I deposited 100, tried to play a jackpot game which it wouldn’t let me because I had an active bonus. Support says “You can’t play them because you have an active bonus” I said “well then I would like to withdraw my money” He says would you like to cancel the bonus ? I said NO I would like to withdraw my money. He then informs me he has canceled my bonus “at my request” (did not request this) then he informs me that I STILL can’t withdraw my money as i have to wager my deposit amount first. Yet he claims he canceled my bonus so i could withdraw… Yet i can’t… And I never asked him to do it, I would be fine with it if i could withdraw however I still can’t. VERY angry!

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!I was guided here by a roulette blog as a so called ‘trusted casino’, and thought I’d give it a go. When I initially deposited $200, a pop-up appeared with a loading error (this could have been on my end with my security blocking it), so tried again and the same issue. But to my surprise I now had $600 in my playing account (2 x $200 deposits, more than I had wanted to put in, and a BONUS $200). Anyway, I decided to play some roulette as intended and all was going well with some wins and some loses along the way. After a while I had made a tidy sum over a $1k and decided I would withdraw my initial $400. WELL, this is where the fun starts!! According to BitStarz, the $1000+ I made came from their $200 bonus, and in actual fact, I had $0 of my deposit left. You see, according to BitStarz all the little $5 losses here, the $10 losses there, and all the other little loses on the way to my winning sum were taken out of ‘MY’ deposited money apparently!! Even though I never dropped my balance below $300!! Straight up THIEVES!!!Secondly, this is my stupidity for giving it another go to test the waters, but I recently put in $100 and tripled it playing roulette. With a handy balance to try a little Martingale, I had seen a run of 10 straight red, so decided to go with black. I know the roulette table is unbiased, and I’m not going to complain about the next additional 5 red that followed after, but the fact that the last three were all the number 7 is something I have never seen before. (wish I could share the image I have of this on here) Take it for what you will, but from the first deposit to the last roll of the table, there have been so many red flags that I will never return.
