Oh my gosh I cannot praise this casino enough. It was at this casino that I won my first big jackpot. I believe it was around $58,000.00. I was so impressed that I didn’t have any issue getting paid. In fact it was in my bank account all within two days and that was way before this same day stuff that you see now. My highest praise goes to my ex VIP Manager George. I have a new one now but I sure hope you cloned him before he left cause he truly was second to none. I could send him a message and ask for a free bonus and within 5 minutes there was money in my account to play with and never less then $50.00. My new VIP manager also seems very pleasant although I have only conversed once with her via email. She too seems very accommodating. Casino Days is by far the best online casino. It will always be my home casino. I love the variety of games also. Keep on doing what you are doing Casino staff cause it is working. After reading one of the reviews below me I have to say that I am so sorry for your bad experience. I have went on to win another jackpot so what you say about winning once and then never again just doesn’t hold truth for me. Casinodays is absolutely the WORST!! Do not waste your money or time with them. I won $7000. They unilaterally decided I violated their terms and STOLE all my winnings. They find any excuse not to pay you. If you look at other reviews, you’ll see this trend. They are unscrupulous, condescending, arrogant, and their business practices are highly suspect. Their terms and conditions are unrealistic for a player to follow, and they are enforced when when it works in their favor. YOU WILL NOT COLLECT YOUR WINNINGS!I have filed a compliant with the regulatory agency in Ontario. I am attempting to start legal action. They are being uncooperative in providing their legal name, address, email and phone number so they can be served.

I have had the worst experience with these people, wherever they may be. I have been playing on the site since February 2024. I did numerous deposits and a couple of withdrawals. When doing the withdrawals I provided the required documents and received my withdrawal in my account quickly, which was a pleasant experience. Since then I made a number of deposits again. And I had a balance of 1800.00 in my account due to winnings. I was then requested to submit the same documents again. I sent over 15 emails with the asked for documents and yet I continually would be asked for something else. All the response emails and sent emails have been saved. After 2 weeks of back and forth I just played out the winnings I had and will never return to play. Please don’t be fooled that yoy will continue to get withdrawals after you win a large amount. They ate scammers and should be reported to the appropriate officials to be shut down. If anyone can advise where or how I can do this. After my experience I’ve read other reviews with similar experiences.

I have been trying to make a withdrawal from my account for 5 days. I have sent them all documents requested and it’s never enough. I have sent ID, bank confirmation, proof of etransfers from my bank account to them through wyzia. I’ve been playing since February on this site, they requested information then and I provided what was required. They already sent me a couple of withdrawals in the past. Now they are asking for the same information and more. I hope they see this and get this sorted out soon. It already looks like many people are complaining. Please fix this!!Jennifer

SUPER SUPPORT I have recently started playing here after joining many months ago. My very first deposit resulted in a win. The verification process was quick and easy and I was surprised at the speed my first withdrawal was processed.A week later, I opened my account expecting to see free spins as per their advertised promotion. Never join this casino. They don’t pay withdrawals, seems like a big scam. I won big on roulette $100k cad and it’s like they are ignoring my withdrawals. Been on pending/reversal for two days. Will be contacting igaming ontario soon to try and get their license revoked. My withdrawal amounts were a fraction of my total winnings $2500 and $8000 only. Few points I need to highlight about casinodays which are it’s very easy to deposit the cash especially they have UPI transaction, & it’s instant. Stay FAR FAR FAR away. Confiscated the winnings from my bonus, their reason is that I played for more than 5$ using the bonus that was issued (they issued 20$ bonus) I played more than 5$ after my wager requirement was done. Worst customer service ever. Before opening my account they requested for verification, my acct was verified beforeI played using their platform. When I requested for withdrawal, they requested the same documents again (they’re finding ways not to pay!) If I could give 0 I will! My experience has been positive with Casinodays. I joined a while back .Account creation , verification was quick . Support responds fast in chat and mail both. Make sure to send all documents for ID and address and bank verification, this is a must if you want to withdraw. I’m Indian, so I sent Aadhar, DL and bank statement for 3 months via mail,which they quickly verified. To make sure there is no issue with verification, make sure address in all 3 documents are same. I deposit via UPI and withdraw via IMPS. Usually they process it within 24-48 Hrs. No issues so far, gamble responsibly . Will update review if theres anything. I want to withdraw money from my account but when I go to withdraw option I am not allowed to withdraw. The fact is that earlier on last 23.03.2024 I have withdrawn 40000/- 3 times. But now whenever I am going to withdraw, I am being asked for documents again in the name of account verification. But my account is verified before. When I upload the documents for re-verification, my bank statement is canceled and the bank statement is again requested from the bank. I have resubmitted the statement of my bank account (AYUSH TRADERS, proprioter Praloy Ghosh, account number : 415830110000125) in pdf version from bank for vdrifification but my account is still blocking the withdrawal option. I humbly request you to please allow me to use my account and withdraw me.
