The pay out is manipulated so you can't win, matter how much you pay in. The customer support is a joke, they treat you like you have nothing to say and don't respond to any question. I was winning 2000 eurós on a slot in a bonus game as this suddenly stopped when I hit the win. Customer service told me that there is no win because the slot was not working correct. All the win got canceled and customer support refused to answer me after telling me that they have no time for things like this. It's the worst manipulated casino I ever experienced. Don't sign up or play there. They will send you daily offers to push you for deposit money. 10 free spins worth 0.10 cents if you deposit 50 eurós, a joke. Also there is absolutely no control for a fair gambling… Avoid it, it's a real scam…

Vey bad service there. Don't open an acct . They take days for withdrawal and everytime they block the proceeding saying there is an issue without any notification. I had to send photos of ID, passport 4-5 times for withdrawal that is still pending. But for deposit its immediate without any issue. They are cheaters and mislead us with their bonus that takes X35 times the wager to it to withdraw. That cheating and open fraud. Very bad experience.

Bunch of conning scum Played a slot that i usually play on other sites i have played this slot for years so know it very well . On BWIN this slot was very glitchy kept stopping mid spin etc. The way the slot payed out was unlike any other site i have played it on, went through £90 and at no point did i win anything over £4 it did not operate as it should never got a bonus round at all , on any other site i would have it a bonus round at least twice with the stakes a was spinning. In no way did this game represent its RTP . The whole site is utter pish. Robbing scum

The company wrote me an email saying that they encourage customers to gamble and that you cannot withdraw your money because they want you to bet with it. This is not in the terms and conditions and was not part of any offer, they simply refuse to pay out their customers.

Avoid this crap company. They charged me resettlement fee of my bets because one event was cancelled and they recalculated my winnings wrongly. Then I looked at my history and have seen 3 tickets won but resettlement charged at same amount as my 3 tickets so I got no winnings at all. After emailing their customer services and support team with evidence they advised they can see sth else on their end but never got response why they charged me and got no winnings at all!!! They are stating that I received them but i didnt!!! Complete utter sh**. Thieves and knob hea** thats all I can say. Will never use them again and will encourage my friends and family not too!!

Customer service isn't very good. Spoke to an advisor called Eric Jose on live chat and they just said 'closing the conversation' now and went. Other websites tend to ask if theres anything else then can help you with. Found them quiete rude and unhelpful. Won't be using this site in future.

This Casino is trash, it's a scam, they manipulate costumer accounts, so you have no chance to win. They steeling money from the accounts and if you complain they just close your account. The costumer service refuse to answer. In the most countries they don't have valid licenses, so you as gambler have no protection. I deposited some money and wanted to bet. But i couldn't bet. Then i contacted support and they said my account wasn't verifered even though i had done everything they said to do.

now my money is frozen and the support won't help me at all and they claim because i haven't played a bet yet i can't withdraw my bet, but i can't bet anything.

As a customer of Bwin for many years i have never had a problem with my account the last month i was lucky and win some money from betting. I have lost lot of money to this company(BWIN). They limit my maximum bet to 1€ that is really shame and disappointed . Well there is lot of companies there i can find to play. If you win they limit you to 1€ if you lose they send you bonus and promotions to come and lose money and if you win they limit you. My advice is to stay away from this company .

The send me a deposit bonus offer,but i didn't received a bonus.I contacted support which told me that they will contacted me later regarding it ,but noone contacted me.After 24 hours i contacted support again and they said that the offer was a mistake so i cannot receive it! I had self excluded with bwin after losing around £10000. However my secondary account remained open! Despite having the exact same username, full name, date of birth, payment method, and passport verification.

I lost another £10000 in the following months and was even contacted by VIP Manager to entice me to gamble further.

I emptied the bank and contacted them to self exclude again and asked about player protection in place.

Absolutely no responsibility on their part to protect gamblers, and happy to continue taking your funds.

Morally and ethically corrupt and devoid of any sympathy, and I'm surprised the gambling commission has not looked into this further.

What A piece of s..t bookmaker they are… total trash….I would even given them -100 if possible…they don't have a rating in my book. They keep sending me emails on emails about offers to deposit. I have only deposited 12 dollars and was trying to place a bet and boom your account is closed.

Took a couple time outs, each time I was credited with free bets within a day or two of setting the time out. When the time outs expired I reciveyno free bets over a long period, timed out again mostly out of annoyance not so much a game issue, was credited with another free bet. Asked to receive one of these bets when my account reopened and was told I had to use the others in three days hahahaha jesus christ.. Mentioned to a customer service advisor that I should time out again because there service is a joke and she shut my account indefinitely even without confirmation hahaha coral it is then….

Im a life long gambler with realistic views on winning. I joined bwin around 6 months ago and after s few winning horses i was redtricted to a measly £1.25p
Stake. They advertise best odds guaranteed but never honour their pledge. Even though their website is miles less efficient than the bigger firms.
