customer service they apologised the “mistake” Comeon “made” regarding “documents of proof”.

As soon as they approved my withdraws, I put my gambling limits to 1kr (10c), and stopped playing. After a 12 day period I had my 5.000usd on my bank account.

Today I closed my account and I will leave this review on as many sites as possible.

I am ashamed that our Norwegian B celebrity (John Carew) is representing such a dirty site, but what doesn’t ppl do for money these days even though they have quite enough from before???! Sorry to you all on his behalf.

I do how ever have to give credit to their customer service. They reply fast, are polite and seem to try their best, but it does not help a lot as long as the workers higher up are making f…-ups which customer service can’t overrule.

The 70usd was stolen from me, and I decided to forget about that money and delete my account today
1st of august 2020. I wil not waste more of my time trying to get this money back.
Please stay away!

If my bank has sent the money to comeon like it did at least a hundred times during my 2 1/2 month period with you, and it’s stated on my bank records and your ppl can’t seem to find it, then you have a problem with your system. No thank you had your time to solve this, I will not bother my self to get my 70usd by making a new account.
Again you are trying to bleme everyone else instead of admitting that your system is failing, not my banks system!
I did not get my money after sending you two weeks of my personal account history (proof) this is crazy.

I deposit 5000 kr 17 days ago, yet they still dont appear on my comeon account – i get emails saying "the payment team" look into this, but its been XXXXXXX 17 days already.

They do whatever they can, to steal your money – please stay away from this site.

I won 3600dkr about 500euro.
When trying to withdraw i couldnt so i contacted support, and He told me that i cant withdraw full amount, since i Can only win 1000dkr since i didnt deposit, i won my Price with money, i won in free spins…which i could withdraw….

When I withdrawal my money they told me upload the pan card image or driving license. When it's getting approved I am able to withdrawal my money.but when my pancard documents approved now they told me to upload bank statement then I am able to withdrawal my money.when bank statement approved I can't withdrawal my money then they told me to upload my driving license and my debit card front and back side image to upload with expiry date but hide the cvv number… So I am getting frustrated and I don't want to share my card details… Why they have need too much documents and card details….

The worst experience ever with ComeOn. First I had to fight for getting my balance added to my account. Secondly when i asked for refund, they said it will received in three days, later they added it in my balance instead of refunding back. Now from past 7 days, i am fight for refund, they don't allow to withdraw as they have a foolish capping of minimum withdrawal amount.
ComeOn doesn't want to refund they only give different excuses. Customer care support is pathetic.

I have very strange experience with these guys. I deposited via Neteller and now I want to withdraw. I have around 700 euros there. However the only available methods for withdrawal are MUCHBETTER AND TRUSTLY.

I`d like to withdraw via the same payment method so I decided to contact their support team. Unfortunately all the bad reviews for their support is true. Very slow and unadequate!

First I was on live chat, they told me they can`t do anything and advised to me write an e-mail. I wrote an e-mail and two days there was no answer. I sent another email-…and the answered me…to withraw via Neteller.

Imagine…like they dont understand what I `ve already explained to them. I sent another e-mails. They replied me that they are sorry….this is technical issue and now it`s fixed so now I have to request it. But I logged into my account and its the same- they didnt fix anything. I sent another email and they replied me to clear the cookies. But I cleared the cookies and it`s one and the same thing. And it`s already a week.

Guys, I dont know, do they have coordination in their support or this is just a method for slowing down the payment. Please, help me

They have started operation in India as well. From day 1 they have started cheating. i have deposited 10K & the same is not reflecting in my account. Poor customer support. Sent mail & tried to contact over chat no response. Stay away from this site.

Plus: Free best and Risk-free bets are not subject to wagering demands afterwards.

Minus: They never deliver freebets and risk-free bets automatically. You'll have to spend hour on hours in dialogue with their customer service before they have enough documentation (quailfying bet ID's, deposit documentation, correct formats in attachmentes etc) before you get anything from them. Your per-hour salary will be extremely low if you say yes to their offers! Also quite low odds compared to opponents.

Like others on here, I had money in my ComeOn account when they closed their UK operations and have been unable to get it back despite many emails that have been completely ignored.

Makes a joke out of their standard response to other reviewers to contact them by email or live chat as emails are ignored and there is no live chat!

I will be referring this to the police as theft if not refunded soon. I wonder how much money they have scammed from UK accounts by closing their UK operation.

I had money in my ComeOn account when they closed their UK operations and have been unable to get it back 3 months later.
I have emailed their support team three times now and never received a response, even one acknowledging that they have received my email. I cannot use live chat as there is no function on the website.

