I have deposit about 7 k Euro and I won 50 k euros at Lightning Roulette.100 Euro x 500 = 50000But then they said about documents verify Etc.I do everything but they don’t pay so I have loses everything.Never again Better I throw the money out of window!!!!

Evere time you deposit money on your account, there is no problem. But, when u win a Nice amount of money. I won over 30000€. They suddenly say that there is a problem and im being accused of fraude. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! Watch out!!!!!!! Ik didnt got my money and i Will never play again here. F CK ING rats..

Wordt casino ever, send one million documents to verify. At least everything was OK and a with days later I cannot make a withdrawal anymore because there was a duplicated account. Biggest bull ever. They stealing your money

If I could give these guys a 0 I would! Stay away from these guys. 1 the site has little to no winnings you’ll often have a hard time even getting into bonus rounds. If you do pull off a win be advised they’ll do everything I’m their power to cancel your withdrawal. The first time I had a withdrawal funded took several days to even get it to the approved stage. During this time I was asked multiple times over and over for several different documents. I had to submit the withdrawal request upwards of 10 times before finally getting it. This most recent time I was attempting to withdrawal a good amount I built up from $50. The staff went as far as accusing me of having multiple accounts and all sorts of other allegations meanwhile the only other account was my spouses. They went as far as saying it was the same decide same Brower same IP despite the fact we’ve both got Samsung s20 and both use chrome and are on a shared wifi network. Who’d have figured? We also went as far as sending a photo of the both of us sitting together showing our ID showing our same phones both logged into our very own account even pictures of both of our credit cards. I’m confused as to what my spouse had to do witb my winnings? I got so frustrated I turned the bet all the way up and spun until the account was empty. They’ll do anything they can to try and not pay you.

Bobcasino?Never ever again!!!!I thought they were ok , months went so good ,untill they said i made a deposit with ….But i only deposit with my bank???Sometimes i lost sometimes i won( mostly on lightning roulette)Asking for a bank statement with A TIME on it, I uploaded all my deposits!! But nooooooo… there is no time on i so my cashout was cancelled( but that was the bank statement!! LmaaaoooLollll, i played the money to zero 0! I asked them if i can deposit money from my wife debit card and they accepted my deposit. I won 1000 euro and on Cash out they did not accept. They took The money from my account saying that they dont accept third party. There for they dont respect their own rules. They try to find any reason to not pay out. Advice: never play at Bob casino

TOTAL SCAMI won 1650euro. Would cashout 1450euro all necessary verification documents were attached to account and approved. But even then Cashout request keeps being denied. After talking to livechat support, TWICE, where they said that everything was in order and I should try to make another cashout request, the third time I did it, I got an email that all my winnings was retracted due to a so called “dublicate” account, and my account is closed. This is ridiculous and I strongly recomend NOT to play on this site. They will use all kinds of excuses not to pay out.

Second visit to bobcasino had winnings but once i tried to cash out they would not let me.They have their chance to weather or not prove if they are scammers or not.They seem to be troublesome upon cashing outAll my confirmations of identity and so on have already been confirmed upon trying to cash out on a second attempt they would not let me cashout via trustly. And said i had to confirm creditcard once more. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE WHEN I CONTACTED SUPPORT IT SAID CONNECTION LOST ETC. After speking to them briefly.Either they pay or they or their reputation isat stake.Once i try to contact support they do not awnser withdrawal is pending but they dont let me withdraw i have withdrawn from trustly and transactions are not in a hurry even when trustly only takes minutes to processThey said furthermore that withdrawal was not accepted and that i had to submit more documents i have submitted themNow its up to them to proove whether or not they are legit

SCAM ALERT. wont let you cash out. Do yourself a favor and dont play on bobcasino. I won 2000 euro, could not cash out even though i was verified. Instead of playing on bobcasino , play on a legit site like mrgreen , unibet or leovegas.Its much better.

Don’t ever, ever ever eeeeeeever play at this Casino. Almost no winnings, and when you DO hit 3 scatters (JESUS CHRIST) – prices are SO low. OMG!!!!!Dead spin after dead spin after dead spin after dead spin and so on…… and they don’t even take the time to verify your documents.Support are soo bad – no humanity or compassion – like robots or something.
