Absolutely the worst site online hands down!! Biggest rip off I have ever had to deal with in online gaming! They show nothing but false data, you literally only lose there and it’s not just like you win some you lose some like should be. It’s literally you only lose and that is absolutely it! I’m made a couple deposits to these guys and didn’t have any problems until I started to win. My second deposit, I had a play through requirement which I met. Even after the requirement was long gone, as soon as I tried to make a withdrawal, their cashier department reached out to me and stated that I did not meet the wagering requirements, and therefore they were simply going to take all of my winnings. So what they’re saying here is that in the fine print for their promotions if you gamble above a certain amount per spin, it voids any winnings associated with your playthrough. Clever little loophole so they don’t ever actually have to pay since many of their machines default bet size violates this clause.Also, if you’re thinking that I simply hadn’t completed this play through or the bonus requirements this requirement was long gone from my bonus screen at the time of the withdrawal it had been completed, and had been marked as fulfilled. I reached out to their CEO and asked for a one time exception after Customer Care and the cashier Department refused. if they actually function as a real casino and pay winnings, I will amend this review, but I’m not holding my breath. Keep in mind that if you’re reading these trust pilot reviews, based on the experience I had, I would bet money that the majority of these reviews are written by the casino staff themselves. Noticed that a good majority of these reviews contain the exact same syntax. That being said, I just would never bet that money with BitStarz lol.It’s a shame, too, it’s a pretty nice casino. If you’re content with depositing funds and chocking it up to entertainment value, and can accept that you will never be able to cash out-This is the spot for you, if you’re looking to buy into a legitimate casino, that won’t try to cheat you- This is probably not the spot for you. To all of the people who are leaving bad reviews about rigging and scams on Bitstarz…I can 100% honestly say that although I have not been very lucky lately at Bitstarz, in the past I have won thousands of dollars on this site. Some of these larger wins have come from a mere $25 deposit and a few from a bonus given to me by Bitstarz (max cash out of $100), but it was a 100% profit). So shut your filthy mouths up and stop blaming your gambling habit on Bitstarz. You all seem to forget all of the times you have won and only remember the times you have lost. Look up the law of large numbers in regards to gambling and the “flipping a coin” example. That should clear up your confusion about why you feel like you lose all the time. I’ve gambled a fair few years now and don’t trust 95% of these casinos. I’ve been on bitstarz about a week now it’s very impressive. I like the deposit feature where you can see your deposit going through confirmation steps. Deposits don’t take long at all… Good variety of games overall. It can take some time to get bonuses and when you do sometimes it can be awful but that’s RTP for ya.. Now the one and biggest thing that separates good and bad casinos is withdrawals.. Good experience so far. I’ve only deposited a small amount just to test the waters, but in fairness to them their games have been paying out decent compared to a lot of other casinos. One example, I did 4 no limit bonus buys on different games at €0.20 stake, 3 of them payed roughly 200x each and then east coast vs west coast did a 600x Usually the No limits take a few buys to warm them up, so I was suprised they all payed on the first go. I haven’t needed to go through the whole withdrawal/verification process yet, so I can’t comment on that. I use to love bitstars until they stole $5800 out of my account and left me with $300 when I injured about cashing out. Clicked cash out to see what my options were and poof it was gone and there was only $300 availible from then on. Shortly after that I had got a notice that said the money would be replaced within 72hrs but the money never showed up and they claim they have no records of the notice. I have deposited 10s of thousands into this website and they literally closed the chat on me when I was trying for the seconed time over a week later to resolve this situation. I’m extremely disappointed in this casino and I will continue to share there shadyness on every social media platform and every click funnel and blast the web like they never thought was possible. Absolutely horrible. Deposited money for the first time and lost over and over and over. I won almost every tiny bet and lost every single medium or larger bet for 2 hours. Their engines are rigged just like the others – in fact, I recognize the engine as being the same. Closed my account immediately. No idea how they have good reviews. I’ve unfortunately played a lot of online casinos, and they’re a scam, no different than the others.

This casino seems to be very transparent regarding it’s terms and condition when gambling and using any of the offered promotions. SO one really important fact about this casino that makes it an online casino worth playing at is the very high level of Customer service.
