with its 5 star rating from bot-reviews it looks good in the beginning, but if you ever intend to see the money you win hit your bank account you should look elsewhere. I won quite a large amount of money a short while ago, and not more than a few minutes after I sent in my withdrawal request was my account disabled. I attempted to contact support but they were rude, dismissive and far from helpful.

A few years ago, when I first started playing bitstarz, you use to be able to at least go back and forth for awhile, or you would win a decent amount. Like plinko, DO NOT DO IT!!! This is a decent casino with a great selection of games but my God the verification process is absolutely shockingly bad. I emailed support and asked what documents I still needed to submit to be fully verified and was told that once I attempted a withdrawal the verification team would let me know what was required… why is it so hard to let people verify before a withdrawal attempt? Anyway, I attempted a withdrawal and got asked to submit proof of address, proof of deposit and payment method but they keep rejecting them.