I cannot help but feel that ComeOn have stolen my money by closing up shop in the UK and ignoring all of my requests to get this money back.

Without a doubt the worst bookmaker I have ever used and unfortunately as a problem gambler I have used pretty much every site there is. I opened an account over 3 weeks ago and made a £200 deposit. The site would not work on mobile for me so I withdrew my money and requested account to be closed because of my gambling problem. Since then I have been asked to send ID and bank statements 3 times. All 3 times documents have been accepted. As soon as this is complete the support team at ComeOn start ignoring emails. Eventually 3 days later they send an email completely changing what documents they need to process a withdrawal. I never even placed a bet on the site, closed account the same day it opened and 3 weeks later they are still dragging this process out. Accept deposits instantly but when it comes to getting money back the support team are absolutely pathetic. Whats worse is that senior management have been involved and said they would investigate this and it would all be resolved within 7 days. 10 days later and still nothing is sorted. The way this whole situation has been handled is disgraceful and I feel that even giving 1 star is 1 more star than is deserved here! You can even look at all the reviews and see the same crap copy and paste email from the customer service team pretending they will help out on all the complaints. Avoid this site at all costs and stick to the main large bookmakers with positive reviews

I want to share my horrible experience with this company. Not only their customer support is the worst I ever had a chance to deal with, but the head of the customer service and senior members of customer support are horrible human beings too.
As a problematic gambler, but the adult person i have to take responsibility for my actions and it was naive to think they would ever refund some of these impulsive bets i places. Although after playing for £20 a bet i went to placing all my savings of £500 pounds a bet and lost £2500 in an evening. That, of course, did not raise any questions from their side, because I was losing my money. They did not require any identity confirmation or documents for me to lose thousands of pounds, but when I realised I lost all money for rent and food, I contacted them. What they did in reply is for you to judge.
They closed my account and froze all the balance that i had there. £400 pounds that would've at least gave me a chance to survive till a next payday. They did not reply for two weeks at first, then told my complaint about asking to refund at least some of those out of pattern impulsive bets was not valid. The head of the customer service told my balance was already sent and will be with me soon. Then out of nowhere one week after they start sending me emails asking to verify my identity. Bank statements, proofs of address, pictures of my bank cards and so on. Every day a new email with new requirements. And that's after two people from their head office already confirming the money is on the way. Does not matter that i already complained to them it's my; last money to survive and I'm feeling suicidal. They only care about profit and don't think their customer's wellbeing or even life matters.

I received a email out of the blue from this site telling me they are closing as from the end of September, as I am self excluded from all gambling sites for more than a year,
Any way I said I’ll give it a try totally expecting to be refused a bet
To my surprise the deposit was allowed to go through I won £200+ But was unable to withdraw as on there record I had a old mobile no and a email address which was about 18 months old, I wonder how they were able to contact me through my new email to tell me they were not expecting any more bets from the UK after September!!!

Well reading this review and noticed there are similar problems on this ComeOn side with my account!! They take my money easily when you deposit it but , when you start winning they close your account and ask for your documents (proof of age , address, bank statements and driving license. ) this morning they ask for selfie with passport photo???? Never ever did that before. And still my account is close and have a chat with customer support this morning and ask if I still have any money on my account and she said yes £105,00 but we need to get all documents sorted before they can withdraw the money. All I want is my money and close my account with this silly shark betting company . Wont recommend comeon, and no this is no commercial but i would recommend betway over any sportsbook, friendly, fast, never had issues with payments or waiting more than maybe a day for full verification and money from site – bank within 48 hours.

I dont recommend comeon.com because i have sent ALOT of verification/documents about my withdrawal but they ask me to verify an old credit card i dont have anymore because i changed bank, besides that i proved.

Signed up and sent all my documents (proof of age and address) which were all verified the next day. Still didn't let me deposit so thought I'd wait until the next day but even then it still asked me for age verification which I sent twice both times being approved so closed account that evening. Would have won the bet I was going for aswell, proper gutted!

Have the same issue as most. Withdrawal. Was depositing and playing(loosing) no issues the moment I have winnings and try to withdraw theres verification issues… I resolve this my account has now been shut by the casino pending further review. And everytime I go on line chat get the same run around answers they owe me money which was won fair.and are dragging there feet in opening my account to let me withdraw. No doubt it will get opened…when is the question but the next problem I fear with be withdrawal method.. what is the best solution as I had enough of this connig casino.

