I had absolutely zero problems with Casino Extreme, and I would absolutely recommend them. I’ve been trying to get verified for over a week now. Customer service responded fast but offered no help other than to contact the banking department they do not respond. 6 days waiting for a response from banking and nothing. I’ve won a few times the 50$ from their no deposits bonus which I was really surprised they paid out. Yesterday, I received a promotional email from their support email address that stated I was handpicked for a $200 chip. I clicked on the link to redeem the offer and instead was shocked to see a pornography website. I contacted management and was informed that the email wasn’t sent by them. They assured me that their IT department had fixed the issue and that my account data was safe and secure. They credited me with $100 free play. I was naive and stupid…I believed them and played the free chip which of course didn’t give me much game time at all. Now, today I’ve received a SECOND pornographic email from them. This casino is a pure ripoff. I participated in the bonus of 501% + 125 free spins. I deposited $100 and received bonus funds of about $710. The wagering requirement was $8,500. Insane wager, but whatever. I played on the slots for nearly two hours and after meeting the wagering requirement, i ended up with about $832. Not bad, right? I request to withdraw, and it stated to notify support. They proceed to tell me that I cannot withdraw bonus funds. After going back & forth, it was explained to me that when you are given bonus funds, that it’s basically considered a “loan.” Meaning that it is SEPARATE from the wagering requirement. You have to pay that back to them. So, you have to play whatever the bonus fund was, PLUS meet wagering requirements before being able to withdraw. In my case, my bonus funds were $710. Therefore, the withdrawable amount was $109. I basically won $9!!!! What type of mess is that?? What is the point of wagering requirements if you’re going to make players also wager their bonus funds after meeting the wager requirement? It was the most ridiculous thing i ever heard. So, I proceed to continue playing since I had an additional $710 to wager, and how convenient that I lost every single dollar. Didn’t win a single game. I am very annoyed because they reel you in with this insane bonus then snatch it right from under you. When I was under the wagering requirement & their “loan,” I won up to $2500. As soon as I met the requirement, I couldn’t win a single game. Those rules are just ridiculous & predatory. 0/10 recommend.

Worse experience I’ve had from all online casinos. Even worse than the fake ones. Live chat is a bot that will say the same thing over and over and restart from beginning for no reason. Ability to reach support members takes forever. They lie about a bunch of things also. They do not follow what they say will happen even though we have email proof of everything and slowly starts cooperating afterwards. Scammed me twice saying I didn’t reach the minimum payment first off, they didn’t let me know we can’t send it for free so I just copied the amount I needed to buy and sent it as is and then the second time I copied and sent it and they said it wasn’t enough even thought I had to cover the sending fee myself. Worse website I’ve ever experience. Other sites compensate you for sending it and paying the fee while this one tried to scam you for while you pay the fee
