Please people dont use this casino. They are the biggest scam. I got some winnings that i could get paid out after meeting the wager requirements. Upon withdrawal. I get a mail stating that my bets were to high 10%. Some my winnings are forfited. I thought i would learn after the second time around. But nope. Same old story. They also state that you should reply the email. Once you do that your email does not get sent it just gets deleted and goes to your bin box.

Putting it in a simplistic way I’m only just starting to understand the whole gambling online kinda type so today I got a bonus yes thanks to use ( boo casino) and Well I was winning so I thort I would withdraw any who I went over a 10% wagering thingy so they took 95% of my balance fear enough my bad so I started playing with what they left on my account yay thank you for the leftovers at least I can start over without having to worry about any Bonus or wagering requirements.CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG. so anyway spinning away and yay got even better wins so okay withdrawal time again again look at real balance bonus balance blah blah there’s definitely only the real balance amount showing bonus will state $0.00 grate withdraw then. Hmmm hello email from them states the same as the first time.. omg SHUT THE FRONT DOOR COME AGAIN how you trying to claim on this again an then leave me with absolutely $0.00 this time,🤔🤔🤔 anyone ????

I just dealt with a girl named Ashley she was amazing help I have waited 2 days to talk with a human who actually did a great job she looked everything up herself I didn’t have too go back and take screen shots of this that and the other thing 1 guy won’t say his NAME WAS JAMES LAZY but he wanted me to do everything for him and for a lady like me who had a stroke it’s a Lil harder sometimes so Ashley keep up the great work your doing I was really mad but you put a great big smile on my face and James your lucky I didn’t write a review yesterday on you NOT NICE

Til this day im still getting nowhere or no emails from a support person to help me wit my withdrawal that i was not paid out. they say i played with a bonus on a game ive never played and when i email that ive never played that game or wit a bonus thats wen i get cut off and get no emails back from anyone its like when i get them to explain to me when what where or how thats when i get ghosted and get nowhere wit my winnings

OK so I been a player over two years here and the chat was fine. All of a sudden you install this dumb AI robot that “connects you to an agent” then you time out. So it did this for a week and I was close to my cash back. Finally I get a host he says I’m 55$ away from my cash back. So whatever. I make a few deposits then ask again and a host says just a 10$ deposit away from cash back, so I deposit 10. Chat host is different. This guy says I’m 28 away, I had screenshots saying otherwise. This is already frustrating as hell. I go back to the stupid robot and say I need the specific host then finally get him and I get my cash back. The bonus system is clearly messed up and usually as a platinum I get a cash gift every few days, no sign of them since the robot. You know there’s a hundred other sites out there right?

Played with Boo for a day because looked decent. Got my bonus after depositing 50 CAD. Played my wager to withdraw. Won over 6k went to withdraw and says “wager upped to 15k” so they physically wont let you withdraw EVER. 100% a SCAM. I hope this helps others from making the same mistakes i did.

Would not recommend this site ever…won 300$ was refused because I wagered more then what was allowed on a bonus …still waiting for them to show me where..waited for live chat but only so many hours in a day. When I log back into that casino account they gave me back $25 to my casino account..um..it was $297 …makes me wonder where did those winnings go..I’d sure like to know..worst online casino I have ever played at..like honestly stay away from boo casino!!