Tried to make a subject access request through live chat but the agent refused to process it. Kept saying I needed to email a specific person despite the ICO clearly stating "The GDPR does not specify how to make a valid request. Therefore, an individual can make a subject access request to you verbally or in writing. It can also be made to any part of your organisation (including by social media) and does not have to be to a specific person or contact point."

I advised the agent of this but they continued to illegally refuse my subject access request. If they cannot even get basics like this right how could anyone trust them with their money?!

Today I received a physical mail with an ad with the following wording (paraphrased from Norwegian to English): "Summer is finally here! We've added an proper and great bonus on your ComeOn-account! Deposit 1000 NOK and play for entire 1500 NOK! Chill!"

Okey I thought, seems like a good deal I thought, but is there a caveat? I looked at both sides of the ad, no little "* terms and conditions apply", no "35x wagering requirement" or anything. So I logged into the casino to find out more.

When I clicked 'Deposit' I'm met with a large "50%", a heart and "Deposit bonus. 50% bonus. Use this 50% deposit bonus. Good luck!" and a big green "Deposit"-button underneath. No button or information anywhere about any terms of conditions. Lots of people from this campaign at this stage will deposit money without knowing what kind of terms they are accepting.

So I went to the comeon.com terms and condition page. At paragraph 2.38 it says (I've translated from Norwegian to English): "All bonuses, campaigns and sepcial offers have wagering requirements." It goes on, but says nothing about what the wagering actually requirement are. Not in the paragraph and not on the entire 10+ pages.

I contacted chat and asked the chat agent about what wagering requirement this bonus campaign had. He apologized that there weren't any way to find out the wagering requiement or other terms and conditions for that bonus. He said bonuses usually have a wagering requirement between 30-35 and after a while said 25 for the bonus I asked for, but I'm still not sure what the wagering requirement actually is as it's not written anywhere on the site itself. In addition he could not find my bonus anywhere as it hadn't been 'activated yet'. Which is ironic because it's often important to know the terms and conditions before a bonus is activated.

Summerized this is quite predatory and possibly illegal tactics. You send out thousands of mails to thousands of norwegians whereas most are not aware of their hidden strings. Then you get them to log into their acount where they are greeted with a huge bonus graphic and only a deposit button with no way of finding out it's terms and conditions. It's metaphorically like a spider who has spun a spider web and is luring it's victims to get stuck and trapped in it.

Would love to report comeon.com for predatory and misleading tactics to some kind of agency, but I know how waterproof these casinoes are with their headquarters in Malta, their requirement that court cases has to be done under Maltese law and so on. So all I can do is to write this review to warn people away from comeon.com at all cost and advise people to stay away from them.

Absolute scam. Impossible to withdraw your money. Deposited with Visa Debit but cannot withdraw with that method. Suggested Skrill but need to deposit more money through that method to withdraw funds. I cannot deposit money into Skrill for whatever reason. Total joke. Avoid!!!!!!

Total scam i had closed my account and then opened another account with them placed my bet they told me my account was closed dew to multiple accounts which is nonsense as i only had 1 account and if the bet wins it is frozen in the account so then i asked if i could cancel the bet and return the funds they have said no but i can open the original account which i have declined so they are keeping the money which to me is Theft they should have cancelled the bet and returned the stake as they did take the bet never again

Was happily betting away and winning. Now all of a sudden when they know they will have to pay out my account has been limited to £5.00 maximum winnings per bet. Absolute joke will not be using again and will go back to my previous betting accounts that i can trust

I would like to offer my experience with Come-on!

I currently have deposited £1140 into my account and won a massive total of £46,000+ without any wagering requirements or Bonus'.

Currently I have contacted them numerous times on Live chat and the same response occur. just with a different name. I then submit a screenshot of the issue of the withdrawal page that an Error message keeps Occurring. I have emailed numerous times in regards to this and yet to receive any response that this is being resolved.

I'm unsure where to go with this as £46,000 is a lot of money and life changing for myself. I have reviewed all other reviews and it does not look promising.

I would appreciate everyone's thought's.

Bad doesn't even begin to cut it when it comes to ComeOn Casino.
Accepted the casino welcome bonus of 200% against my better judgement and these reviews, only recieved 100%. When i asked customer service they said they have 2 offers and i accepted the 100% one instead of the 200%.

This couldn't be changed of course.
So i simply cancelled my bonus and withdraw my money, thinking oh well biggie.

Then it turns out that you can't withdraw money without wagering it 1x first. This isn't made clear when you deposit, it says you can withdraw your funds but when you do it they will cancel the withdraw.

Biggest scam ever. How this company was granted a Swedish gambling licence i will never know.
