Had recently left a casino I played for quite sometime and started playing Casino Extreme and was liking it until today they got me. I made a 100 dollar deposit using the Visa Card to buy Crypto option which I used once before and was surprised how quickly the deposit was in my account. Not today though. Today the deposit never did make it. Even though the money left my bank account at 1pm today it never got credited to my Extreme acct. I’ve contacted live chat at least a dozen times. They just hang up on me. I’ve got all info on transaction id number id date time receipt you name it I have the proof yet they kept the money and will not even try to explain just hang up. I’ve dealt with some shady casinos but I guess never had one flat out steal my deposit.

When dealing with any gambling site to do withdrawals none of them make it easy to take the money off but casino extreme in particular is terrible because they advertise how easy it is.. it is NOT. In addition be sure to read the fine print because their bonuses may sound like a great thing but they sure are virtually pointless if you aren’t allowed to keep anything beyond 10x your deposit. I was denied my withdrawal of 300$ and told I had used it on slots while waiting for it to process somehow, they were not able to locate my withdrawal and assumed I had used it on the website and wouldn’t look further into it. Extremely rigged and fraudulent website made for you to lose.

Everyone says “fast payouts” but I say that they’re games are obviously more fair than other casino sites. Other places, well simply put, seem rigged. Extreme is more balanced and accurate when it comes to their individual game’s rtp. Okay, so what I’ve learned playing online casinos is that most of them pay out but some are faster than others. Also, the first payment is usually a slow process for any platform that you can win money on because of identity verification, payment verification, phone verification, etc. With all that being said I can say from personal experience that Casino Extreme literally pays instantly. I’ve only used crypto and usually select Litecoin. They don’t have as many games and bonuses as some but they are the easiest platform to work with. I win more than I lose. I’ve never qualified for cashback because my withdrawals are higher than my deposits, but I’m okay with that!

Same exact scenario as a recent 1 star review. Won twice on a promotion first time was seamless quick payout. But the second one ended up taking hours of submitting requests just to finally fullfill what support asked, to have them finally tell me I wasn’t eligible at all. Part of the problem arose after their interface removed the bonus requirements when my balance dipped below one dollar. Makes little sense to me that they have that built into their TOS. Pretty misleading but whatever. I digress.What really got me going was that after the first attempt they said I needed to complete X amount of more wagering and that I should contact onsite support to get the amount. I took care of that and ended up winning more. The subsequent withdrawal was cancelled due to their $50 limit. Ok fair enough. Regardless of the stupidity of it. Finally. upon attempting to withdraw $50 that’s when they (after waiting a considerable amount of time for a response on each attempt) tel me because I already won and withdrew $50 from the same free spin offer 2 or 3 days prior I was not eligible. Really just left me questioning why it’s still going to pop up in my rewards section every night if I’m ineligible for it. In summary, excellent job staying on top of your terms and conditions, Extreme. You’ve really done a stand up professional job of being sleazy and using scummy tactics to drum up sales. They give coupons daily. I met the rules and withdrew on one of them. Then a week later I got another coupon and played until I could withdraw but they said I needed more playthrough and declined the withdrawal. I played more and met the playthrough and they declined the withdrawal because I withdrew over the $50 limit. I then withdrew only $50 and they declined because the coupon had already been used for withdrawal. THREE DECLINED WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT EQUAL A USED UP COUPON. SCAMMERS! AVOID!!
